I haven't gone to the restaurant yet, I'm waiting until around 2:30 or so (It's only 1:30 right now)
No fantasy? that's soo sad... I like fantasy, as long as it is well written, and doesn't get too bad (graphically violent and other such things) Right now I'm reading the Redwall books, though. I like them, though reading them too much gives me strange dreams about mice and otters and squirrels fighting rats and foxs and weasels.... I usually am good about getting my books returned in time, but I've messed up a few times (luckily, my library was a website, so you can renew your books at home smile )

Not sure if I shuld make a seperate thread for this so I'll just say it here.
It's been a really REALLY long day, starting at 5:30 A.M. and getting back home at 8:45 P.M. gonk How am I even awake?? Anyway, I went to the state capital for Fine Arts, or SCACS as it is here. It's a competition of most Christian schools in this state. Long story short, my charcoal artwork won 2nd in monochromatic drawing blaugh blaugh blaugh blaugh blaugh blaugh blaugh
And since a bunch of the art students won most of the art prizes (mostly 1st and 2nd place, and even the only scholarship) my art teacher has been incredibly overjoyed! Especially since it's her first year of teching!

You gotta love a day when there's almost a foot of snow on the ground and you can go outside in a short sleeve t-shirt and not be cold smile

laptops are cool. I want one too. I don't think I'll get one (I already have a computer in my room) but it's always fun to dream. Ya gotta be careful about wanting something too much, though. A form of lust, ya know. I personally have a lusting problem. I LOVE books. I'm always wanting to buy more. Sometimes (like at cheap booksales) I'll buy books just because they look old or something, and the I don't actually read them. Now I have a pile of books that I haven't read, and I decided that I'm going to read through them (or at least the first few chapters of each) and decide if I really want them. Sadely, I haven't taken the time to start through them. Now their sitting in a pile on my floor, being pushed around whenever I need to get to something behind them. I'm really going to try going through them as soon as I finish the couple books I'm working on right now. (I try not to read too many books at one time, it's not good for my brain...) Wow... I wrote a lot here... I guess I should stop... I'll chat at you all more tomorrow!

hello Spirestfan. Sorry no one's been around lately... Sometimes the guild is like that. If you wait around usually someone comes on, sooner or later.
