Riku saw the slumbering pokemon and was relieved it was sleeping. Honestly she wasn't ready for a battle just yet. The girl quietly hobbled along making her way away from it and heading back towards the beginning of the island. It was freezing cold and she knew if she had to stay the night outside like this in the desert, then she wouldn't survive. At least if she could make it to the beginning soon, she could go try and see the Nurse to heal before she fainted from loss of blood. Ryuu was out of his pokeball traveling with her and silently helping as much as he could.

The pair continued through the freezing desert without running into any more interruptions luckily. The girl shivered slightly but moving helped so that she didn't freeze to death. Ryuu felt kind of bad he couldn't do anything like a fire pokemon to help warm her up. He could try helping to support her and he would always be her protector, but sometimes she needed more then he could provide...

This is what makes your human a murderer in our eyes, the law of steel and blood, no pokemon that has lost a fight is harmed. That little one is much safer after your battle than she is ...during or before it.))

It was a positive attitude to have, but was it better or worst. Jace was now in a situation where he had lost his pokemon and was as defenseless as any trainer can be ....as the sound of galloping hooves would sound ahead of him. That same Ponyta could be seen in the distances. His eyes focus on Jace as he watches him ...though he would not come closer. He stood at least two dunes apart as he watches the boy continue onwards. A foolish feat in his mind, but the pokemon simply follows along as Jace would continue his journey with a egg in his arm.
It would work, as the Wigglytuff watches his foe drift off to sleep. His song would stop the moment he was assured of it working, but still something about the plant seemed off. It was why he hesitated to attack even though his opponent is helpless now, he could simply end this battle with a single hit ...as he smirks to himself.
Yes, caution was best as he watches to see if the pokemon would wake. He would shift to his defensive stance just in case the Bellsprout was trying to fool him by acting like was alseep.

After such a battle, one would think that they would get a longer break ....as they journey to the end of this Prehistoric place. A Kabuto that had been hiding in the earth would move as they passed, and with his eyes set on the group she would quickly scramble to get into their path. They had taken the aerial predator from here, that meant they were at the top of the food chain.
If she wanted to get to the top, she had to defeat them ....and since such a battle would have sap their strength....as she surge forward.

The Scyther smiles lightly as she saw the pokeball release her opponent in front of her. A Skarmory, the master of the air here ...for that was the bird whom rode the winds and ran down pain and punishment at their own discretion. There wasn't many creatures that could get pass the traps as easily as them, and to think that this boy had managed to get one on his side ...brought her opinion of him up a few notches already as she would turn her blade from the boy to the pokemon.

She had no plans of taking it easy on such a bird. She always wanted to have a match with one, and as she notices that the Skarmory doesn't take to the air ...her smile grows wider.
She would love this even more ...this bird plans to battle her on her turf. That gave her a slight advantage in this prickly place. A smirk came on her face as she would literally start to power her wings as she flapped them quickly behind her ....she drew her blade arms backwards as she flick her wings not forward but in reverse as she would start to suck in the air in front of her. Threatening to pull her opponent towards her and those blades as she stand ready and with a smile.
It was a fighter's move she was using ...called Vacuum wave.

A claw would scratch her cheek, and another would scratch her back as her tail went stiff with the itching. Victoria on the move would be oblivious of the Emogla's plight as she felt it suddenly a pinch and a bit of a drain as she lost even the will to try and scratch the itches as she slump against her ...shivering each time she felt that impulse. Her limbs were too heavy ...Aella was suffering as the sudden weight would attract Victoria's attention as the girl started her walk pass the cactus of this place. Her hand going to help straighten the squirrel as she would give a mild complaint of her weight.
Figuring that Aella had decided that now was the time to play ...especially after everything they had gone through. Her hand reaching up to touch her lightly ...on the shoulder. Whether or not she would be lucky enough to touch the Joltik as well would be simply luck as her hand moves.

The Poochyena's ears went down at those words. He growled showing off his fangs as he heard the boy's insulting words. He wanted to challenge him for his pack ...whether they were human or pokemon he would rip apart any one whom dared to challenge him for the position as he looks at the boy ...and ready himself to spring.
Afterall, it was Nick whom challenged him, and the boy had said that he would fight them for the position. His paws would leave the ground as he leapt at the boy with his teeth ready to bite out his throat.

The Purrloin only took a moment as he saw the Pawniard, he had to make this count, he just thanks Jasmine's quick eyes in this one...
The Pawniard's body was steel, it wouldn't take as much damage from the hit... But that was a weianess too, it had steel, not skin, it had joints!
And all of a sudden, as Claudandas lashed the ground and sent coins up, the cat whirled and sent them flying at the Pawniard, looking to catch it, shoulders, waist, hip, knees, looking for one or more, any that would jam its body from moving!

For her efforts, Victoria would receive a rather nasty static shock. It had been faint, but her hand had brushed against the bristled body of the Joltik. While of course this would likely alert the child of his presence, it also gave the insect notice of his discovery. Ceasing the static drain, the Joltik began to burrow deeper into the Emolga's fur, seeking to strengthen his hold.
He'd just found a meal like no other in this area; he wasn't about to give it up so easily!

He could have sworn it showed signs of being female a moment ago...well, gender didn't matter he supposed. Both male and female could be strong, who's to say an effeminate male couldn't be as well?
Flexing his wings faintly, Crowe didn't take to the air. No, that would only serve to pull him into this insects attack. Instead he dug his talons into the ground, shifting all his weight into his feet. He was a bird made of iron and steel; the Scyther would soon discover that to be a hefty order to suck in.

((hahaha, I knew that was going to happen eventually. It happens to me when I am sick or whatever, and I resolve myself towards staying online during that time14 - 1 + 11 - 8 = 16/2 = 8dmg (Gold gained 13))))

She would declares as her attack was literally stopped. As she felt those bits of change find their way inside of her joints as she was hit and locked up at all the same time as she fell to the side.
It was a hard hit, as she struggle back to her feet.
Though her blade hadn't cut ....was the innocent that prevent it or sheer dumb luck.
She didn't know, and so the gather herself once more. That meant that this battle shall continue as she shifts to a defensive stance. If this hit, she would take that to be the sign of a lost and her own wrong perception. She hadn't been this badly overwhelm in quite some time.

Sand would fly everywhere, and in the next few moments a Drillbur would pop to the surface. Swinging his arms around, the Pokemon almost seemed like he were stretching...until he noticed the girl and her Larvitar.
">Perfect! I've been needing a good workout! You ready?<" The Pokemon called out. It was worded like a question, but clearly the Larvitar's answer had been decided for him. They were going to fight; whether Ryuu wanted to or not.  Drilbur [M]
