Smash17 Orin turns back to see a girl with an owl speaking to him. He takes a while to respond, "..... It's alright." he reaches out and puts his hand infront of the owl, letting it examine him, "It was the bird's free will.... If you were to stop him, it might as well be in a cage..." he looks over to Skarlath for a moment, "Right, Skarlath...?" he almost smiles, then looks back at the girl, "I'm Orin.... And your name is....?" it seemed unnatural for him to be talking to another person in a friendly way. Why was his voice so slow to respond? Had it realy been so long since he had actualy spoken to another? "my names willow and this is Hermes," she replied indicating to her owl. "its nice to meet you Orin, and Skarlath," she smiled letting the hawk take her in. She felt glad she wasn't the only one who didn't approve of cages. "Are you new here to?" she asked uncertianly.

Orin nods slightly, "It's nice to meet you too, Willow. And you, Hermes..." he looks at the owl for a slight moment, then back to Willow. He loos over to Skarlath, who is making a quiet screeching noise. Orin lets it jump onto his hand. He whispers something to it and stretches his arm straight to the side. The hawk flies away, dissapaering into the blue sky. He turns back to Willow and replies as his hand returns to the side of his body, "Yes. I just arrived yesterday...."
Already it was becoming easier to speak. He wondered if his voice sounded kind as it did before or if it had changed and become something sinister. The voice echoing in his head surely can't be his own. It seemed too... deep. Or maybe it could be. It matched the bizzare person he had become perfectly: untrusting and uncaring.

"Nice ta meet you Sack-errr-aa," Eliot replied butchering the poor students name. He was trying though, and you can't blame a kid for trying. "You can call me Eliot. and that Dining hall idea of yours sounds peachy keen!"

"Eh..." Sakura lets out when he hears Eliot trying to pronouce his name. A few sweat drops form on his head when hearing Eliot pronouce it incorrectly. "Um, its Sakura. Not....whatever you said." Sakura smiled nervously but then nods at Eliot with a confident smile. "Nice to meet you, Eliot. Alright! Dining Hall, here we come!" Sakura started walking with Eliot towards the hall. Explaining the other places that they passed by.

Rain had walked back to the gates to see if he could meet anyone new around the school. There where alot of people around here since new people were always coming to the school. He looked around. "Hmmm... who to talk to..."

He steps backwards a bit. "I'm sorry, but I have to go... I have to put my stuff in my room..... or sleeping quarters..... or whatever's waiting for me up in the dorms....." he puts his hand out to the owl, as if to say goodbye to it, then turns and walks away, slowly at first. "Bye, Willow...." he speeds up to his normal pace after saying that, looking for the dorms or a way to get to them.

She turned to Hermes who was giving her funny looks from her shoulder. "What? i can try and make friends if i want," she muttered to him. he ruffled his feathers and flew off. Willow sighed and picked up her stuff. She headed towards the dorms.

Lorelei landed just outside the gates surrounding Ria High, folding her wings behind her and letting down her ginger-red hair before stepping through. The android approached the half-demon, rattling off her line as dictated by protocol.
"Welcome to Ria High School.Please show me your acceptance letter so I may give you your student ID"
Reaching into the dirty khaki messenger bag slung over her shoulder, she rumaged through her meager belongings, retrieving the letter in question. She handed the crinkled document to the android, not bothering to smooth it out beforehand. The android scanned the letter, afterwards producing Lorelei's student card. Tossing the card carelessly into her bag, she made her way over the information table, picking up a copy of the campus map and various pamphlets about school events and campus life.
She sat down in the shade of a tree to read over the stack of papers and rest from her long flight.

Kikari sighed sighed still waiting for her friend she sat straight up hearing her voice. She spun around seeing her sticking out like a sore thumb. She sighed with relief ans smiled madly. She watched her hand over her letter. She smiled madly with her own thoughts as she ran over glomping her. "Your finally here!" she squeeled with delight hugging her friend around her neck. She sat up still sitting on her "Where have you been!?" she scolded standing up and reaching out her hand for her friend "Not only have I been worried but I've been damn well bored!" she sighed exasperated.

Kikari pulled her friend up with a great huff "Damn..." she uttered and watched her streach. She sighed "Let's go to our dorm first. Then we'll grab something to eat and I'll explain." she sighed taking her friend by the arm and dragging her along.

Faia continued to walk up to the huge campus, holding in her slightly sweating hands the ID card. She was so nervous. She swallowed and did the breathing excersise so her mind would not accidently go into anyone else's. She sat on a bench. Nervous thoughts of other people were beginning to press their way into her mind. She shut her eyes and breathed in deeply again. It almost appeared as though she were having an asthma attack.
