Flamethrower - Body Slam, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Return, Belly Drum or Curse
Rest
Sleeptalk
Ability-Thick Fat
Nature-Brave
Hold-Leftovers
It looks to me like this Snorlax is physical. Flamethrower wouldn't do much.
Ampharos
Magnet Rise - Any of those moves can go here.
Swift - Power Gem, Signal Beam. Cotton Spore, Thunder Wave, Attract, or Focus Blast
Thunder - Thunderbolt or Discharge
Rain Dance - Any of the other moves can replace this
Ability-Static
Nature-Modest
Hold-Damp Rock - Magnet, Wise Glasses, Choice Scarf
Ampharos might not be quick enough to pull of a Rain Dance and then follow up with Thunder. Plus the rain will hinder your fire attacks. Those other attacks are very good options to consider. Not many people will be using Double Team in competitive online play.. since it's usually a banned attack, so Swift loses its luster.

You have no ghost type attacks in that move set. A Dread Plate would work better for him.

I prefer a physical Rapidash. He's pretty quick and not very hardy.. so Agility really isn't needed in my opinion. Swift isn't really going to do much either. Will-o-wisp is handy.

Shadow Claw - Psycho Cut
Perish Song
Faint Attack - Night Slash
Ability-Superluck
Nature-Jolly
Hold-Scope Lens
I see you battle alot of people who spam Double Team. Night Slash puts Absol's ability to better use. Dark and Ghost cover pretty much the same types. So you wouldn't need Shadow Claw since Night Slash gives you STAB. Psycho Cut is for those pesky fighting types that are sure to counter Absol.

Personally for the Snorlax, out of all the options given, I think Return or Curse would be the best options. Belly Drum can be epic, but you only really need to use it once. However, it's curse is its blessing: you only need to use it once.
