Destin skidded to a stop and looked a little left before darting again in that direction. He ran on for a moment, unsure of what was going on. He heard a voice but saw noth-- A hole?!
He skidded again, just in time to keep himself from falling in. He panted and peered into it allowing his eyes to adjust to see her form. HER form.
"How did y--...? When did you g--...?" He shook his head as he tried to think of a solution of getting her out. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. "Where are we?" he asked calmly. He had never been here before so all of this really shocked him.

Autumn lifted her tear-streaked face, seeing Destin above her. "Destin!" she cried out happily, placing her front paws on the side of the hole. Her tail wagged, knowing he would rescue her.
"My owner told me about the damage of Nowhere, and I had to see it for myself... I was going along, and well... I.. uh..." She blushed, gesturing to the hole.

((Starreach Sea : Somewhere in its debths))
The waters lapped gently back and forth, swaying to a mysterous beat as the ground was no where to be seen, sea in every direction. Above the rich azure coloring, the sky was a soft, clear blue, the clouds crisp and standing out in the open as they couldnt even block the sunlight above. It was here where the two awoke, slowly at first as all that sunk in was the sharp scent of salt, and the hypnotizing rocking around them.
She found herself coughing lightly, suddenly forced awake as her face fell below the waters and she was forced to push to the surface. Her hair was damp, clinging to the curves of her cheeks as her fur darkened by the sea's brush. Her wings under water and her long arms pushing her to stay at the surface, her eyes could only lid as she was sapped so suddenly, not liking the situation she was in. She had no energy to do anything, so all she could do was push to her back and float, her gaze up to the sky above. She was lost in the waters around her, and too ashamed to go home, she was screwed...

Destin nodded, understanding her situation. He wanted to ask her more. He'd never seen this place before, so he was definately curious. Still there was just one issue currently at hand.
He continued to think. What would be the easy way to get her out? A few seconds past before he mentally slapped himself.
He crouched down positioning himself to where most of his body was supported upon the terra, then dropped his paw into the hole. "Grab a hold of me and pull up..." he commanded. If this didn't work, he'd go into more... painful means. However, if it came down to him using his tail, then so be it...

Autumn looked up at Destin with concern. "Are you sure? I mean... it... it'd hurt you... r-right?"
She walked around the bottom of the cave, still trying to find another way out, despite having trying to figure that out for the past fifteen minutes. Finally, she steeled herself, gave a deep breath, then jumped as high as she could, her paws just barely grabbing onto Destin's paw. Pulling herself up and kicking at the wall, she tried her hardest to get out of the hole...

At this point, he really didn't care if it hurt him or not. He wanted her out of that hole... If it meant pain, he was willing to go through it. He was strong, afterall.
She leapt and grabbed a hold of him, making him smile partly before trying his hardest to pull her up as she did. He only hoped he could pull her up high enough for her to catch the top of the hole. It'd be easier from there.
"Just... a little further..." he assured then relied souly on his hindlegs to support him as he put his other front paw on hers to keep her in his grip as he pulled.

Having a steady grip, Autumn pulled herself up, practically leaping out of the hole once her foot caught the top edge of the hole. Feeling relief wash over her, the Seasonal Dream fell to her side, panting to catch her breath.
"Gods... I... thought I'd be... stuck there forever... thought I'd be alone... forever..." she muttered, lifting a paw to wipe away the tear strains on her cheeks. "That's my greatest fear, aside from rejection... being alone."

Destin laughed softly as he turned to lay beside her. "Didn't I tell you that I didn't want you to be alone? Ever?" He smiled warmly and shook his head before he turned his gaze to the... er... one of the horizons.
He was blushing again. He hid it well with his smile, but he could definately feel himself blush. At least now he wasn't alone here anymore. And he now knew she was safe.

Autumn blushed deeply, though it was hardly visible behind her red fur. Instead, she looked across the horizon, her expression saddening a little once she saw the damage once more.
"All of the trees are destroyed... they'll never be able to change their color or shed their leaves... I can't believe it..." muttered Autumn, her tone sounding defeated.
Truthfully, she was happy that Destin was here. Sure, she wanted company in the first place, but having Destin near her was much, much better than anyone else. She blushed again at the thought and scooted closer to the male Dream.

He guessed by her saddened tone that she felt she needed some comforting, hence her sudden move to get closer. He smiled softly and lightly draped his tail across her back for added comfort before looking back out and across the lands.
"What is this place?" he asked, sounding a little breath-taken, but he was mentally lost. He literally had no clue as to where they were, but he got this strange feeling of... well... he felt like a part of him was home. In an odd... sorta way... And her company added to the warming feeling.

Autumn blushed even more, shivering slightly she she felt the tail on her back. Slowly, hesitantly, she leaned against Destin's side, closing her eyes as she spoke from memory of her siblings.
"Nowhere, where we were all born. This part of Nowhere is called Sanctum Glade, and is a peaceful, beautiful plains with tall trees and green grass." Suddenly remembering what had happened, she half opened her eyes, the small smile that had formed on her face vanishing at the sight before her. "Or... it was."

So this was Nowhere.... And this used to be Sanctum Glade... but...? "What happened here?" he asked calmly.
He had felt her shiver so he draped his tail in just the way to serve as a small blanket of sorts. He found himself blushing again. The blushing would be an never-ending battle... or so he thought. Why was he blushy to begin with?
His gaze averted to her figure beside his. She was a little smaller, gorgeous as ever, and quite a tease to the eyes when he actually started to think about it. He chuckled to himself silently and gave her a gentle hug with his tail as he looked back across the terra yet again.

"My older sister told me that a new land crashed into Nowhere... a large sea, rather, washed over the land of Nowhere, destroying everything, except the Temples, in its path, leaving it..."
She trailed off when she felt Destin's gaze on her. Blushing even more, she kept her green eyes on the terrain. She was still saddened about the fact that the trees, the ones she wanted to see in the fall, were utterly destoryed, yet she was certainly much happier with the male Dream with her.
The blush on her face grew to the first part of her ears as she felt Destin give her a gentle hug. The only hugs she had ever received were from her family, and none of them hugged her with the same tenderness that Destin gave to her. This was different, much different... yet she didn't know how.
Slowly, hesitantly, she wrapped her tail around Destin's back, returning the gentle hug, unknowing adding the same amount of tenderness that the Meteor Dream gave her.
Stuttering again, like when she first met him, Autumn spoke quietly. "W-w-we need t-to g-g-g-get to... to M-Mourn-nee-ning Peaks and... f-f-find my o-o-older brother... T-T-Tah-Taki-keeee-kori. He's... he's in the Earth T-Temple with his... with Ejhani."

He nodded but silently questioned her stuttering. Did he do something wrong? No... he couldn't have... otherwise she wouldn't have hugged back.
He shrugged it off for the moment and thought on what she had said. A sea had washed over these lands. That would explain the salt deposits on most of the dead earth.... hmmm... It must have been one powerful current to wash out this much land all at once.
Mourning Peaks... This meant that there was at least different terrain that just... this... If we got there, she'd probably feel safer.. he thought. Then the thought of sticking around where they were grew quite... well dangerous to him. He wasn't sure why. He didn't want her to get hurt, so the sooner to shelter and people she knew other than himself, the better he'd feel.
"Which way do we need to go?" he asked softly.

"I'm... not sure..." Autumn replied, the stutter going away after a moment. "I've never been here before... only heard stories from my older siblings." She smiled up at Destin, leaning closer against him as she spoke, "Takikori's been here before, so he'd know his way around. Of course, he was here before that devastating wave hit the land... I'm... not sure if the terrain changed or not..."
She knew this place was the safest out of all the lands in Nowhere, and she felt safe with Destin, yet she'd feel safer with Takikori as well. He was a Deejarne, after all, so he could protect the two of them easily. Maybe she could convince Ejhani to come along, too! He was also a Deejarne, and if he joined their team, they'd be unstoppable! Plus, Takikori was a gentle soul, and he had a voice that seemed to make everyone around him feel secure.
And most importantly, she wanted to see her new nieces and nephew.
But at the moment, she felt content right here, leaning against Destin, quite close to the point of cuddling him.
