Going cross-eyed for a moment to watch the hand that was pinching him, Kalore scowled. “You asked and I answered, you jerk...” He stuck his tongue out, shaking his head before calming just a bit, smiling as Monty played with his hair a little bit. “Music? Um... well, I like dancing... but that gets boring every so often... I’ve never been good at writing my own music, but I do like piano music. You played the cello a while ago and.... and I really liked that. Slow, meaningful things are what I really like.” He continued to smile, slowly stroking the other’s shoulder, still smiling. “Um... what is it that you like? You played really well before...”

The demon shrugged his shoulders slightly. "I dabble in playing instruments. It's nothing special really but I do like classical music but loud and heavy music as well that gets your blood pumping." He said, pressing the strand of hair to his lips and looking at Kalore. "I also like techno and industrial style music, especially the kind that gets you really close with your dance partner." He murmured, giving him a heated look as he could image him and Kalore having danced together the other night when they got together again.

That was a good night, and it was something that was lingering in the elf’s mind as well. Matching the look, he slowed his touches, circling slowly where the neck and shoulder joined, giving a soft hum. “That is definitely a good style of music... Hard, heavy beat things aren’t really my thing normally, but when it comes to dancing... I’ve learned on how to make those work well for me.” Monty had caught Kalore when he had done the pole dancing, had caught him again as well, and both knew that there wasn’t a form of dance that Kalore wasn’t a master at. Watching him now, however, he couldn’t help but lean forward just a bit. “Heavy beats with a slow tempo, though, ones that are just perfect for sensual movements... those are my favorites.”

Monty smirked and leaned close. "That's good Kalore. I'm pleased that we have more things in common than just the physical attraction." He said softly and flicked his tongue out against Kalore's lips but pulled away, letting the strand of hair drop from his fingers. "What else do you enjoy Kalore?" He asked sitting back a bit to keep some distance. Perhaps it was to tease the elf but...it was also because this was the right moment to find other common grounds between them. It was a start that he said he was willing to do with Kalore.

Blushing just slightly, Kalore fought the urge to go back towards him but he understood that they needed to focus on things that didn't involve them naked and in bed... or on the floor... or in the living room... or in the shower... or really anywhere else that Monty or Kalore decided to be for a moment. It was a bit sad to think of it that way, but the elf had to wonder what else it was that they had if sex was taken out. There was still some there, but this was definitely a good time to build that to be more. Sighing some, he thought about that, actually having to consider some things before he shrugged. "Swimming, I really like that... Shopping is always a good stress reliever... I do enjoy dancing the most, though. Mostly... I want to learn to dance professionally, not in the way I have been. I think I'd be able to do that, but it just looks so amazing... What about you? What else do you enjoy?"

Monty tilted his head to the side and touched Kalore's cheek. "Perhaps you should go ahead and learn to dance professionally. You have no one and nothing to hold you back if you wanted to do it now." He said, resting back on the bed by his elbows holding him up. "At the moment, I'm...Trying to get back to being normal now that the life I lead before is dead. There's no way in going back without upsetting the balance in Area 6 so it will be hard to find something to do now that the world has changed immensely from the time where sitting down in a chair was productive to having to get up and be active is productive."

Smiling nearly sheepishly, Kalore shook his head. "I have a lot of other things that I have to do... dance lessons, as an adult, just... they normally don't work. I mean, I'd love to but... I really don't know how to go about it." Sighing and pouting just a bit, the other thought about that some more before he smiled. "I think that you'd be able to figure out what to do... I mean... what is it that you want to do? You can do pretty much anything that you want to..." Monty had the money and the skill to do nearly anything that he could think of. Now, if it would be allowed, that was different, but they could at least try. But no killing people.

"Perhaps....But I don't think going back into the business would feel right without the rest of the people I've been around for so long isn't here to do so. Granted, I'm a demon who shouldn't have morals but I'm the prime example of what the future will hold therefore I do have them yet becoming a CEO of a corporation just has too many possibilities of corruption. It's a breeding ground for it that I want no part of. Then again I can always conquer my own country and be a dictator." He smirked. "Or perhaps I can be your manager when you become a famous dancer...." He winked at Kalore and reached over to tug at his cheek playfully.

Kalore scoffed. "Or... you could try your hand at a small business... .that'd be something interesting. You were always reading those weird language books... maybe do something for professional translating? Or even just something in the demon language that you told me I could never learn." A pout emerged from the blonde man even before his cheek was pinched; by then he simply shoved the hand away gently, laughing. "The only famous dancing I've ever done involves stripping, and I'd rather not do that again with anyone that I don't care for." Kalore gave Monty a small smile at that before shrugging. "But, we could always just go for something... or you can see if you can help in some of the places in Dark Haven. They'll love the help in the shops or restaurants or anything like that."

Monty raised a brow. "Already considering me to help a few elves better their investments? Perhaps I should considering that Dark Haven and perhaps even Harl are more accepting of non-elves." This time around the demon didn't use the horrible word of outsider considering that he was learning to think before he spoke. Then he chuckled and pinched his cheek again. "You can't learn the language...But perhaps you can learn the divine one from Kyoshi and me if you like. That's always alot nicer to hear....Both are but for you I think divine would be perfect." Sitting up he leaned close and kissed Kalore's forehead.

A glower graced the blonde’s features as he glanced up at him. “Why can’t I learn the other one?” He knew he sounded like a child, but it didn’t matter as he kissed the man’s nose, pouting. The words finally sunk into Kalore’s head, however, as a small blush appeared and a small smile was on his lips. “Divine? It’d be nice to learn the language... but.. I doubt divine honestly fits me at all.” Kalore knew that with the past and attention he had, his life was far less than divine. It wasn’t demonic, but in the eyes of some people, it truly was. His eyes clouded for mere moments as the memory of his father standing there as he walked to the home passed through his mind. He didn’t want to go through that again; and he wouldn’t. Kalore knew, though, that Kristopher could attest to his less-than-divine life. “I do wanna learn, though... teach me?”

Monty noticed the clouded look in Kalore's eyes and frowned slightly, reaching out to cup his cheek. "I'll teach you anything you wish to learn if you share with me what made your eyes look distant." He said, tilting his head slightly to the side to watch the elf closely.

Surprise was on Kalore’s face as he watched the other, biting his lip gently. Should he share about what had happened? From what the elf remembered, the only people that Monty knew about from his history were his aunt and his grandfather, Kyin, but those two weren’t worth anything to him now. Kyin was gone and his aunt was far up north. Monty didn’t know about Kristopher. At least, he didn’t think that he did. “It... It’s just a thought, Monty. Nothing really.” A smile appeared on his face as he tilted his head to the side, blinking at him. “You’d teach me anything? Then why won’t you teach me about the demonic language? I’ve taught you some elvish...” Not much, but some. Basic light elvish was what most elves spoke when all together, very few knowing what Rave and Kalore grew up knowing: the dark elves’ language and the wood elves’ language.

The demon paused for a moment but then nodded, not going to question Kalore on it more. There wouldn't be a point and it would be better if the elf shared it on his own terms rather than feeling pressured to do so. "I'll only teach you divine then." He said with a small smirk, leaning over to kiss his lips lightly. "You've never taught me elvish elf.....I would have remembered it."

Kalore was thankful that Monty dropped it, kissing him gently in a bit of thanks before confusion appeared on his face. He really was dropping it wasn’t he? Strange. But he smiled again before glowering. “I want to learn divine... and I haven’t taught you directly, but you figured out a few words from what I’ve done before...” There were times when in certain situations, be it pleasure, anger, or happiness, some words would slip out in elvish instead of what Monty could understand. Having done so many times following it with the translation, there were a few words that Monty should know. Most of them curses... “But... I can teach you light elvish... it’s what most people will speak when we’re at the capital. It’s what pretty much everyone knows.”
