Hiru rushed into the library, stopping his water gliding only when he was about halfway through the library's grand room. Of course, this entrance had caught a few people's attention, who shushed him as soon as he realized where he was. Realizing he had messed up again, he snuck a bit farther in, trying to escape the angry janitor's attention as he walked in with his mop, trying to figure out what on earth had just happened.

DC = 15 = pass

As Hiru kept creeping farther and farther back into the library, he realized he'd have to stay back here a while for Mean-sensei to realize that someone had broken a staff, ask around, and move on to something else. It would also be probably an hour for the janitor to finish cleaning up the mess he'd just made with his water gliding in the library. Guess he was stuck in these books for a few hours at least...

DC = 16 = pass

Hiru browsed around for a few minutes, trying to find one subject that was of any interest to him. There were many books here, spanning on many aspects of knowledge, from geography, to history, even some on mathematics; basically nothing that really interested a boy his age. As he started giving less attention to his cover, he realized he was now in wide open area of the library, and just barely ran down the halls before the janitor could spot him.

DC = 13 = fail

As he made it deeper in the library halls, he came across older book sections and, apparently, the ninja collection of Kirigakure's library. There were many books of all kinds here, some appearing to be more interesting than others. Of course, all ninja arts interested Hiru; but the complexity of kunai crafting was something he could only snooze on, no matter how useful it may prove in the ninja world.

DC = 10 = fail

Hiru started shuffling books around, trying to find something he could spen some time on. There were tomes in there that could have been pretty interesting but would most likely not be of any use to him. Even though Hiru was a ninjutsu buff, the complexity of fire wielding was clearly not something Hiru would one day have to master, Hoshigakis only very scarcely having any other affinity than water.

DC = 11 = fail

Hiru came across something that could be interesting: Advanced Mechanics of the Chakra Circulatory System. Of course, given the name of the book he probably would never have even looked at it, but on the cover was the crude image of a ninja with energy emanating from his hands, an image which attracted Hiru's attention, thinking being able to do something like this would actually be pretty cool.

DC = 7 = fail

Hiru started flipping through the pages, looking at the various pictures that were beautifully illustrated throughout the book. There were very complex schematic of circulatory systems, both for blood and chakra. There were also illustration of certain jutsus involving more directly these conduits, many of which were medical jutsus that hiru was still too young to get a good grasp of yet.

DC = 9 = fail

As he kept flipping through the pages, he stumbled onto an image that really captured his attention. THe illustration was that of a shinobi grasping another by the collar with his hand laying on his forehead. There was an image of energy flowing from the weakened shinobi and to the winning one, as though he was actually sucking the energy right from him. This intrigued Hiru greatly.

DC = 18 = pass

He read the name of this mysterious jutsu: Chakra Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique). As Hiru kept on reading the description he realized how cool and useful it could be. It was a technique that could be used not only to restore his chakra capacity, but also as a non lethal way to incapacitate a target. Hiru being a very ninjutsu oriented shinobi and a pacific one, it was as though this jutsu had been made for him.

DC = 11 = fail

As interesting as the brief synopsis of this jutsu in the book might have been, Hiru was determined to learn more about this technique, and he'd need a much more specialized tome if he wanted to learn the more specific mechanics of the technique. Hiru kept this book under his arm and started browsing a little farther down the library, trying to find a specific section for non elemental ninjutsu.

(DC: 15 -> 14)

These sections of the library had very obviously not been visited by either customers or even the janitor for several months, if not years. The scrolls and books were simply tossed onto the shelves, in no particular order and were completely covered with dust. Given Hiru's already lacking research skills, looking for the specific technique would take longer than he even could have anticipated...

DC = 7 = fail

Hiru crept farther and farther back, looking at various sections that would happen to be very interesting but just not what he was looking for right now. There was a pretty stout section on genjutsu, which could one day prove useful even though it really wasn't his specialty. There was a section on advanced taijutsu which seemed to have been consulted much more often than all the others around, given the thickness of the dust on the scrolls.

DC = 4 = fail

Hiru was getting a bit impatient, looking around for hours had never been his forte, his energy levels always requiring more active exercise than strictly intellectual work. After nearly an hour of scrubbing the dust off metal name plates for the various sections of scrolls, he finally came across one that was identified as "Non elemental ninjutsu". Even though he wasn,t done yet, he was getting close.

DC = 1 = fail

Hiru shuffled some scrolls around, trying to see which bookcase would hold the specific jutsu he was looking for. Even though he had found the section he was looking for, finding the appropriate bookcase was a relatively complex task, given the fact that none of there scrolls were classified in a logical order. He'd to take them one by one and see what the name was.

DC = 3 = fail

Hiru took another peek at the jutsu description in the introduction book he had kept. Seeing as the bookcase he was browsing through right now had scrolls with jutsu names he had read in this tome, he knew he was getting pretty close. After minutes of opening all the scrolls he could find he finally reached for the last one in the back of the shelf and rubbed the dust off the ribbon that kept it closed "Chakra Kyuin Jutsu".

DC = 20 = pass

Overjoyed, Hiru carreid it back to a small wooden desk intended for document consultation. He untied the ribbons and rolled the scroll open, gasping at what he saw. On this scroll were pictures, diagrams, arrows, and text going in absolutely every direction. Hiru tried turning it around in every direction before he finally managed to guess what the starting point was for this technique.

DC = 15 = pass

Learning a jutsu from a sensei was one thing, but having to do so from a scroll was going to be something completely different. A bit unsettled, Hiu watched the first image. On it was a hand with arrows coursing through what appeared to be a chakra circulatory system. This was probably only to illustrate the basic workings of the human chakra system that had to be mastered in order to understand this jutsu.

DC = 3 = fail

The next image was the same hand, but with a few arrows intensifying on one conduit, and many dissapearing from another. As Hiru read what this was about he understood the word "vacuum" witten next to the now inactive conduit of the user's chakra system. Of course, at this age, Hiru was not aware of the complexity of vacuum reaction, so he had to read more about thius to understand the baseic principle of the jutsu.

DC = 19 = pass

From what he could grasp from the scroll's explanations, what he had to do was send a bit of his chakra from one of his conduits into the target to cause a slight overflow, and create an empty space in one of his own chakra conduits so that the overflow from the target would be sucked into the emptiness genrated in the user's chakra system. This would, of course, be very complex and require very good chakra control.

DC = 16 = pass

Hiru was pretty sure he understood what this part of the technique was about, well, at least of what he was supposed to do for this technique to work. He looked at his hand a bit to see if he really could cause overflows and emptiness in various regions of his chakra system and came to the conlusion he probably could. But, right now, he needed to read more about the jutsu.

DC = 4 = fail

The next diagram showed the arrows coming from the foreign body being diverted back to the user's chakra system. However, you could see that there was a counter indication on an image where you saw arrows going outwards as the brunt of the chakra made its way to the user. This most likely meant that it was one thing to suck chakra, but another to absorb it.

DC = 13 = fail

From what Hiru understood from the explanations, since the target's chakra flow was necessarily of a different intensity and quantity than that of the user, it had to be carefully regulated in order for it to be synched with the ninja's regular chakra flow. Otherwise, too much of the energy would dissipate in thin air, reducing the effectiveness of the jutsu by reducing the amount absorbed.

DC = 6 = fail

This was just about everything that was written down on the scroll. It seemed relatively simple on a theoretical level, but appeared incredibly complex to actually master. Hiru tried to think of a way he could start his training for this technique. He'd need a guinea pig... but really didn't want to hurt anyone. That being said, only living individuals had chakra flow of any kind...

DC = 20 = pass

(DC 14 -> 13)

That's when Hiru noticed through the small window in the back that there was a tiny circular pond outside, which gave him an idea. First though, he'd have to sneak out without being seen by the janitor. This left him practically no choice, he had to get through that window. Hiru grabbed the advanced scroll and the basic book and stuffed both in his item pouch, more or less carefully.

DC = 13 = pass

He walked to the window sill and looked for the handle that could be used to push the window open. He did saw a basic handle, but it had long rusted from the humid air and under use. Still, Hiru tried his luck. He grabbed it and pushed with all his strength, nearly forcing the whole frame off the wall. With a loud cracking sound, the window suddenly and violently opened, leaving Hiru enough time to jump out and rush to the pond.

DC = 9 = fail

once he made it to the pond he got the documents out of his pouch and placed them next to himself on the gound, next to the item pouch. Once he was done making himself lighter, he walked slowly on the surface of the pond until he reached the middle of it and started making a few hand seals, ending with a perfect tiger seal. As he was done with this he said with authority "Mizu bunshin no jutsu".

DC = 5 = fail

As he was done an exact copy of himself spawned from the waters right next to him. As he did this, he realized this was the first time he'd used that technique since the invasion incidents; it was good to know he hadn't gotten rusty after the coma and the basic training with the other academy students. Now, he'd have something to test his skills on without having to fear about hurting his target. He was ready to begin.

DC = 16 = pass

First, Hiru remembered the first image, the one showing only the hand with the basic chakra circulatory system figuring on it. This meant he'd have to take a while just to get the right feeling of the chakra flowing in his body. If the scroll suggested that first the ninja try channeling the chakra through his hands, it also said that once the jutsu is matered the same could be done through any conduit, even elements.

DC = 10 = fail

Hiru started by untaping his right hand so he could get a better feel of his target, removing any physical obstacle at first. Once this was done he stretched his arm in front of himself, holding his right wrist with his left hand as he focused on the chakra flowing though his right hand. He could slowly start to feel it course through his veins and tissues, working its way back and forth through his palm and fingers.

DC = 7 = fail

After a while, Hiru started focusing on different areas of his hand, trying to increase the intensity of the chakra in some areas, and reducing it in others. It appeared as though the same basic principle he had applied to the water for his water gliding technique could be used here, this time however what he was working with was pure chakra. This would prove cnosiderably harder since the form and nature of the water made it easier to maintain control, being far less volatile than pure chakra.

DC = 20 = pass

Hiru got his hand closer to his bunshin and started focusing on his chakra system to generate the vacuum effect. He placed his palm on the double's chest and pushed a small amount of initial chakra into it before making a complete void in his palm chakra flow. The result, even though it was not a complete vacuum, was a pretty encouraging jolt that destabilized the water construct a bit.

DC = 16 = pass

The bunshin gasped for a second after he had felt some of its chakra escape. Still, even though it was not very pleasant for him he knew that's why he had been summoned. Hiru turned his palm towards himself somewhat in awe of the success he had had on such an early try. The next step would obviously be to maintain the vacuum for more than the split second he had previously achieved.

DC = 14 = pass

(DC 13 -> 12)

Placing his hand back on the clone's chest, he once again jolted a bit of initial chakra into the bunshin to destabilize its regualr flow. He generated once more a chakra void and focused with great intensity to maintain the void as it was continuously filling with foreign chakra. As he maintained the technique, he saw the area where he was sucking chakra from on the bunshin starting to destabilize.

DC = 8 = fail

Slowly, the bunshin's chest started losing its color and shape, turning more and more into plain regular water because of the chakra it was losing in this specific area. After 10 or 15 seconds Hiru removed his hand and the bunshin crumbled to it's knees, losing considerable water. Finally, it couldn't help but release, reverting completely back to water that diffused into the pond.

DC = 7 = fail

Hiru took a few seconds to analyze his progress, he realized that he was doing pretty well with the draining part, yet he really felt as though he was missing something. That's when it struck him that even though it really seemed as though he was removing chakra form the target, none was coming back to his system to replenish his chakra reserves, limiting greatly its effectiveness in combat.

DC = 19 = pass

Hiru summoned another bunshin, saying softly : "Mizu bunshin no jutsu", while he made a tiger hand seal. The bunshin rose from the water, as though nothing had even happened before he stood before Hiru, still and ready for another try. Once more Hiru placed his hand on his clone's chest and started thinking about what he'd have to do before really starting to give this another shot.

DC = 3 = fail

Hiru started by making a very light vacuum as this part of the technique was not his primary concern for now. What he really wanted to understand was how he was supposed to take this energy and transfer it back to his own system effectively. It seemed that the way he was doing the technique now only made the chakra dissipate in the air and his body tissue rather than in his chakra conduits.

DC = 15 = pass

Hiru realized that in all of his previous tries he had been focusing only on the point of contact with his target, which could be useful if all he wanted was to make a powerful chakra drain. Problem was he was supposed to suck the chakra. In order to do that he'd have to connect his chakra system to the conduit through which he channels the chakra. He would have to stretch his conduits almost into his target.

DC = 8 = fail

Nevertheless, doing this seemed a lot easier to say than to actually do. It could explain though how this technique could be used without direct contact with the target: all you'd need would be some physical vessel through which you could stretch your chakra system and the jutsu could be used just as effectively from anywhere. First however, he'd have to figure out how to do something like this...

DC = 9 = fail

Hiru gave stretching his system a try, with barely no result. For some reason the intial jolt he had to send to disrupt the target's chakra flow seemed to absorb into his own and have practically no effet at all. This was certianly going to be a lot more complex than he originally thought it would. Of course, anyone else would have expected this given the complexity of the technique, but Hiru still hoped he could have been done with this in a few hours...

DC = 4 = fail

Still, Hiru had never been one to let up that easy. Focusing with every brain cell he had he stretched his chakra system through his clone, trying to connect the two together. It was pretty hard lining up the two, figuratively of course, since even though he was an exact copy of himself the material of the tissue both of them were made of was significantly different, and consequently so was their chakra flow.

DC = 19 = pass

Not really sure if his efforts would boast any kind of results, Hiru thought he'd gice it a quick try; it was the only way to find out after all! Like he'd done before, he injected a bit of his chakra into the clone to destabilize its regular flow. Once it was done he created another vacuum, but this time tried lining up his chakra conduits with itas carefully as he could. The result was amazing.

DC = 2 = fail

Even though Hiru was still only at a very basic level of the technique, he'd felt a very small quantity of chakra cross over to his system through the technique. It was still an extremely small portion of everything he had sucked from the clone but it was very promising nevertheless, and Hiru was absolutely thrilled about it. Maybe there was a way he could get done with this sonner than he thought after all...

DC = 2 = fail

As he had suspected all along, this technique probably reflected the purest form of chakra control a ninja could train. Not only did it call for him to be able to control his own chakra system but also an unwilling opponent's, which was a whole other even if somewhat similar story. Still, even though the complexity of this technique seemed insurmountable at first, Hiru was seemingly getting the hang of it slowly.

DC = 13 = pass

After giving his clone a few moments to stabilize, Hiru touched it once more. This time however, he'd try draining it until all there was left would be a puddle. Focusing as hard as he could, Hiru generated the biggest chakra vacuum he could, hoping he could gain back all of the chakra he had spent forming the mizu bunshin. After maybe 20 seconds of intensive sucking, the clone lost all shape and dissolved back into the pond.

DC = 6 = fail

A few hours ago, Hiru would have been extremely proud of himself for accomplishing such a feat, but now his expectations had gotten higher. Even though he did manage to siphon some energy, the ratio of drained chakra to absorbed chakra was far too low for such an attempt to be qualified as a success. He still had a lot more work in front of him before he could rejoice.

DC = 3 = fail

Needing more test subjects Hiru yelled "Mizu bunshin no jutsu!". Instantly, three clones spawned from the water and surrounded him. Hiru grabbed one by the forehead without leaving it time to react and started draining. This time, he slowed the drain, keeping his focus on keeping the absorption proportionate and even during the whole process. THe clone started dissolving in a matter seconds.

DC = 11 = fail

Hiru finally released his grip and let the clone crumble to water. He looked at his hand and flexed his fingers. He actually felt an important quantity of chakra flow from his fingers, back through his arm and finally back to his heart, the core of the body's chakra system. He thought that maybe he had finally gotten the basics of the jutsu down. All that would be left now would be perfecting it.

DC = 3 = fail

He grabbed the two remaining clones by the arms and started leeching again. He did it with such intensity this time that almost as soon as his hands came in contact with the clone's skins their arms started to lose their color, reverting their appearance back to that of a water construct. In a matter of seconds both turned back to water. Hiru flexed both his arm as he felt once more the chakra flow come back to his core.

DC = 20 = pass

(DC 12 -> 11)

Hiru walked back to he scroll to see what was the next step to the mastery of this technique. He looked at the final image and saw a ninja tappred inside a cage with another ninja on the outside touching it. It showed chakra flowing from the captive, through the cage and to the shinobi on the outside. It seemed as though there was a way to use a medium other than the body to drain the opponent... he'd have to find out how apparently.

DC = 12 = pass

Hiru was looking for a good conduit through which he could work on his technique at draining from a distance. Observation having never been his strongest attribute, it took him a couple of minutes before he realized that he was literally standing on his answer. He could try channelling the drain through the water; it would make a good practice before moving on to tougher conduits.

DC = 11 = pass

First, Hiru needed a new bunshin. He submerged his left hand in the water and lifted his right fist with two fingers raised in front of him as he injected his chakra in it the pool. The bunshin rose, but instead of walking on the water he stayed partially submerged. Hiru took his left hand out of the water and dove his right hand in it, focusing on his chakra as he let his fingers course through the cool liquid.

DC = 13 = pass

Now, he had to find a way to make this small pool of water just as good a conduit as his own hand. For this to happen, Hiru circulated a large quantity of his chakra in the pond, simply to get a good feeling of it. He had to familiarize himself as much as possible with his conduit, otherwise his chakra might go astray once he starts using the jutsu. After a few moments, he thought he might have this down.

DC = 1 = fail

Hiru gave the absorption a first try... and it was really not much more than that: a try. For some reason, it felt as though the vacuum only worked to suck out the chakra that was in the pool, not the chakra of the shinobi that was dipping in it. Something was definately wrong here and he had to find out what, otherwise all of this hard work would have been for absolutely nothing.

DC = 4 = fail

He wondered about how he could pull this technique off, and, even more so, on what he had been doing wrong. He tried to understand the problem by himself but to no avail. He walked out of the pool and sat down with the scroll, hoping it could enlighten him with some sort of explanation on what he should be doing. The bunshin, somewhat exhasperated, also sat down in the water, waiting for something to happen.

DC = 9 = fail

As Hiru studied the thick parchment, he noticed that in the last instructions that were inscribed figured an image of a shinobi trapped in stone, with another touching it and absorbing his chakra. The illustration seemed to show that the basic principle was the same as when the draining is done by contact, the only difference is that when using a different conduit a thin yet defined channel has to be linked to the enemy through the medium

DC = 11 = pass

If he could pull this off, the rest would most likely be a piece of cake. Luckily, Hiru having such a strong affinity for water, he couldn't have found a better conduit for his drain training from a distance. He walked back onto the water and made a few hand seals before plunging his hand in the pond. Slowly, he focused on generating a string thick two way conduit from his clone's chakra to himself, hoping he could make it "sturdy" enough.

DC = 8 = fail

After probably around five minutes of complete passiveness and silence, Hiru finally opened his eyes and jolted a small portion of his chakra into the pool. Immeidiately, the clone jumped a bit, somewhat startled by the technique, but didn't seem to be affected that significantly by the chakra attack. It seemed Hiru might have been on to something, but not really there yet at that time.

DC = 12 = pass

(DC 11 -> 10)

Also, Hiru was very disspointed to realize that he had barely been able to make some of the chakra flow back to himself, making this try almost a complete failure. Still, it was promising for the next tries, but Hiru wasn't in a "settling" mind set right now; he knew he was close and he really wanted to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Immediately after the clone stabilized, he gave the technique another shot.

DC = 13 = pass

Hiru knew the problem was not really in the techique but more in his execution of it, so he could only be annoyed at himself for how long this training was taking. Still, he focused his chakra in the water once more to make a small conduit and started the vacuum effect for another try. This time, the result seemed to bare far better fruits than on his first try. He was getting somewhere with this!

DC = 11 = pass

Now that he had managed to make a real connection he needed to get the draining down. Just like in basic plumbing, the length of a pipe is a negligeable variable when you want to evaluate the the strength of a drain, which means that the same principle for absorbing the chakra he had mastered by touching an opponent would be effective from a distance.

DC = 17 = pass

Hiru immediately plunged his hand in the water in a second, without wasting time overthinking the technique as though he wanted to surprise even himself. Instantly, he made a two chakra stream through the water between himself and his bunshin. The clone gasped when he felt the effects starting to take their tool on him and he gradually destabilized, vanishing in the pond's waters.

DC = 2 = fail

As if Hiru wasn't really sure he had pulled of the technique, Hiru pulled his hand out of the water and noticed the beautiful blue chakra glow that still emanating from it because of the chakra drain. He felt the energy surge through his arm like he had earlier. He stretched his hand and arm, as though he wanted to get a better feel of the chakra coursing through his system as a huge grin appeared on his lips.

DC = 12 = pass

Hiru leaped into the air with a loud "YESSSS!" as he started dancing with excitement on the shallow pond. Some annoyed people in the library opened the windows and collectively let out a strong
"Shhhhh!". Hiru instanly calmed down and ducked a bit, trying to get forgotten by the people inside. He wasn't sure if the mess he'd just made earlier had already been cleaned up and forgotten...

DC = 2 = fail

Hiru was almost done perfecting the technique but he needed to hone it just a little more before he'd call it a day. He walked into the woods just outside the library and climbed on of the bigger trees he could find. On he found a straight enough branch, about 5 feet long, he broke it off and climbed back down. He twirled it around a little quickly summoned three mizu bunshins.

DC = 13 = pass

Hiru placed the branches tip on the clone's head and started draining. The stick turned blue as the bunshin's head first lost color, then shape, and finally liquified along with the rest of its body, cumbling to the ground into a lifeless puddle. The stick and Hiru's hands kept glowing with a faint blue energy for a few seconds after the technique was done, meaning Hiru had probably finally gotten this thing down.

DC = 13 = pass

Without waiting even a second he turned around and swetp the legs off the bunshin that was standing right behind him. He then planted his stick with such strength in his grounded bunshin that it seemed as though he wanted to drive it right through its chest. In a second, the stick turned blue and the bunshin liquified as the chakra that had been used to generate it returned to Hiru.

DC = 4 = fail

Hiru smiled at the last bunshin who wasn't thrilled about what he knew was coming to him. It turned around as though it wanted to run away or something but Hiru jumped it from behind, ensnaring between his stich and his chest, holding the staff by its edges with both hands. He started draining and, in a few seconds, the clone reverted back to water again, leaving Hiru's clothes completely soaked.

DC = 9 = fail

Over joyed, Hiru threw his staff back into the woods as though it was a spear and smiled as he picked up his equipment bag, the book that had introduced him toi the technique and the scroll from which he had learned it. This had been a pretty demanding training and he was extremely proud of himself for learning such a complex jutsu, he couldn't wait to show it to Batou-sensei!

DC = 3 = fail

Silently, he opened the library window through which he had escaped and simply dumped off the book and the scroll on the small table made for document consultation, leaving it to the poor janitor to put them back into the shelves. Quickly he closed the window, turned around and water glided his way back to the shoreline where his new classmates were most likely still training.

Gennosuke entered the library slowly and let the door close on its own, quietly. The click of his feet on the ground drew attention from the librarian Harumi who looked up, saw Gennosuke, nodded, and then went back to reading her book. She knew what he was doing as he had been coming in for a while now. Gennosuke nodded back at her and headed off for the section labeled “Anatomy”. As he cruised the isle looking for a book he ran his finger along the oak shelves. He stopped at a book labeled, Anatomy: Beginner’s Guide, and removed it from the shelf. On the front cover was a man’s body dissected into different parts. Gennosuke wondered who the guy was but that was only a brief thought. He left the isle and took a seat at a nearby table.

Gennosuke opened the book and flipped through the first couple of pages, index, forward, etc., until he was on the first page which displayed the head of the guy on the cover. He began to read silently to himself noting the small notes scribbled near the picture giving the scientific name for the ears, eyes, nose, mouth, tongue and other parts. He began to read about each part. He found it funny how the book gave short summaries of how each part worked and what they did. As he read he made sure to keep mental notes. Sure he wouldn't absorb everyting at once but he would simply absorb what he could. After a couple of minutes he had finished the first chapter on the face and its features. He sighed as he mentally went over the parts in his head to see if he remembered most of the parts and their function.

Stealth Formula: 17 + 2 + 3 = 22 Vs Enemy Awareness check.

As Shinzu approached the Library he entered through a side entrance instead of the main entrance hoping he'd be less noticeable. Once he was inside he began to travel through the large shelves quickly and quietly slowly making his way behind Gennosuke. Once he was there he began to prepare himself to perform his new jutsu.

Gennosuke continued paying attention to his book. Although the library was quiet it wasn't quite eerie. It was suppose to be, wasn't it?. He sighed as he continued to go over the parts of the head in his own head. With some luck he would be able to meet up with his team later and do a little training. He wasn't usually one for sparring but he still enjoyed watching the two go at it. Today however he might give it a try. He was in need of a work out.

Once Shinzu was sure that Gennosuke knew he wasn't there he looked him over and noticed the chair put Gennosuke in the perfect position for his attack. Shinzu put his hands together in way similiar to the Tiger hand seal and ran behind Gennosuke "Sennen Goroshi!" (One Thousand Years of Death!)

Harumi the quiet librarian had been nose deep inside a book about horticulture. She had quite the gardening hobby, well she'd picked it up over the past two years. She was just unravelling her mind around how to cultivate water lilies when she heard an unearthly din coming from a corner of the library. Where Gennosuke was, actually... Alarmed, she set her book down and immediately hurried {quietly} to the area, determined to see what was going on.

What she saw successfully rendered her speechless. It was... this boy... with his hands up... Gennosuke's.... !!!!!!!! "What are you doing!" Harumi whispered angrily. "How can you behave like this in a library!"

Harumi had had enough of this nonsense from the two boys. Even if it was the first time she'd seen it in action. And even if Gennosuke was normally such a sweet boy... it was still unforgivable to ruin the hallowed halls of this abode with such vulgar actions!! Plus, she kinda really wanted to get back to her reading.

"Please leave the library now," she stated, folding her arms in a businesslike no-nonsense manner. "I won't have this kind of behaviour in my library." Harumi's tone suggested NO compromise.

Shinzu's joyful smile, which had formed after ambushing Gennosuke so succesfully, quickly disappeared as Harumi arrived on the scene. He quickly removed his fingers and thus 'ended' the jutsu.

"Sorry Ma'am I just wanted to mess with Gennosuke, we're teammates afterall. I'll leave now."

After saying that to Harumi, Shinzu headed towards the door of thbe Library.
