  "You believe those seeking the truth, but doubt those who find it.________________________________________ [Though weariness drug at her paws, her silver eyes were shining. Shiningpaw! As my apprentice! I've got to tell Rain! She'll be so happy! Leopardstorm thought.
She shook her pelt and stretched each limb, stiff from her vigil. All she wanted was to curl up in her nest and sleep, but the eager look in Shiningpaw's eyes wouldn't allow her to do so.]
"Well, why don't we start with a tour of the territory?" Leopardstorm asked Shiningpaw. ________________________________________

Willowheart&Foxfur
[Willowheart slunk back into camp, just catching the ceremony]
"Hey! Watercloud! Shiningpaw! Leopardstorm! Congratulations!"
[She avoided Foxfur's eyes, and instead, turned them towards the forest, aching to be out there again]
[Foxfur grinned]
"Watercloud! Shiningpaw!"
[He chanted along with the Clan until he saw Willowheart pad into the clearing. She was avoiding his eyes, and his heart plummeted. Something's not right..]
@Rainbells: We'll just have to see what Leo says xDD. Who knows how long their "forbidden love" will go on? x]

Watercloud

[Watercloud stood proudly holding his head up high.
He felt great!
Was this what it was like to feel like you fit in?
If it was, he never wanted it to end.
Twisting his head to Willowheart and Foxfur he mewed enthusiastically...]
"Th--" Watercloud closed his mouth instinctively.
[He remembered that once an apprentice was given their warrior name they had to sit vigil.
Waving his tail at the pair in a gesture of appreciation, he took his place in the middle of the camp.
It was gonna be a long day...]
[Lavenderrain gazed at her apprentice with much pride in her heart.]
"You're gonna do great things. I wish you the best of luck as a warrior." she mewed looking at him sincerely.
[Padding away she felt warm inside.
She shook her head at the whole whirlwind of events that happened in a matte of hours.
Looking down she sneaked a glance at her paw.
When she arrived at the medicine cat den it was too late.
She'd never feel anything in that paw ever again.
It was lifeless and she couldn't control the extending or retracting of her claws.
She looked at it in disgust.
Shaking her head, she walked over to the nursery hoping to catch a glimpse of her kits.]

[Nightpaw was staring off into space, wondering what it would be like when she became a warrior, or when she finally had her own apprentice. She really had nothing to do.]

 [Fathom spotted Nightpaw and padded up to her.]
"Alright Nightpaw," he said, "let's go to the training grounds and see how well Moonflower trained you."
[He nodded, then padded away, not waiting for Nightpaw to follow. She bounded after him.
When they reached the hollow, he turned around.]
"Attack me," he commanded, his crimson eyes blank.

Here was Leopardpaw, now made a warrior into Leopardstorm. Sure, he had no problem with that, since she was probably half a moon or so older than him. On the other hand, there was Waterpaw, now made a warrior into Watercloud. That half clan fleabag! A warrior? Was Nightclan accepting mixed bloods into their clan as warriors now? Where did the old pride of Nightclan go? The more Eaglepaw thought about it, the angrier he got. He hissed as he unsheathed his claws and struck a nearby tree trunk as hard as he could, ripping out a few small pieces of bark.]
I'm bigger and stronger than that half-clan, why don't I get to be a warrior?!
[Eaglepaw thought as he dug his claws into the trunk as hard as he could, trying to vent his frustration. He knew he was bigger than most cats of his age, and now that he was full-grown, he was taller than Watercloud by at least a mouse-tail.]
I can't believe Fathom made HIM into a warrior, but not me!
[Eaglepaw could hardly hold back a piss of anger and frustration as he scored another deep set of scratches in the tree bark. Now that he was fully grown, his muscles had begun to develop nicely and his fur was beginning to grow sleek, instead of his kit fur. [Shiningpaw stared up at Leopardstorm.] "That would be great!" she mewed, clearly excited. [She padded up closer to her mentor.] "Can we go see Moonflower while we're out?" she asked quietly.

[Nightpaw was still uncertain. But she would do it anyway.]I'm small, so I should be able to dodge some of his retailations to my attack, I am fast to, so that should also help.[She thought happily.]But where to attack...[She looked around, then decided to aim for his shoulder.]Here goes then![She charged at him and leapt for his shoulders.]
[I will let you decide if she wins or fails on that one.]

[Fathom easily dodged out of the way, them batted her-claws sheathed- on her side.]
"A little too predictable," he said. "You did well though-I wasn't able to tell what your move was until you flew. But you're going to have to try to trick me this time."
[He blinked, eyes shining. He was showing a real dedication to get Nightpaw trained-she had waited long enough, and deserved to be well-taught.]
(( Tip: a common move is charging in one direction and then suddenly swerving in the opposite direction : o ))
