Victoria pulled her hand away at the slight discharge. Looking at her fingers a bit ..reddish in color thanks to the shock ...and bring it to her mouth ..it didn't take a genius to figure out what had happen.
Her Emolga had picked up a tick.
Quite literally as she would reach and grab the limp creature in both hands underneath the wings this time to try and avoid another nasty shock. Turn her around so that she could get a better look at the problem Victoria quickly came up with her solution. It was pure luck that an Emolga hadn't followed the color pattern of a pikachu or she would never be able to find the creature ...as she cuddle her in one arm and in the other pulled free a bit of the cactus she had cut into squares.
Looking for the spot where the pokemon had tried to bury itself in her fur she would squeeze the juice. Yes, cactus juice had a lot of usage, and she was going to use this one to try and give this pokemon the slip and maybe even intoxic it enough that there won't be a battle afterwards.
The bug would truly be a waste of time she much rather avoid.

((She is female ...just bad posting on my part, and it's actually a standard move according to Serebii.net. Which I do find quite odd.)))

Though the same couldn't be said of the landscape as a cactus would slam into the Skarmory from behind ...quickly followed by a rock the size of the Scyther's head. Both colliding with quite a bit of force before the pokemon dropped the Vacuum wave ...as he smirks at bird.
No, if he had taken tot he air ...that attack would have failed, but on the ground. Vacuum wave is quite successful as something occurred to her as she looks at the small Sneasel. Maybe, it would be best if she simply came with her after this ...if the Skarmory went down so easily to a bug type such as herself, she would hate to see what happen when he got into a real fight.
She brought her blades together in a X formation as she stood on the defensive now.

What would happen next, likely wasn't quite what the girl had in mind. As the Cactus juice slid over the Joltik's body, he wrinkled his nose...or wherever it was he kept his smell receptors. For a briefly the insects body shook, and in the next instant...he sneezed.
Not any sneeze though, but a sneeze powerful enough to blow him straight of Aella's body!
He was allergic to cactus juice...a bit of a problem in an area with so many. Arceus clearly didn't like him much to bless him with that little problem.
Hitting the ground, the Joltik bounced across the dirt a bit like a super ball, before finally sliding to a halt. ">MY LUNCH!<" The insect cried out in despair, little sparking droplets filling his eyes. No no no, now wasn't the time to cry! Now was the time to fight!
Turning around, the Joltik began sparking heavily. He wasn't giving up the best meal ever without a fight!

Crowe squawked rather loudly as he was hit by the rock. The cactus he could handle, the needles nothing against his hardened body. A rock was certainly another thing entirely though. The impact had been... unpleasant to say the least. Absently he found himself wondering if it had left a dent in his hide; he might have to bang that out later if he could.
">En Garde!<" The Skarmory called out, straightening his neck out and pointing his beak like a rapier. Without further warning the avian terror barrelled forward, focusing his gaze upon the Scyther's chest, making it clear as to where his aim lie.
Crowe lunged, but rather then up his beak went down, thrusting out toward the Scyther's leg instead. Any experienced fighter knew to watch their opponents eyes to predict their movements; which also left an easy way to feint. Your opponent couldn't predict the destination of a blow which had no aim!
The Scyther was about to receive a Peck like no other!

Though it wasn't the Emolga he would find himself fighting as the girl saw the look in his eyes and sighed. She had hoped to avoid this battle as she would actually recall Aella right in front of him.
"See, she is gone now." "Bug off."
She declares to the Joltik. She was quite literally refusing this battle ...it was a bug afterall. A worthless bug, and she still had no plans of wasting any time on it ...as she would walk away from the bug.
"I don't have time to waste on such a weak creature. You aren't even worth squashing."
She would side step it ...as if it was nothing, which meant that if the bug had any plans of fighting anyone it would have to be her.

This bug would not be ignored however; Victoria had forgotten one thing. In the insect world, arachnids were the fiercest predators...despite their size. The moment the girl's back was to him, the Joltik turned to face her. Inhaling sharply, the Joltik began to move his mandibles and spinnerets.
With the skill only one of his kind could perform, the Joltik produced an entire Spider Web large enough to capture a small child all in a single breath. No. He wasn't letting a meal escape; even if he had to skip to a different source.

((Hahahaha, and it looks like Raven will be stuck with the Sneasel even longer with that hit.))
((16 - 2 + 9 - 9 = 14dmg x 2 = 28dmg}
It was just one hit, but it would do more damage then the Scyther could have prepared for. Her blades were up, but it the bird went underneath her guard as it tore the leg clean off ...and half of her body as well went with it. Her guts pouring out upon the ground as she looks at the Skarmory completely and utterly dumbfounded.
Though she had known of the bird's dangerous and vicious nature ...she had no clue.
Her eyes would go dull ....as the life sunk from it and she would topple over where her leg had been lost and half of her lower body cut away. She was dead before she even hit the ground.
The young sneasel gave a single cry of distress at the bug's end and simply bury her face deeper into the boy's back.

((Umm...really unsure what to do with that post, since the bug only made it and made no mention of what was done with it.))

Yet, she was no pokemon. Surely the bug should have gone by now ...as Victoria stops and looks back over her shoulder at the pokemon.

((So it would seem.))Raven scowled as the Scyther hit the ground, passing on from this world long before. A death had never been his intent...rather, he preferred to avoid it if he could. Nothing positive came from the death. Yes, he could move forward now...but the same could have been accomplished without slaying his foe.
Nothing positive came from death. No matter the reason why.
While Raven starred at the corpse, Crowe had a very different agenda. He was no stranger to death; one had to kill to survive. He was a predatory bird after all.
Rather, the Skarmory was more concerned with his beak. It was heavily covered in blood again, and this time he had nowhere to wash it off. He'd rather it not stain the steel.
Opening one wing, the bird moved as if to preen his feathers; but the resulting screech of metal against metal would prove he was doing something else entirely. He was using his bladed wings to sheer off the first layer of metal from his beak, as if sharpening a knife. Since he couldn't clean it, he'd simple remove it entirely.
As Crowe groomed himself, Raven had gone about a different task. Using both hands and the hilt of his sword, the boy had began to dig a hole in the ground. It was somewhat shallow, but he didn't have the tools or the time to go very deep beyond the surface. After he was done, the child dragged the Scyther's remains across the ground and into the makeshift grave.
"You fought well" Raven spoke these words calmly, pushing the dirt over the insects corpses. The battle hadn't been a long one, but the Scyther had dealt a devastating blow before her fall.
Without a word further, the boy recalled his Skarmory and continued forward. They had a clearer path now, and the Scyther had recognized his charge. Clearly he was drawing closer to the Sneasel's home.

Though this will be very interesting))
The spider web would hit her from the back as she turns to look. Catching her unaware, her hands hadn't even gotten the chance to come up yet as she was fell to the ground by the weigh of the web as well as the fact that it was sticky by nature so it quickly pin her hand to her shirt, and her to the ground.
She growled in anger at this situation. One hand, press against her waist would touch only a single pokeball. Only one was able to be triggered as the reddish light appear outside of the web as he would appear.
The last pokemon she would every want to enter such a battle as Animus stood there looking at his opponent as he snorts lightly. He wouldn't gain much strength from defeating a bug and then he turned his head to look at Victoria instead ...trapped.
A smile came to his face. His mate must be smiling down on him for such an chance as he quickly figured out that in such a bad position his calling out had been nothing but pure bad luck ...luck he plan to make worst for the girl. (Wow, I mean just wow to get that roll .......))
The screech would be heard loud and clear as wings shone in the sunlight. The pokemon had been called by the sight of blood, and more so by the glint of metal in his territory as he gave a call to battle towards the Skarmory below him and dove. Though Crowe would have been recalled by the time he spotted it ...as his wings still angled for attack would change targets.
Afterall, he had seen that it was a human that had brought the bird here, and it was the human that took it away. Thus, it was only logical in his mind that as long as the human moves ..then there was a invader in his territory. That the Skarmory would be called again, so there was only one solution. Kill the human and destroy the pokeball and his rival in a single thrust.
There would be no talking ones way of this one as the bird had an advantage that they seldomn ever gave up. Height as he dove with his powerful beak aimed at Raven's head ....as the sneasel would look up then to give him his only warning.
Her distress call.

Lunarsun The Poochyena's ears went down at those words. He growled showing off his fangs as he heard the boy's insulting words. He wanted to challenge him for his pack ...whether they were human or pokemon he would rip apart any one whom dared to challenge him for the position as he looks at the boy ...and ready himself to spring.
Afterall, it was Nick whom challenged him, and the boy had said that he would fight them for the position. He looked at the leader pokemon before him and began to sway to and fro, eager to strike. As Claudandas' move hit and the Pawniard keeled over, the Purrloin looked at the matter rather simply, he sat in place, watching.

Impromptu glared at the Kabuto as if daggers were shooting out of his eyes. Oh. My. Gosh. They were almost there, and this guy just decides to get in their way! He growled at the Kabuto, stepping up in front of Ada.
"> Get out of our way before I make you! <" he snarled. Oh, no, he was real angry now! He was tired, hungry, thirsty, his skin was burned, his paws were starting to ache, and they still needed to find that stupid bone! He had had enough of this place!
The Growlithe stood ready to battle, his eyes showing his intense anger. And, even though none of his attacks involved fire, it didn't mean he didn't produce it...and you could almost feel the heat radiating off of him as the fire within flared.
He'd she this guy to stand in their way.
