Archer shook his head. "You lie, you need as much sleep as any person, except for me." He looked around, and withdrew moisture from a plant nearby, balling the moisture into water.

"You are going to be difficult aren't you." Issildia said flatly as she stood. "Fine...but wake me when your shift is over." she added bitingly as she retreated to the lone chunk of sandstone that they had camped near for some form of cover; and sat in front of it, her back learning against it.
She situated her blade Sumar vertically so that it leaned between the left side of her neck and her shoulder, the end of the sheathed blade resting less than an inch beside her upper leg, as to be near, and easy to draw should they be attacked. Her two scimitars were set parallel to each other on her right as she crossed her legs to assume a sitting position as she leaned back against the sandstone.
In the middle of places such as this Issildia would only allow herself to slip into a meditative form of sleep that most of the soldiers of Anier had been taught. It was not as fulfilling in terms of granting the body rest as normal sleep would be, but it allowed the person to remain somewhat aware of the happenings in the waking world, enough to the point that they would wake easily should an intruder make themselves present.
Slowly Issildia slipped into this pattern of rest, willfully slowing the pace of her heart and breathing until her eyes closed. Though she would wake easily should her immediate surroundings be disturbed in some way.

Archer splashed his face withthe water, and inhaled loudly, and then exhaled. He had wordlessly cast a spell. "Now I can not sleep for twenty three hours." He sat by the fire, facing it, and warming his hands, with his wings spread behind him.

Kamui continues his search for his brother, wandering through a vast woodland on foot his black wings tucked in close to his body. Thus far he has avoided heavily populated places for fear of people not accepting him for who he was and chasing him out due to his appearance and powers. He feels exhausted from his travels and very bone weary. He hitches up against a tree, and wishes that he had brought flint so that he could strike a fire for the night. He continues his slow stagger in the dark, not wanting to stop due to the coldness of the night as he searches for shelter.

Streak couldn't sleep. Eventhough it was not his watch, sleep failed him. He felt tired, yet could not sleep. He eventually gave up and sat up. He looked around him, each had something in common with him. With Archer, he was torn and had been possessed. With Khastur, he had fought for almost all sides now. With Issildia, the pain and suffer she had seen and the shame of her ancestory. Yet even with so much in common with the others he felt the most out of place. They were all heros of a sort, the last and only of their kind, whilst Streak felt like a mongrel, split between to race, each of different sides. Streak felt that he would be best to leave them. He was usless. What had he ever done right. He may have corrected certain wrongs but never actually made a right. Even though just earlier he hadsaved Issildia's life from the assassins, it had been him who had controlled them.
Streak decided he had to leave. In truth he didn't want to leave, but he saw it as the best way to help them. They didn't need him, what could he ever do to help them. He didn't care if the others heard or saw him, he just had to leave. He picked himself up and ran into the darkness, tears in his eyes.

Issildia work from her meditative state as she caught the sound of departing footsteps. She quickly realized who it was that was missing. She stood; and almost as an after-thought picked up her blade Sumar then faded into the shadows.
She reappeared only a matter of yards ahead of the retreating Streak, the dark of the night concealing her form.
"Where will you go?" she asked bluntly before pausing for a moment.
"This journey stands upon the edge of a knife, we can not stray from this path for our fate is decided...you can not run Streak...Now...there is no going back."

" Ah right...." Zeo paused and smiled wickedly " I can't really remember the exact details but you gave up your life for your brother...." His hair shielded his eyes from view. All you could see was the smile on his face. " You traded your life for his, and instead of ending yours.....I decided to give you something to live for once again..."

"I see my master, but could you tell me one final thing about it?" He gulped, and lowered his gaze. "What did I call him?"
Archer was about to get Streak when he saw Issildia wake and give chase. He shook his head, and guessed that she was in a better position than he to ask Streak to return.

"If I recall...I believe your last words to him were this... 'Go, before my life ends, for I have substituted myself in your place, to save your life. This is how much you mean to me brother."

Zeo smiled " you are welcome Kuchane.... If you need anything else, I'm right here "the ceiling began to open and a dome shaped crater formed. The crater turned see through and glass like with black veins that formed gothic design in the dome.

"But I can't. I have to go. You're all better off without me anyway, admit it. What good have I ever done?" Streak asked.

"Don't doubt yourself Streak," Issildia said calmly. "You defeated the assassins when we were in the Ryera lands, and even more so you threw away the future of taking your father's place among the Larovian ranks, and that took true courage."
Issildia paused only briefly before continuing, "You gave up a certain future and for what? To remain with a group of exiled halfbloods. We are no better than you." Issildia stated bluntly. "We carry our own mangled pasts just as you do, and we are struggling to find our way just as you are."
Her gaze hardened, "Nothing is certain in this world...all that we can hold to; is being true is each other. Leaving would only turn this into a fallacy that we will never be able to repair...remain with us...and you may yet find your way."

"But the only reason they attacked was because of me being their commander. And I turned from that life, but it was too late. That may be courage, but it didn't change anything, if I hadn't existed that would never have happened, you wouldn't have to have gone to Ryeran lands, you might have even killed your father by now." Streak sighed. "I don't want to make you lose another chance. I don't want to cause pain anymore. I do want to lead this lfe, but I can't, for all our sakes, I can't."
((What a tear-jerker crying ))

"Before I met you, I had a number of chances to kill my father...but success is not made by mere chance. When the moment comes, I will face him along with all the things that I have been running from these past years, but moments like that come whether one wills them to or not...and even you Streak can not stop that time from coming...I will destroy my father...when the time is right. Obviously that moment has yet to arrive." she added gravely.
"And Streak," Issildia said with idle precision, "You turned from the life that Reinsen Nevar offered when it mattered most, you were neither late nor early in your decision to change the course of your fate, and for that I thank you..."
