Ah well If you don't mind, I'm looking for something to spark my fire as a .... let's say specialist. I'm at a crossroads in life and I am looking for my calling. Perhaps your danger could be sadly of use. Not to make it sound like a good thing

"SAKURAI!" Ion yelled right after the splinters were send flying. He too got hit by them. It hurt but he endured it. He charged at Ifuuki with his sword, leaped at her and slashed diagonaly at her. "You b***h!"

Rio and Kasa's fight had already draw to it's climax. Both of the ninjas were severly bruised and cut. Kasa's wound were worse, but the very fact that Rio's wound still showed was an indicator of how hard and often Kasa hit him in this fight. All around them the ground was shattered and upturned, boulders blow apart by their misplaced blows.

Kasa and Rio were not the fastest ninjas for their skill level, but they both could down a person in a single well placed hit. Unluckly for each other, both of them could both take as well as they gave, being like walking tanks they were slower, but hit heavy and shrugged off most lighter blows with ease.

"Give up Kasa," Rio said as he circled his friend in his 'dance of cracked ground' form of his open fist style taijutsu. "We both know how this will go. we can both take a beating, but I will always be able to take more, you know that, you've never beaten me in a taijutsu match."

"True, which I guess means I have to resort to more desperate measures," Kasa said as he made a quick string of hand seals before placing his hand on the ground, saying "Doton: Kame Akagai no Jutsu". To Rio's surprise though, the shell of incredibly hard earth did not cover Kasa, it instead came up in front of him, blocking his vision.

With all the quickness he could spare, Rio vaulted over the protective wall of earth, and was immediately tackled by Kasa. As they hit the ground Kasa said, "Sorry Rio, but this is going to hurt like a mother."

Before Rio could say a word in protest, Kasa reverted to a metal clone and to Rio's horror, promtly exploded. Rio's scream of pain could be heard from the mouth of the cave as his two Tushi Bunshin that were next to Mai both crumbled to dirt.

Kasa limped toward the crater that his clone had made and looked down at was remained of Rio. Half his body wasn't there anymore, though most of his head was there, though missing chunk of flesh and one eye. Rio had shield his face as much as possible with his arm, which where now gone from the elbow down. His chest had been very well protected from the blast by the dual layer of protection he wore there, the special Ohmu leather had special ninjutsu seals placed on them to make them incredibly hard and durable, and the polymorphic 'liquid rock' skin tight shirt of Bakuhatsu design that Rio wore underneath the leather padding worked with the padding to exponentially increase his protection.

Most of the leather was gone, but the Bakuhatsu shirt remained intact, making sure that Rio's midsection and chest were unharmed, though probably very bruised. A groan sounded from Rio's mouth telling Kasa that he was still alive. Kasa had known that Rio would probably survive the blast, but he had hoped to do a little less damage than this, Rio would take at least a day to be completely heal inside and out, though his immediate outside appearance would probably be noral in a few hours. He wouldn't be at full strength until he slept and ate about all day for another day to replenish his strength and his symbiote levels.

Still, Kasa decided, he should leave before that girl with the large sword showed up again (hint hint)

With a swirl of fire, Kasa disappeared.

Ifuuki fell forward, impaled by countless wood shards. Ion flew harmlessly over her head. She struck the ground face first next to Mokuhakai unmoving. The creature in Mokuhakai's brain squirmed viciously searching for its meal of memories.

Sensing something was wrong, Mai stumbled her way to the cave entrance. There she found Rio gastly wounded. "Oh my..are you aright? Are you still alive?" She asked in a panic. She wasn't trained as a medical ninja, but her mother had shown her a few things.

Yuna decided if he wanted to kill Rui, he'd only have 9, maybe 10 seconds left before she kills him. No. 3 seconds. He dispelled his Oboro Bunshins, only leaving behind one. Next, he dispelled his Jousan no Jutsu, revealing himself to Rui. Finally, he preformed an odd handseal, only inches away from his face. His Kaigokougan dilated and said, "Uzume!"

A massive orb of raw energy appeared to hover 10 ft above Yuna, the same pattern in Yuna's eyes lay in the center of the orb. It wasn't hard to miss, but if Rui so much as glanced at it, it would be all over. Yuna himself was sweating and now exhausted. He wasn't used to firing of Genjutsu after Genjutsu after Genjutsu. He knew this would be his last move, infact, he bet his life on it.
