Skill name: Arms of the Underworld
Rank: C
Limits: Racial Magic -- Dawn Elf
Skill description: With a tie to nature and the ability to animate up to five trees to serve as guardians, Dawn Elves have experience with nature magic. Adiel is of no exception, last seen turning a hundred year old oak tree into a very capable treant. This particular skill however in not of controlling an entire tree, quite the opposite for it is a more specialized and situational spell. Being within five feet of a tree or a moderately sized plant (example: Cactus, Bushes, etc), Adiel communicates with the plant itself and exerts her magical control over it. The plant in question experiences the same control similar to that of morning wood but instead it is still rooted in place. Instead the plant's root system is taken over and becomes to undergo a rather aspiring growth from the influence of the magic. Adiel exhibits control anywhere from one to three roots capable of traveling underground up to sixteen feet and coming to life by coming out of the ground to strike, entangle or whatever it can do to assist Adiel's needs. Root size varies upon the plant itself and control over the plant only lasts for two posts, including the first turn it is executed. The roots controlled have a stat set of 4/4, considerably weaker than an entire tree. Fire spells are extremely effective as are are anything that can defend against a wooded animated creature. When the duration of her control is nearing its end, the plant will begin to suffer the conseuences on the magically grown roots -- should she continue to use the roots after the two posts, the roots will start to blacken and decay away at 1/1 stats and shatter at the touch but if left alone, they will freeze any movement and become immobile like wooden tentacle statues. This spell is not to be confused with Vines of The Underworld whereas it creates a field of gnarled roots whereas this controls roots individually and on a less massive scale.

*Please note that this skill is wood based, all standard weaknesses that come to mind will affect the roots.*

Sample: (lets see you use it.)

*The Above has been discussed via Skype and some changes listed here. A few arguments here. I'm keeping the 4/4 Stats as this is wood, wood isn't -that- easy to break and it is not strong as a human, rather it is 5/5 for humans and this is 4/4 and if it were 3/3, then the sole purpose of this skill is even weaker. I feel it is common sense that fire in general would rape this skill, and everything involving heat, explosions, massive scale lacerations and the like so it'd be redundant to add it in on the already lengthy description -- I don't want it any longer. For what happens after the duration is used up, well I left that out on accident but I like the idea of them being frozen in place after it's done... its pretty neat and gives it that extra bit of utility for out of combat purposes. A two post cool down to me feels kind of long.. especially in combat when a lot of s**t goes down in 1 post and this is only C Rank, it's not that strong or weak as it is. Already expressed how I felt on that bit. Some changes are added as a cliff note to avoid lengthy descriptions.

Arms of the Underworld Review:
So this can be learned only by Dawn Elves correct? Okay, let's take a good look at what this baby can do.
So it can't move from it's spot, but the plant body can move itself like wiggling in place but it's roots are the main control of Adiel attack focus. The roots grow to sixteen feet and come out like arms to entangle or whatever the opponent. It's size varies from what it's from... obviously the tree might be the best bet with using this attack lol... large a** roots. The roots can only be controlled for two posts, starting from the initial start of using this technique and have stats of 4/4 huh? A weaker form of the vines of the underworld technique... time for my final thoughts.

Dane's Final Thoughts:
I like this skill quite alot, the stats could be put down to 3/3 since I think the roots wouldn't be as strong as a basic human. But since it lasts for two posts, it can stay at 4/4. I like the idea the weakness is the stereotype for all plant types and it is fire. But I wouldn't agree on just Fire Spells... Fire Techniques are the way to go because some classes can produce flames without using magic... same with bloodlines, like the Phoenix race. One minimum to Three maximum roots.... I like that because it's strong, but not good to be independant strong a** creatures. My only problem with this is that there is no cooldown... I would at least like a two post cooldown so it wouldn't be constantly used after the 2nd post to keep the roots alive.
One thing I would like to see, is that the Roots freeze in place once the skill is over, just because I imagine a tree getting it's roots more and more over the place.

RPC name: Nai
Is it a Free skill?: Mine.
Type of skill: Tempus Inexstinctus

Skill name: Temporal Accuracy
Rank: -
Limits:
Skill description: Those who can control time naturally have a keen sense of time that is capable of accurately keeping the time without any form of outside help. This sense of time is even maintained during the usage of bloodline skills for both the time passed by the user and the time passed by those unaffected by the bloodline skills. Unlike most of the Tempus Inexstinctus's skills, this ability does not break down when within a meter of another significant energy source.

Skill name: Past Premonition
Rank: E
Skill description: The Tempus Inexstinctus can figuratively step into the past of wherever he/she stands with the help of a physical medium. This is, of course, just an illusion. The illusion can be felt using only one sense at a time. When used on a general area, past events that took place in that area can be felt and the user is restricted from moving. When used on specific subjects, the skill reveals the past appearance, feel, taste, whatever detail that correlates with the sense chosen. This skill does not reveal the history of the subject. It may be held indefinitely as long as the focus remains constant. The user may choose what time in the past they wish to observe and don't need to rewind to get to it. The physical medium must be an item connected to the area/subject from either the time that the user wants to see or a time before the time that the user wants to see.

Skill name: Time Zone (single)
Rank: D
Limits: Time Lag or Time Accelerate must be known. A-rank training if Time Zone (group) hasn't been learned.
Skill description: By investing an extra amount of energy during the beginning of a bloodline skill, the Quicksilver is able to use the skill on a single object other than themselves.  While using this version of Time Zone, the user cannot use a bloodline skill on themselves and they must be able to see the object when they activate the skill.

Skill name: Time Zone (group)
Rank: D
Limits: Time Lag or Time Accelerate must be known. A-rank training if Time Zone (group) hasn't been learned.
Skill description: By investing an extra amount of energy during the beginning of a bloodline skill, the Quicksilver is able to use the skill on everyone and everything within a 1 meter radius of themselves (1 meter rule does not apply here).  While using this version of Time Zone, no one within the affected area can move from their spot.  As long as they do not change their specific locations in the slightest bit, they are allowed to move any part of their body that they wish to move.

Skill name: Parallel Possibilities
Rank: B
Limits: Must be expert rank or higher.
Skill description: The universe is composed of several timelines running parallel with each other. Each decision made, each chance taken, creates a slightly different timeline, a slightly different possibility. A projectile thrown in one time line can have a differing position thrown in another. This skill reaches out to take the slightly differing results of various timelines and bring it together into one. However, those of the Tempus Inexstinctus bloodline are still human. They can only grab onto minor differences involving inanimate objects, and only so many. To be exact, this skill is meant to increase the number of physical projectiles used at any one time without decreasing the user's ammo count. Once the user uses a projectile, this skill can be used to cause projectiles from other timelines to appear in the user's timeline, creating an inexplicable increase in projectiles aimed at and around the opponent. When first used at expert rank, this can only double the user's attacks. Master rank triples the user's projectiles. Sage rank quadruples the user's projectiles. The skill can be used on multiple projectiles at once for no additional cost. as long as they are all affected at the same time. However, this doesn't mean the projectiles can be used to surround the opponent from all sides. There are restrictions, within which the user can choose how the parallel projectils are placed. There is the parallel approach, where the projectiles are all besides each other and travel in the same direction parallel to each other. The close cousin to the parallel approach is the random approach, where the projectiles appear at random points around the original and attack at random angles that are within 45 degrees of the original projectile's angle. Finally ,there are the two cone formations, where the projectiles can all be spawned at one point and spread out at different angles or are spawned in different areas and focused on one target. This skill can be activated at a distance on projectiles not used by the user as long as, when activated, a living source of energy is not within a meter's range of the targeted items.

Skill name: Restore
Rank: S
Limits: Sage rank
Skill description: The user can restore inanimate, non-sentient objects to their former state. The skill requires a hefty amount of focus, and for that, knowledge of what the former state of the inanimate object looked like is needed. At an S-rank energy price for each year that is passed to restore the object, a minute (one post) of focus is needed for each month that has passed since the object was last in its target former state. Doubling the energy cost to SS-rank for each year greatly speeds this process, requiring only a minute (one post) for each decade.

Skill name: Time Accelerate
Rank: S
Skill description: The opposite of Time Lag, Time Accelerate speeds up time rather than slowing it down. This skill can neither be used in battle nor when anyone is able to see the user, but it does have its uses despite the added restrictions, especially since that when the time of everything/one but the user is sped up, the user seem to disappear completely. Of course, the user, in turn, cannot see what is happening around them because everything is moving too quickly in relation to them, much like how the user vanishes while using Time Lag. Because this skill speeds up time, only one post is needed regardless of how long the skill is needed to last.
Sample: Nai was trapped. She had yet to be found, but in the tight corridor, it was only a matter of seconds. She couldn't even use Time Lag to find her way out. There was only one other thing to do, the opposite. Taking a deep breath, the girl activated Time Accelerate. Suddenly, her time slowed drastically and because of that she flickered out of view. In a blink of an eye, Nai found herself in the same spot, but several days later. Her pursuer was nowhere to be seen, she had escaped.

Type of skill: Water Skills - Mer

Skill name: Aqua Lung
Rank: E-B
Skill description: Aqua Lung is the signature technique of the Mighty and Fabulous Alfredo the Lionfish Mer. It follows the same principle of the spell Streaming Water but it acts more along of drawing water molecules from one's breath and lungs into an attack. When this is used, a near invisible plume of watery mist will flow out of his mouth and into the air, the amount depending on how much energy is used upon doing so. While the skill doesn't do anything on its own, it is used to supplement water based attacks from this watery mist into existence to avoid cumbersome use of the hands. Magic casted with this manifests through the sprayed out water mist and comes into action. Spells that would require hands or some other form of manipulation however cannot be used with this technique, examples being water spout and water whip. Spells such as bubble, water jet, water shields, and even water cloak (to initiate it) can be used. This spell will always cost as much as the skill being used with this. If it is used alone, it is E-Rank as it serves no combat purpose on its own. This is the staple spell for all of Alfredo's future Aqua Lung Series. This cannot be used with A-Rank spells or higher.

Dane's Review:
Same principle as the water spell Streaming water, but it only creates a big watery mist? Honey, we have a technique like that, Kirigakure in the water Spell list. But I can see what you're going for so that way it isn't a clone technique. So it creates a lovely spray mist of water, which depends on the amount of energy used, could be as big as a spray bottle spray, to as big as a cloud in the sky. Hm... I love the limits that it can't be used with certain techniques that require body parts, but can only use B rank or below water techniques depending on the use of water itself.

Dane's Final Thoughts:

I've been on the nut shell as of late, I guess I read too much into things and bring it to more light than needed, so I'll have to say that I like this technique alot. My suggestion though, so some won't get confused, is that you should generate Hydrogen molecules inside of your breathe and lungs so that way, when you breathe it out, they would all mix in the air, forcefully bonding Hydrogen to Oxygen molecules and bringing force a mist of water throughout the air to make it more effective. I just can't see energy-made water working that well lol. XD

Welll tl;dr version, it's for a Dragoon who has a two handed weapon whom also relies on magic (water in this case) quite often as he is a Mer. It allows use of skills without having to free his hands off of his trident. In other sense, I was trying to avoid that bit of science otherwise being able to combine atoms opens the door to... well Do I need to say it?

Type of skill: Draconian Bloodline

Skill name: Humanity
Rank: E
Limits: If the user attempts to use any other bloodline technique, the transformation will be broken. Despite the human looks, the user's Strength and Speed remain unchanged.
Skill description: As a Draconian, the user is born half-dragon half-human. However, it is also possible to acquire a completely human form. Unlike the full dragon form, this does not require the user to sleep after the transformation ends. This transformation does not require the user to sustain it by spending Energy, however while in this form the user is vulnerable due to the absence of the scales and is unable to use the bloodline techniques.

Is it a Free skill?: Mine, please. Well, the last one can be the guild's.
Type of skill: Biochemist

Skill name: Summoning Mastery: Categorize
Training Rank: D
Energy Cost: Passive
Limits: Biochemist only
Skill description: The biochemist has gained a level of mastery over life magic where their summoning limit recognizes multiples of one creature registered in the codex as one summon. With the Categorize ability, Biochemists are able to perform feats like controlling 10 individual Charlies by sacrificing only one of their normally five summon slots.

Skill name: Summoning Mastery: Horde
Training Rank: C
Energy Cost: Double the cost of summoning one creature.
Limits: Biochemist only
Skill description: The biochemist's mastery over life magic allows them to summon multiples of one creature all at once by paying double the cost of summoning one of the creatures. The Horde ability only summons what the biochemist has already collected and does not multiply one creature. For example, to summon 10 goblins wizards, the Biochemist must first have collected 10 goblin wizards.

Skill name: Summoning Mastery: Train
Training Rank: B
Energy Cost: Passive
Limits: Biochemist only
Skill description: Summons taken from the codex, or otherwise created by a member of crew for an event or whatnot, that have more advanced forms (ex: Goblin to Goblin Warrior) can be trained to "rank up" to their next powerful form, no skipping forms. Doing so, however, requires understanding and mastery of the very vague life magic that determines so much of summoning and biology in general. As a result, this is an ability only biochemists can do to their own summons. Ranking up can be done by either training the summon, which takes half the posts to tame a summon of the new form's rank, or successfully completing a mission, which must be equal or higher in rank than the summon's new form, with the summon.

Skill name: Advanced Weapon/Object Summoning
Rank: B
Skill description: Technically, this skill is only an advanced form of Weapon Summoning, as there is no prior Object Summoning skill. However, this skill doesn't summon only weapons, so naming it Advanced Weapon Summoning would be slightly inaccurate. Advanced summoning expands the summoning possibilities from weapons to any other inanimate object. It can summon tools, materials, medicine, and the like in addition to the swords, axes, etc. that the previous summoning skill could summon. Furthermore, it erases the need to inscribe anything to summon an object, allowing a biochemist who uses this skill to simply flow energy into their hand to summon the object of their choice. As before, the location and details of the weapon must be known to summon it and summoning weapons someone else is holding is not possible.

Sample: No one seems to have been making any samples so… I hope I don't have to sweatdrop ?
