 Amelia flinched at the laughter; it was a reasonable suggestion, especially since she was referring not to the teacher’s desk, but the silly contraptions the students were forced to sit in. Still, she didn’t say a word, merely walked up to a free mannequin. She could feel her annoyance as a small fire, which she used to imagine the ball of flame that she would cast. Taking a second to compose herself, Amelia lifted her wand and uttered the spell, ” Lacarnum Inflamarae!” It was fascinating watching the fire rotating towards the ‘death eater.’ It was quite lovely in its way, though once free from the binds of the sphere, it spread as it normally would. She doused it quickly with a soft, ”Aguamenti” then stepped back for another student to try. She knew she could cast it again if necessary.

Alex walked over to a mannequin and pointed her wand at it "Lacarnum Inflamarae" She said, then a ball of flames erupted from her wand and Alex smiled happily, for she had accomplished the spell on the first try

(Sorry it took so much time to reply for the first lesson.. s: Just posting it to finish the previous assignment. Again, sorry I was so slow!)
Lena heard the Slytherin mention she would be casting a different spell and just as she was about to tell her Liberacorpus was the correct counter-curse, she looked back at the Slytherin and was a bit surprised when she quickly heard Finite. As she saw the spell come towards her, followed by a strange noise, she wondered. Is it going to do the same as Liberacorpus? She was a bit afraid and uncertain, but a few seconds later she discovered it had the same effect, for the force that held her ankle released her and she fell to the floor. Once again, thanks to Sparrow’s spell, she fell on a soft surface. As she got to her feet, she said, Well done! to Harmony and thanked both of them for safely getting her back to the ground.
(There, all done! (: Don't need to continue the assignment further, otherwise it'll mix up the two assignments..)

As today’s spell was to explode Death Eater mannequins using the reductor curse, Lena got up from her desk and walked to the left of the classroom towards one of the mannequins. She got her wand, pointed it at the mannequin and took a deep breath. Reducto! She shouted, but nothing happened. Reducto! She repeated, a bit louder, but still nothing happened. She sigh and tried a third time, this time, clearing her mind and speaking with more determination, but still nothing happened. Hmm.. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. She turned back to the board and began to re-read the instructions on how to correctly cast the reductor curse.

Rose smiled as she saw the mencancing Death Eater turn into a less-intimadating wooden suit of armor.She felt her uneasiness rise. "Yes that is much better.I am sorry I would have cast the spell on the Death Eater version of the mannequin but...It really scared me I really couldn't get myself to cast the the spell."She sighed. She moved towards the new mannequin. She got in position and adjusted her wand. "Lacarnum Inflamarae!"But nothing happened. She tried again. "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" Then suddenly the suit of armor burst into flames. She dosed the flame. "Professor! Professor! I did it. I really did it."She smiled brightly.

Neomi Wroth... Neomi scowled trying again. "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" She set the mannequin on fire. "Professor I did it!" She quickly put out the mannequin out with Aquamenti. She smiled....First Year Ravenclaw

Seeing that no other 7th years were around, Meiko sat onto a vacant chair and sighed, waiting for any 7th years to come in and partner up with her.

Glad to be done with the spell, Amelia considered leaving class when she saw Meiko simply sitting there. It confused her for a moment; until she realized her friend was the only seventh year in the class. Going towards her and taking the seat beside her, Amelia commented, "You wanna try the spell on me? I doubt I'd be able to cast it on you, but I don't mind being the test subject." She really didn't; especially if it would get Meiko out of the class faster too.

"That quite alright Rose." Kenneth told Rose after she apologized for not being able to cast the spell on the Death Eater shaped mannequins. He stood off to the side and watch as Rose made her attempt, at first she seemed to be having some trouble, but on her second attempt the wooden knight caught fire. He beamed down at her and said "well done Rose, well done indeed." Just as he had finsihed praising Rose for her successful attempt he heard Neomi also shout that she had done it. He turned to face her and said well done Neomi, well done."
Giving the girls a nod of his head, he started to pace around the room, watching the other students practice their spell assignment. As he circled the room he saw that Mekio was still waiting for the other upper class years to arrive. Kenneth frowned a little, and thought "Why are the upper years always late?" None the less he overheard Amelia's suggestion and didn't see and reason that he shouldn't let them try. As he walked by Mekio's desk he said "I'm fine with Amelia's suggestion that you practice on her, just be careful okay."

Amelia gave a nod in the professor's direction, but otherwise didn't say anything. She was going to be tied up; just because she was smaller didn't make it dangerous. And probably nothing would come out of her wand if she tried it, so Meiko was fine.

Sparrow continued to cast the spell upon the mannequins and kept repairing them. She was determined to disintegrate the thing. Sparrow concentrated hard and shouted extremely loud that the entire room might hear, "Reducto!!!!" She then watched as the mannequin disintegrated in front of her and Sparrow grinned triumphantly.

As Meiko listened to the suggestion of her new friend Ammy and professor Reynold's consent, Meiko stood up and nods at them with a satisfied smile. "Oh, sure, thanks, Ammy. And don't worry, I wont make the ropes too tight~"
Meiko made her way to a vacant space by the center and called Ammy over. "Are you ready, Ammy?"

Amelia, with complete trust in Meiko, followed her into the empty space. Figuring she should just stand there, she nodded, "I'm good," she kept her hands down at her sides, waiting for the ropes to come. It was the few moments before that made her grow anxious, wondering what if the ropes were too tight and she couldn't get them off.

"Sorry I'm late... Professor," she said between gasps, "I... lost my... salamander... in the dormitories..."
She looked up at the chalkboard to see what today's assignment was. "Oh... Partnering, eh?" She looked around, realizing most people had been partnered up already.
"Eh... I'll wait 'til someone's free."(( Sorry 'bout that. Been too busy with school and work to be on Gaia. ))

"Don't sweat it Eriena, I think by now you can see I'm not too big on coming down on people if they are late. I'm just glad you finally did show up." Kenneth told Eriena after she apologized for being late. "Um you can go join Mekio, she's practicing on Amelia, since she didn't have anyone else to practice it on a few minutes ago."

"Alright then, but if you feel uncomfortable, I'll just quickly use Relashio to set you free." Meiko informed with concern in her voice as she looked at Ammy.
Meiko pulled her wand out and pointed it at Ammy, remembering to not let the rope wrap around Ammy too tight. "Incarcerous!" after saying the incantation loudly, her wand began to conjure ropes swiftly and wrapped the ropes around Ammy's body. Meiko quickly ran to Ammy, sighing out of relief to see that she was still standing after that, meaning that it wasn't too tight or powerful.
She speaks to Ammy as she smiles at her. "You okay? Want me to get rid of the ropes now?"
