I'd re-read the description on Mana Block before I became too confident in my master plan, Gonzu. mrgreen

((Curse you Stun effect!!! You vex me at every turn. I guess I'll just heal Ronin. The damn anti-magic wisps will block most of my Fireball.))

((So if I'm getting this right. Team up adds all the attacks together so everyone get's a super high attack. Unless those Wisp thingies count as monsters? They don't appear to have stats. Just seem to be counters.
Anyway. 7(Ronin) + 8(Bigfoot) + 0(Gonzu) + 2(Kitai) + 3(Gargant) = 20 combined attack. So as long as those wisps aren't monsters each of us will do at least 12 damage to the Lich. More depending on the combat dice. As there are five of us, that would be a minimum of 60 damage. Which would slaughter the Lich.
This is all on the assumption that those Wisps are not counted as enemies. I am assuming this due to the fact that the wisps do not have life, attack, defense, abilities, or really any of the other things that make monsters.
If they are monsters, and I really need you to tell me GC, then I this will mean that I should cast Fireball. Which will force all of the Wisps to sacrifice themselves to block most of it's damage. which will mean that the Lich would be the only enemy by the time we all attack and we would get to Team up.))

They aren't monsters. But you can't join the team up because you have zero attack and zero combat.

Ah well, I guess my shin kick of death will have to wait. If I am doing the math right (which by all odds I am not) then the combat dice should more than account for the extra damage needed to finish off the Lich. Wow, this round was amazingly damage heavy. The Lich did a huge amount of damage, and my allies returned in kind. I was relegated to the lowly rank of healer. Oh the shame! What kind of Nuke am I! When three lowly anti-magic wisps are enough to reduce me to white magic!

((Works for me!))
Bellamin broke from his hesitation.
"The Chosen? What?"
But seeing that it flung a fireball at Ronin, he quickly snapped into action. He made an upward slashing motion with his sword as he rushed towards the Lich, and with all his strength, he brought in down on the undead caster. Just as his slightly incorporeal companion joined in attacking. As Bellamin winded up for another blow, the whisp flew over to Ronin, sending a much weaker healing spell towards him
((Summon, attack Lich, smash, dice for attack)) ((Attack lich, heal Ronin))
((If he survives for more than 4 rounds, we're dead))
((Oh well, alteast you make a better support then me! I'm always reduced to a 'third tire' due to my balance. Oh the irony.))

((well it doesnt really have to be a "team-up" does it. it could be that all of us just attack him with our own strenght and abilities and deal a massive amount of damage.... wouldn't that work?))

Hmmmmm... I knew I should have given him a meat shield or two.
Even without the Gargant, you get up to a 26 Attack distributed over 5 attacks. Against a defense of 8, you get +18 damage to your attacks each, for 90 damage before any kind of bonuses. So... Yeah, I'll spare you all the cost of your AP and MP, except for Bellamin and Gonzu who healed their delightful meatshield Ronin.
Lich ---> burning_eyes
Bellamin: 15/20 Life, 3 AP, 2 MP. Ronin: 16/35 Life, 5 AP, 6 MP. Gonzu: 15/15 Life, 6 AP, 4 MP. Kitai: 20/20 Life, 4 AP, 4 MP. Bigfoot: 30/30 Life, 1 AP, 1 MP.
Party pool: 6 AP, 6 MP.
The lich disintegrates, disappearing into thin air. Left in this room are three spells: Greater Mana Shield, Twin Blast, and the Summon Anti-Magic Wisps spell cast for the Lich at the beginning of the battle.
