well thermite is singular for one and it is a mixture of certain metals in granulated form that burns at a couple thousand degrees farenheit. burning_eyes

See, I'm asking about vacation because Raine and I agreed that we ought to start contests mid-June. But I haven't seen her around lately (she hasn't answered my PM) and I can't administer the contests all on my own because I'm in the middle of a term. sweatdrop I don't know about the other mods...I PM them sometimes but they never answer.

It's been a yearly summer vacation for me ha ha. But that ends in September. Yes, I'd say the majority of kids have started their summer vacation by now.

sucks for you. but does anybody here live in texas near dallas or tarrant county(thats the general area where i live)? there was this HUGE storm last night!! it lasted what seemed like 10 to 12 hours!! when it started i was at my moms house(my parents are divorced butstill great friends smile )there wer the tornado sirens going off and we were having power fluctuations in the house. i was supposed to be going to my dads house which is where i am now and i was having trouble finding everything i wanted to bring. anyway we had some company over before the storm had started (our next door neighbors) and my mom, dad, step-dad, brother, neighbors, and their daughter were all in the garage. the rain was coming down so hard they had the garage door down halfway to keep from getting soaked. so i was ready to go with all my stuff in like three plastic bags (stuff in one bag that in another bag and that in another bag) to keep it all from getting wet. so my dads car is out in the rain so we need to go through the crazy rain to get in the car. we were in the rain for three maybe four seconds and we were soaking wet. so we are going to my dads house and the roads are already semi flooded. so we get to my dads house and the storm keeps going for like 6 hours then it is *somewhat* off and on for the next 3 hours then it just starts plain old storming again! then this morning about 7:00 when i thought it was over (i spent an all nighter) it starts again for about 45 minutes! and let me tell you there was some crazy lightning action going. the sky was lighting up all night every 30 seconds to a minute. there were two (one while i was outside under a kind of overhang and one while i was inside) that were EXTREMELY loud and scared the living daylights out of me! they were so loud they both hurt my ears and set off car alarms!

Ooh, storms. They're wheefun for me. xp
The last typhoon I lived through when I was living on Guam was the strongest that ever hit the island. It lasted for a few days without end, shutting off the power. The winds were like so hard that they were battering the heavy rains and practically shaking my (concrete!) house. No thunders, though, just howling, howling winds.
I find thunders kinda fun to listen to too, even though the really loud ones make me cringe. I just make sure to turn off everything because I'm afraid something would explode or something. xd

you sure do change your avi a lot...oh and i forgot to mention, my dad has a really nice car that can show you what temp it is outside and when we were leaving my moms house the temp dropped from 78 to 65 in like 3 minutes!!
