Skiiy finishes signing a paper, then looks up as he hears a knock at his door. "Come on in!" Skiiy clears the papers to the side of his desk, then looks around his room. Seated at the comfortable desk near the back of the room, facing the door, he can see that his bed is an unmade disheveled mess, and a few papers are strewn across his floor, but it is relatively clean other than that.

*Alex timidly walks into the room and gently closes the door behind him.* "Sorry to disturb you sir, but I was wondering if you hand anything on the different sword forms that I could learn from." he said respectfully.

"Well, to be quite honest, I don''t know a whole lot about sword forms at all. I fight from my heart, by reflex, and there is indeed another problem." Skiiy pulls out a long cylindrical weapon with a blade grafted to the bottom of the cylinder, laying it on the desk. "This, m''boy, is a gunblade. It is not a normal sword in any way whatsoever, because the way it is held and weight distribution are very different. In the world I am from, I could fire bullets from it at high speed, but here, it is just another type of blade. However, I still can''t train you in the use of a sword. Kederaji seems an accomplished swordsman, I believe that Hawk, Mog, and Wes, are also all accomplished swordsmen, they should be able to teach you. I saw Mog in the kitchen on my way out, and Kederaji is around somewhere. I think that Hawk and Wes are away right now.

"Hehe, now, I'm not going to tell you that. You need to have a look around the tower, and find out where everything is. Scouting is part of being a warder, so you need to learn how to do this."

Kederaji grunted at Kakashi's question, and answered slowly, speaking with no placeable accent. "An assassin. Sold his soul to the shadow. Fat lot of good it did him. I need to be up early for my run." Without another word, he turned and walked away.
The next morning, Kederaji got up early, checking the lock on his chest. Nobody had tampered with the chest itself, and he knew nobody could open a powerforged lock. He threw on some clothing with long enough sleeves to cover his tattoos, then went out to run around the walls of the Tower grounds.

Kederaji stopped running when the kid ran up to him, and chuckled at his question. "Well, you've found Kederaji. What was it you needed?"

Kederaji grunted, then chuckled, remembering that the sword on his hip had the herons covered. "Yes, I can do that. Follow me." The warrior took off at a run, headed back towards the practice grounds. He figured if the kid could survive a thousand foot sprint, he had half a chance at being a decent swordsman.
A thousand feet later, Kederaji slowed down and entered the practice yard. Heading for one of the dueling circles, he grabbed two practice swords out of the rack, turned, and threw one to Alex. "I assume you know the basics?"

The early morning light streamed in across Lacy's face and made her eyes flutter open. Morning already? She asked herself. Putting her feet on the ground, Lacy stretched and went about her monring activity of getting ready.
Soon she was at the Training Grounds watching the perspecive Warders and looking for one inparticular. As she found him she smiled as she watched him run. Noticing another young man running up to him, Lacy watched from her place under the trees as they talked.

Kederaji looked at him rather strangely, as if the idea of not having used the sword at Alex's age was completely new to him. The shock caused his normal control to slip, and a slight slur could be caught in his speech. "Y'mean-" He caught himself and regained his accentless voice. You've never touched a sword before? That's a bit strange." Kederaji shrugged and unbuckled his sword belt, laying his sword aside and picking up the practice sword again. "Then we'll start where my father started teaching me. Cat Crosses the Courtyard. Rise up on the balls of your feet. Unlock all your joints. You must be completely free to move." The blademaster went on, explaining the basic sword forms to the newcomer. ((OOC: Sword forms are here. The first ones taught are Cat Crosses the Courtyard, Heron Wading in the Rushes, and a few of the simpler slashes. Actually, perhaps I'll format this for the guild.))
