Also, they're looking to hire a manager for the new store before the end of this month! Crazy! They're actually looking to be ready before spring!

Mizer Manakins o.o One more thing to say I like about this hellhole called California. We're getting a BABY store. *dies* I'll hang onto my BABY money. I figured out I have enough to buy a dress now, but it'd be SOOO much more awesome to see an actual STORE with the actual CLOTHES. I just hope prices aren't jacked up like I've heard the Paris store is... But most likely San Francisco?.... Whatever! It's all good! GAHH!!! *dies* (this is quite an old post, but..) I've been to the Paris store, where I bought my only Lolita dress (I'm new ;__; ) And the price was the same as if it were going to be online (So it wasn't much different) THE STORE WAS SO CUTE! ...Dear god I love their fabrics! I can't wait to go to their new store! I'm sure G&LB will do an article about it, or so I hope. (They said something about it in their latest bible, something about it opening very soon!) But yes, back to the store...I hope it is as cute as the Paris store...Just...maybe a bit bigger! I can't waittttt!!!

All of the European lolitas I've ever spoken to said Baby tacks on the customs fees and shipping to the end price tag at the Paris store.

But, really, even if it was added on, it wasn't much more, I know that for a fact. I'm pretty sure it's the same as if you were to buy it online, which is nice.

It's going to be in the san franciso japan center. They released the plans for reconstruction about two or three months ago. I live about an hour away so I am SO going. Let me know if anyone wants to meet up and have a shopping day. ^^

You get awesome conventions and brand stores.
.... I suppose Melbourne does have Today. An awesome lolita shop, but all the clothing is uber expensive and they're all brand knockoffs. But I will endeavour to save enough for their clothes, so they won't go out of business. Haha yeah, I know exactly what you are talking about smile Auckland only has a yearly pop culture expo. We recently got a store named "Attraction" which sells some decent looking gothic lolita dresses. Really cheap too. Maybe I should branch out of my sweet style to support them? Hehe. But their best dress is kuro style (all black), and I really like some contrast in my own clothes.

well eis no exact date, but due to some issues the date for opening has (sadly) been pushed WAY BACK from spring 2009 to fall 2009. sorry to break anyones heart that was happy to have it in spring, yal have ta wait.
they need ot have a BABY store in the mall of america here in minnesota. 1. we have no tax on clothing (YAYAY!)
2. so it will be right by me, lol

Chances are, since it's in a larger mall complex and a very new venture, it'll be the size of either the usual Baby store, or an individual lot store in an ordinary mall.
