 We are now open for Donation applications until February 15th. After the 15th or if we receive 10 applications, no more applications will be considered and we will vote on who gets a donation. Please look over the rules below and send in the form to Questline (this user). Happy questing and good luck everyone!To be eligible for a donation, please fill out the form below and PM it to Questline.
Applications will be accepted from the first to the fifteenth of the month. Any applications sent after the 15th will be instantly deleted.
Title the PM -Insert Month- Application, please.
We will only be accepting 10 applications in the allotted time frame. First come, first serve.
There is a predetermined post count that we will be checking before accepting your application. If you do not meet this requirement, we will decline your application. This is for the safety of the charity.
For Soquili Questers: You may not apply if you own 6 Soquili. Co-owning counts has half.
Donations will be sent out monthly. We will choose two winners based on staff review of the applications and quests.
If you win for the month, you may not apply for three months. Please see the list below for when you may enter again.
Every five months, we will close up and refund the account.
Please remember that we are sending donations for your pet quest. It is only polite if you use the fund for the pet quest and not to purchase Gaia items to wear--unless you are buying them for their increasing value on market. Anyone who gets a donation and spends all the gold on Gaia clothing will be reported for scamming.
If you do not have a quest thread set up, you are encouraged to post your Soquili form.
If you finish your quest before we close for judging, you may PM us and inform us that you would like to withdrawal. In fact, we would appreciate this so others have a chance to enter.  [b]Name:[/b]

 And applications are closed! We are not taking anymore until next month. If you send us a PM for this month's application, it will be deleted. Remember, if you are appointed for a donation, you cannot send in a form for 3 months. We want to give everyone a chance to get a donation from us, here at Questline.
Judges, it is now your time to shine. There will be further explanation in the staff forum under the Donation Application thread.

dudes! totally bummed i missed the rabbit post contest. sad i didn't get the guild announcement till just now.. but it was closed on the 9th. XD wow gaia.. thx for the derp. lol...
how is everyone? I am sorry I haven't been by to talk to anyone at soq lately. I been working in a new b/c shop, so I've been really devoting a lot of time to it since i'm in love with the lines. :3
but AWSUM for year of the rabbit. biggrin i'm a 75 rabbit.

Yeah, Gaia sent a lot of old guild announcements out today for no apparent reason. e.e Sorry to those of you who might have gotten it too late because of Gaia's failure.

Thank you to the five who sent in applications this month. Since it was such a small number and because we didn't hit the secret requirement for two winners, we had to pick only one.
Also! Make sure to direct your attention to a contest magnadearel and Sunset Mahagony are hosting. [link]

Thank you to the six who sent in applications this month. This time we will be announcing two winners! Just a reminder that we do enjoy seeing quest progression and will make comparisons between your application, past applications, and quest thread. So please, please, please make sure there is a post in your quest thread (if applicable) for your fund progression.
We already have had donations cover this quarter's expenses, however, we will still be taking a break in May. That's right, April will be the last month of donations for the second quarter of the year. This break is to give the staff time to discuss some matters and hopefully look to expanding the charity.
Without further adieu, the winners for March are...sunchaser9000 and magnadearel!
