"Silence is key to a perfectly timed attack..." XXXGage listened silently, soaking everything in. He began filling in the pieces of the puzzle that where missing. Everything began to make sense. The only thing that didn't make since was that the Kage left right after those men left. 'So many unanswered questions...' Gage thought as Deidalus finished. He listened quielty to everyone around him. He almost laffed at Death's mission. 'I mean really, he could do that solo if he tried hard enough...' Gage thought as he smiled and looked around. He saw that everyone was doing well with training and he was starting to get restless. Then, almost as if his thoughts where read, Deidalus offered him a chance to learn a jutsu. "Of course I'll learn it..." Gage said turning his attention to Deidalus. "I need to learn something... Let's get started..." He said turning completely around and retracted his hands fomr his pockets and pulled off his hood. 'This should be fun...' He thought as he waited for Deidalus.  Konaga Riko Iwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin|| Taijutsu Specialist || Speed || Tectical || Still perched ontop of her shield and grinning, Riko waited for some sort of response from her tutor, slash, older brother figure. When he turned his attention to something happening behind him, Riko cranged her neck upward in an attempt to see but that ended up in failure. With no other opition, Riko remained sitting patiently on her slab of rock while doing her best to catch onto what was being said. 'Tsk, it's kinda hard to hear what's being said...something about the Tsuchikage...is Kiyoko-sama alright?...the attackers?...argh, its too hard to grasp everything...' Riko released a huff of annoyance before pouting slightly in response.
When Shinji's attention returned to her, Riko stopped pouting and smiled happily when Shinji complimented her on earlier stunt. 'Yay...' When the matter of augmentations were brought up, Riko's face turned serious as she did her best to retain all the information given to her. 'To gain something, you'll have to give something in return. For us Konaga, pain is the price we pay...' At his command, Riko simply nodded her head before jumping back down towards the ground. Of course jumping up and down were two different things so just to be safe, Riko took out a kunai and lightly pierced her shield to create drag. Landing safely on the ground, Riko faced her shield and took in several deep breaths while clearing her mind. Closing her eyes, Riko allowed her barriers to loosen and letting her bloodline chakra flow through her, she almost lost footing from the pressure but retained her stance. Concentrating the chakra to her right arm, Riko whinced as she felt her arm quivering from the pressure. 'Alright Riko, you can do this, take it slow and keep your breathing regulated.' Taking slow deep breaths, Riko managed to regain control over her arm and clentching her hand in a fist, brought her chakra coated hand back. Eying a particular spot on the shield, Riko released one last deep breath before slamming her hand forward, releasing the chakra contained within her arm at the same time. A large dent was created from her punch and a few moments later, cracks appear and rapidly spread along the rest of the wall causing it to shattering into many slabs of rock. Panting slightly, Riko clutched her right arm close to her as tried to hold in the throbbing pain coursing through her right arm.

As soon as he had asked Gage if he was interested in learning a technique, he was approached by yet another genin. "I apologize that I do not have any Techniques of the sort on hand, however I can teach you a technique in the elemental capacity at this time. What elemental affinity do you have?" "Hold on one second" Deidalus said upon seeing Gabriel successfully reproduce the technique he had just taught. "You have done well, Gabriel, perhaps I should award you with another technique. This next Jutsu is offensive and fairly powerful. I myself have yet to learn it but it is my intention to do so soon. Suiton:Mizu no Yaiba is a technique that allows one to create a blade out of water. Cloak your hand in chakra and dip it into the lake here, let the chakra mold out and create an orb of water. Lengthen the orb until it is thin and then shape it into a blade. I suggest using a large body of water to practice on before trying to master it without water present." When Deidalus took his burgers Death Spanks face became red hot and he was about to launch his bacon retrieval tactics, something no man could survive unscathed. But a cute young girl came strolling along and saved the bacon thief, and every one around from a horrible fate. " Well then my super cute Genin I take it your one of the promising young ninja the bacon bandit suggested." Shooting a glare at Deidalus that obviously meant You will pay! Death Spank turned back to Emily and continued.
"Will you point me in the direction of your sensai and the rest of your squad?" Just as he finished asking the girl he noticed that the hooded child seemed amused by the mission. Turning toward Gage Death Spank said " Hey Deidalus, who is this boys team commander?"

Emily held back abit of a laugh that almost excaped her lips as Death began talking to her.She didnt know what he ment about a bacon bandit was it the burger she thought but trying her best to be polite she waited until he was done." Gennin I Ninjutsu I Improved Chakra Control I Suiton
An evil grin spread across his face as he memorized what Deidalus had said and the handsigns he had used. Gabriel bounced on the balls off his feet. This was a powerful jutsu and he had to have it. He took a deep breath as he ceased his bouncing and slowly began to make the handsigns until he had them committed to muscle memory. He would be using this jutsu alot and needed to be able to bust it out at any time if need be. Next he began to channel his chakra with the handsigns as he plunged his hand into the water and said," Mizu no Yaiba." The green field of his chakra allowed his hand in the shape of a "knife edge" to slide into the water with ease.

Gabriel Closed his hand around what felt like a solid hilt of a longsword. He pulled it back out of the water slowly. The result was far better than he had expected. The hilt was colored silver with a silver snake pattern which started with its tail as the cross guard and coiled around the hilt and its head formed the other side of the cross guard. As he continued to pull a long silver hued blade appeared from the water forming a complete and , thanks to his incredible chakra control , incredibly ornate sword. He swung it in front of him like any other longsword and smiled as it held up when he plunged it into the ground before he released the jutsu and it returned to its watery state. He laughed and said as he turned to Deidalus," Whoo whats next sir?"

Deidalus pointed at Death Spank and said " You are his team commander." as he chowed down on the Bacon Burgers he stole from Death Spank. A large, evil grin crept across Death Spanks face as he looked at Gage and said " Weeeeeell then, looks like your coming with me." Turning to Gabriel Death Spank continued " And so are you, I need at least one more Genin for the mission and your going to be it."
Looking at Gage, Gabriel, and Emily Death Spank said " So each of you may choose something for me to teach you, so please, tell me what you would like to learn so that we can head out and take out some bandits."

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »Right before actual performing the jutsu, a jutu he already knew, Kaze heard the news of the Tsuchikage, which, of course, struck his interest. 'Huh. She must have gone for a reason... Maybe the same reason as I did? Eh.. I don't know.' As Kaze was distracted, Shinji, Kaze's current sensei, decided to carry on with his lesson with Riko. Which was fine to Kaze, Riko should indeed learn her clan's techniques. He still had so much stuff running around in his head.
Ruffling his hair in frustration, Kaze decided he needed to get focused on learning the jutsu Shinji had planned. Finally putting his full attention back on Shinji and Riko. Riko seemed focused on the rock shield she had used, and then she struck it, and Kaze watched it shatter, and collapse. 'Why does that look so familiar?" Kaze thought to himself. 'Except.. She's in pain after such an attack.' Kaze looked at the shattered rocks. "Hmmm." 'Ah! ... That's what it reminds me of..' Kaze couldn't help but smirk.

Emily looked at Gage and Gabriel with a smile it had seem this misson was going to be a wonderfully fun for her. She paused for a moment to think of what she need to learn. Tons of things she had to learn Taijutsu,Doton, even Medical. She stopped thinking and raised her hand to go first."  Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Watching Riko carry out his orders quickly showed Shinji a great deal in how willing she was to master her bloodline, which was good, because it would require immense amount of will. Watching her crush the barrier with a single blow, but then clutch her arm in pain afterward, Shinji felt his own pain flash through his system. Partially due to empathy, but also due to the sight of Konaga pain re-igniting his own, Shinji stayed crouched up on the wall in agony, his body burning with rage as his chakra tore through his system.
As if to make a point however, Shinji somehow pushed through the pain... and although agony beyond belief ripped through his body, which at first refused to move, he forced his muscles to respond as he leaped down next to Riko. His mind and body still raging in the searing pain of his bloodline chakra, Shinji then continued on... "Master it Riko... don't let it control you. Using it is one thing, fighting through it in battle is another. You cannot for an instant, let it dominate you, or it will be your undoing." His body still refusing, Shinji shook it off, fighting through it's refusal to do what he asked it to and continued on with the lesson, signaling to Kaze to pay attention as this was a jutsu he didn't know yet.
Though Riko's pain would likely still last beyond the performance of the next jutsu, his wave of pain was beginning to wane, as much as it ever did anyway as he felt his full faculty return allowing him to teach with a clear mind, even though at a base level he could still feel his body scream as it were being slowly and painfully tortured from all angles. "Riko! Pay attention!" Normally, Shinji would never have to ask such a thing, but seeing her pain, he knew he would have to motivate her to push through it, or at least re-focus her in the midst of the burning agony.
"The next jutsu is the Ohitsuji Kashira. This technique more or less carries the same concepts as the one we just performed, but assumes a domed shape which protects the user. The wall is also especially resistant to Katon techniques and covers the user's front flanks in a 180 degree arc, giving you some moderate protection on both sides. the depth of the rams head also allows you to dive into it if needed, protecting all but your back flank from frontal assaults. To form the wall, you use the same concepts as the Doroku Gaeshi, except that you must compact and form the domed structure beneath the surface and use your chakra to push it up. Observe."
Jumping back a fair distance to give himself room to perform the technique, Shinji begin going through the hand seals one at a time, slowly at first to allow the students to memorize them. Shinji did this twice before finally weaving the hand seals quickly before crouching down as his palms hit the ground with a resounding thump. The earth around him instantly began to shift as a domed structure about 10 ft tall and wide emerged from the ground in front of him, completely shielding any view the students might have had. The students would easily understand why the jutsu would be referred to as 'The Ram's head' as it was a foreboding structure that seemed determine to withstand any force that would be thrown against it.
After a few seconds, Shinji emerged from the side, waving his students over to see both the inside of the structure and the sides, which would help them in forming their own. "Your Ram's heads will not be as large as mine, but it's shape and structure will be the same. The domed nature of the front face as well as the increased thickness makes it stronger then the Doroku Gaeshi and makes it more capable of standing up to frontal assaults, while protecting you on the sides as well. the depth of the wall also allows you to take some amount of shelter inside it, which, I can tell you from experience, is very useful. This structure could likely even hold up against Katon ninjutsu a full rank above it's own... but equal rank Raiton techniques will crush it. However, now that you understand the shape, height, width, and depth of the technique, you can probably start trying to perform the technique yourself..."
With that, Shinji then pointed to the open part of the field about 5 feet from them and instructed both students to perform the technique as he had done.

"I'vє гєαlιzєd sσʍєтнιɴɢ..." »After noticing the signal from Shinji, Kaze put his full attention on him. Shinji also got Riko attention, then continued. But... Was it just Kaze, or... did Shinji and Riko seem like they were in pain? 'Right... Being apart of that clan..' Kaze thought back to his conversation with Shinji, when Kaze first came back to Iwagakure. But anyway, he had to re-focus on the jutsu Shinji was describing. From the way he described it, Kaze figured it was a defensive jutsu. Good! Just what he needed for his arsenal.
After watching Shinji perform the seals slow enough for Kaze to read, he was ready to do the jutsu. But Shinji wanted his students to have more mass on the effect of their jutsu. Kaze had no objections. And when signaled to come over to see the innards, if you will, of the jutsu. Quickly walking over, Kaze took a look at it, and its defense was amazing. It can shield against Katon, and most likely projectiles. "Good defense against Katon ninja, then." Kaze said. He also had to take in the fact that his would not be the same size as Shinji's.
Walking to the area Shinji pointed to, Kaze smirked. He was ready to try this jutsu. Quickly doing the seals he memorized, squatted, slammed his hands to the ground, then Kaze then exclaimed,"Doton: Ohitsuji Kashira!"

After Kaze said this, an arc shape rose of out the ground in an erupting type of manner, 180 degrees over Kaze, covering the front of his body. With the standard Genin 1ft thickness and 3ft depth of the half barrier. He had seen something like this used... Except it was in Mokuton. Anywho, after he finished the jutsu, Kaze walked in front of the dome, resting his back against it. "Done!"

Konaga Riko Iwagakure| Konaga Clan | Genin|| Taijutsu Specialist || Speed || Tectical || Eyes gazing straight ahead, Riko continued to clutch her hand close to her as she tried her best to hold in the pain surging throughout her right arm. 'Argh...focus...got to focus and overcome this...' To absorbed in her own pain, Riko failed to hear Shinji land down next to her but was snapped awake at the sound of his voice. Simply grunting in response, Riko squeezed her eyes shut and tried to take control over the pain that was her bloodline. 'Come on...I can do this...' For a moment, Riko felt the pain lessen only to come back full force and spread through to her shoulder. Whincing in pain, Riko didn't have much time to let it past as Shinji called out to her to pay attention.
Straightening up her posture, Riko turned to face Shinji while releasing her right arm which was still howling in pain. 'Ignore it, try to force the pain to dull...' As Riko divided her attention between containing her pain and Shinji's lesson. Riko absorb what she could while willing herself to push past the pain and focus on what was important. Which was learning the defensive technique shown to her. 'A dome shape defensive technique...argh...the pain's still resounding...but at least it seems to have lessened...' When told to examine the inside of the dome, Riko walked over and took a good look at the interior of the 'Ram Head'. 'Impressive, can see why this is a good choice for any defensive technique.'
Nodding her head in response when told to start, Riko began walking to the instructed area and taking a moment to recompose herself, Riko saw that Kaze had easily completed the jutsu and was casually leaning against the outer side of the dome. 'Guess I better get started too,' Raising both hands to chest level dispite the pain, Riko ran through the handseals twice before allowing her chakra to flow freely around her body. Molding the doton chakra through handseals, Riko followed Shinji's example and slammed her hands down onto the ground. "Doton: Ohitsuki Kashira." Sending her chakra down into the earth, Riko infused it with the earth and pushing past the pain in her right arm, had the earth rise up in front of her. As the earth rose, Riko then manipulated the earth to bend slightly forming an arc. Glancing up, Riko smiled a small smile as she saw the earth slowly taking shape of a dome but tsked when she saw the earth shaking and crumblin slightly. Riko tried to regain control over it but as a sudden surge of pain spiked through her hand, Riko cringed and brought her hand immediately back to her chest. Doton: Ohitsuki Kashira [1/2]
Releasing a dejected sigh as the earth dome broke apart and bits of earth fell back upon the ground, Riko worked on controlling her breathing. Once her breathing returned to normal and the pain subsided, Riko attempted the jutsu once more, this time making sure to concentrate more on making the structure stable through chakra manipulation. Slamming her palms onto the dirt ground after performing the handseals, Riko sent her chakra down into the earth once more. Infusing the surrounding earth with her chakra, Riko then forced the earth upward and arch slightly overhead. Closing her eyes, Riko did her best to control the shifting earth and have it stablized. Once sure the her dome was structurely stable, Riko released her hands from the ground along with a breath she hadn't known she was holding before. Glancing at her dome, Riko saw that it was 3ft in depth and was 1ft thick. Stepping out to the other side of the dome, Riko flashed a smile to her teacher and spoke in a cheery voice. Ohitsuji Kashira (Ram head)
Description: A basic earth protection jutsu where a small, curved wall about the size of the creator is created, with a 3 ft depth and 1 ft thickness all around. It can deflect shuriken/kunai and fire jutsu but is weakened by raiton jutsu. The wall partially covers an opponent's flank as well, forming in a 180 degree forward arc in the direction the user is facing. For every rank, the wall grows 3 feet by 3 feet, gains a foot of depth and 6 inches of thickness.

Konaga Shinji| Konaga Clan | Speed/Offensive Type | Iwagakure | Chuunin ||| Shinobi Profession: Teaching Master || RPC Profile || Watching each of his students perform their jutsu, Shinji took note of everything, ready to help them if needed, but both of them seemed to master the techniques without any trouble at all, an impressive feat to be sure. "Good. Good work you, especially you Riko for fighting through the pain. I could tell it was hard. Kaze, a splendid job as always. We'll have you two in shape for the Chuunin exams in no time!" Giving them both a cheesy thumbs up and a wide smile, something suddenly sparked in Shinji's mind as he was about to move on to the next jutsu, but then remembered that he had forgotten something critical in his lesson plan.
"Alright you two, this next part wasn't part of the original training I had planned, but it's critical for both of you to learn. It's a basic skill, but one that you will use throughout your ninja career. Follow me." Walking his students back up to the 15 foot wall he had created earlier, Shinji turned around and then began teaching once more. "Now then, what would you two say to me if I said climb to the top of this wall? Of course, 15 feet or so isn't very high, and we already know that Riko can simply jump up there... but what if it was 30 feet high? or 100 feet? Clearly we need a better method for this."

Now, the secret to this is chakra control and balance. Moving chakra to your feet is one thing, but balancing the amount you use to scale a wall is another... and more then that, balancing the chakra used to scale a stone wall, or a tree, or a wall of compressed earth like this one, it's all different. Too much, and you shatter/destroy your foothold and fall... too little and your chakra cannot hold you to the surface, and you fall. It's a game of balance, but once you get used to it, it becomes second nature, and you barely need to even think about it.
Without saying another word, Shinji channeled chakra into the soles of his feet as the bottoms of his sandals began to glow with a dark red aura. Lifting his foot up to the wall, he broke into a little run up it, until both feet were planted soundly on the wall and he was looking down at them from 15 feet up as he stood sideways on the wall. Gabriel smiled and said," Sounds great." He looked at each of the other shinobi that had gathered and looked them over attempting to gauge each of their skills. For the most part most of their skills seemed to be spread out over a large variety. His eyes stopped as he looked at Emily. She was rather attractive in his opinion. He continued to look her over for a minute and then averted his gaze as his checks reddened a bit. He shook his head as he looked over at death and said," I would like to learn a bit more water style if that is ok with you sir."
