Oh I'm pretty much just going allocate all his remaining stat points during that time skip and come up with rp reasons as to why he got them. As for Bankai I kind of want to rp him training to get it so I'll probably have him doing some solo training or something after the time skip where he's working on it.

Oh can I modify how my Bankai looks too? I had some interesting ideas on how the movement mods would work that also adds a bit of visual flair.

Tetsu will be teaching his Lt. his Bankai via RP. stare Virgil and I have discussed this. This is acting like training for Tetsunosuke as well.
