"Finally!" Elena shouted, Probably a bad thing to do on the phone. But, after 10 failed attempts to reach him, it was understandable for her excitement. "Yes, Im fine. Im in Midgar, actually. Where are you?"
There was a pause, as the two troops went up to her and tryed to listen in.Elena, annoyed at this pushed them aside and stepped away from them. "Well, Some of the soldiers and I had been looking around Midgar for Reno and Rude, but there's still no sign of them."
Yuffie tryed to keep a straight face,looking back at Aerith. "Okay, He has this wierd rule about no one touching or comeing close to him..So, tell him you wont, quick!"
'I..never had that intention...Im not going to touch you,sir.." Aerith spoke quickly.

Blinking, he tilted his head. "...you promise?" Obviously relieved by her words, he slowly began to move down the wall, but once his feet were on the floor, he didn't attempt to move any closer. It was now, that he was able to move his gaze from the female that he glanced toward Vincent, who had apparently been able to hide his presence so well that even the shadows hadn't been aware he was there. Blinking, he looked to Aerith once more. "...well...umm...now that we have that...settled........hi?"

Aerith noded her head a little.Finding the whole situation strange. "I promise." She watched as he moved downward from the wall, why that managed to creep her out after all the things she had seen, she'd never know.Following his gaze, the cetra wonderd what he was looking at,instead she decided not to question it.Not even Aerith had seen Vincent there.

He quickly shook his head, folding his arms across his chest as he leaned back against the wall. "...no..it is not your fault...I just...tend to be extremely cautious around those who are not....aware of my fear.."

Still standing, Aerith wonderd if she could offer him something out of being the kind person she had been.
"..Okay, Well..Can I get you anything?" He didn't look like a normal human being, that part was quite ovious.He probably didn't need the things they had needed.But, it was worth a try. "Do you..drink? Maybe you'd like some water? Or..You can take a seat."

Rufus smiled slightly at her exclamation. " I'm actually in Icicle. I'm staying with some old friends of ours." He looked at the myriad of AVALANCHE members and their friends moving about the town from his room in the INN and smiled slightly. " It's....rather interesting...you should get here as soon as possible....they've offered assistance in locating Reno...since Rude has made an appearance...he is also looking for him...but in his own way..."
Vincent stepped from his shadows and came up behind Yuffie as silent as a tomb. " It would seem you cannot quite control your...powers....yes?" He looked the man over, deducing from what he's overheard the man say about being touched....and what he can sense himself... He allowed his hand to fall away from the grip of Cerberus....but not too far....his cloak hiding his cautious actions quite well....as his deep, blood-colored eyes swept the man's form again. "...The doctor would have a stroke..." Vincent chuckled darkly and turned slightly. " Aerith...if..it isn't too much of an inconvenience...could you come up with some of that soothing tea....Chaos is....acting up again..."

Watching Aerith, he shook his head quickly. "...no water...it cannot come near me.." His focus then shifted to Vincent, eyes slightly narrowing. "I can control myself perfectly. It is others that I cannot control. Or, rather, prefer not to..."

"Really? Okay. I'll try to get there as soon as I can. " She responded as she begain walking away.The two annoyences following after her."If anything comes up, Call me! Bye!" Elena then pushed the botten of her phone to shut it off. At least she thought she did.
"Ha! Now I can have some freedom from YOU TWO!"
Soldier #1: "But! We only ---"
Soldier #2 : "Aw, come on..There isn't anyone else to protect around here."
Elena waved. "So..protect eatch other? By---" She blinked,looked at the phone and realized it was still on. "Ha ha...Oops..God.." Click! The phone was off.
Yuffie spun around suddenly, She had no clue Vincent was there, or that he was just..suddenly behind her.That was just enough to scare the day lights out of the girl. "Gawd..Vinnie..Dont sneak up on people like that!"
Aerith tryed to hold in laughter at Yuffie, shakeing her head as she noded to Vincent. "Yes, of course..I'll make some right away..You guys just relax!"

After setting the phone away Elena took off. She could seriously use the Seirra right about now. But, being as it seemed to be gaurded and under a spell to hover above the city, there was no way she was going to get to it.Chocobos were to slow,what else was left? Maybe she could get to one of the choppers,though if she did that she'd need the two soldiers she had been stuck with for days..again.
"Man..Okay. Fine..I guess you can proove to be usefull, if you can fly a helicopter?" She looked at the soldiers,who nodded and hurryed off to the area they had kept the choppers, Elena followed after them.

As Aerith walked up the stairs,she made sure to keep a good distance from Korangar. "Why cant you have water?" She asked before grabbing a pot and filling it with hot water,where it soon met with the hot stove..

Moving his focus to Aerith again, he stepped away from the staircase, moving to the opposite wall, so she wouldn't have to make extra effort to avoid touching him. "Because I am Fire." Frowning, he tilted his head. "Well..that is only partially true..."

Vincent allowed the hint of a smile to creep onto his face...for all his stony emotionlessness...that never got old. " Indeed...thank you Aerith." He moved back to the wall where he rested against it, crimson gaze constantly sweeping over his charges....the people he protected, because of his failures in the past...he took it upon himself to protect these two....as they seemed to end up in more trouble than any of the others... "Yuffie. Leave the man alone if he wants to be left alone. I'm sure he's perfectly capable of doing whatever he wishes." Vincent tugged his cloak a bit tighter around him.
Rufus smiled, chuckling at Elena's outburst before she hung up and walks back to the window. "Oh Elena....whatever are we going to do with you and your mouth. " He snorted, realizing how bad that sounded, and upon realizing he just snorted, chuckled softly, glad noone was around to hear that....as he pulled on his overcoat, resting the old-style double barrel shotgun against his shoulder as he opens the door, then hides it beneath his coat as he walks toward the house the AVALANCHE members seemed to be living in, as he very civilly knocks on the door and waits.

Aerith looked back at him, he did seem like an interesting person to learn about.Seeing as he was oviously much diferent from herself and her friends.As she prepared some tea,she continued to speak to him..
"Your fire?..Im not sure I understand fully..But..besides that, Is there anything you can take? Anything I can get you?"

Shrugging, he glanced around the room. "I can drink things...so long as they are not water...and I can eat..but...it is never necessary.." Glancing up to her he sighed, shaking his head. "..but, thank you for your offer, anyway.."

Yuffie walked over toward Vincent. She had to think of a good comment! But, Nothing was comeing to mind.Nothing good, anyway. "I wasn't bothering him! I only invited him here because ..I dont think he has anywhere else to go.Or are you just saying that because you like my company,and you want me here with yooooou?" She teased.
Aerith was still a little busy with the tea, And she didn't exactly want to leave the stove on without someone near it! Sighing,she looked back at Korangar.Today was such a busy day,something that didn't happen to offten,though she was enjoying every moment of it.
"Korangar, can you just watch the stove for a second? I need to get the door!" Then she quickly walked over to the door and opend it.
"Oh! Rufus..Come in!"
