Ieshia slid herself away from his n** with awkward grace. A grin formed on her maw. That was more like it! Her tail gave a pleased swish back and forth and she opened her jaw sin a smile at both Helaku and Vitus. Seeing Vitus's discomfort, however, made a wave of guilt wash over her and dulled down her smile. She knew she was dragging him somewhere he didn't want to go...but until she could be sure she was able to stand by and care or him, she had to have him put up with this.
Glancing at Helaku she replied with lofty ease, "Crazy? Ahhhh, life's crazy, so it shouldn't be too bad." Especially after who me and Vitus met up with the other day, she thought to herself. Nothing could beat the insanity of that wolf in her mind.

Vitus lifted his tail slight, swishing it back and forth. They were going to see Whisper, his other good friend. Being with his two best friends, yes perhaps that would calm him down. He just had to think that he was with his friends, not the fact that he was visiting a pack. 'Purhups...' he thought to himself as he turned his gaze back to the distance. The aera seemed nice enough.

Having heard neither Ieshia nor Vitus say that they didn't want to go quite yet made Helaku think that they wanted to see Whisper now. He could do that, bring them to her. The pack members had begun to scout out their own densites since the initial excitement of having actual lands and luckily he knew what spot Whisp was taking an interest in. Hopefully she would be there and not out visiting with the others. She tended to do that a lot.. but, if she was out somewhere, he could always howl to her.
So, turning back towards the packlands with a friendly smile on his face, he motioned for the others to follow with his tail and began to walk forward. Hopefully the other two wolves would follow him and Yellow wouldn't have to stop again. But it wasn't like he had better things to do.. besides, these were friends, he had all the patience in the world for them.
(( If you guys want, after you two post, we can do a little time skip that has them coming upon Whisper. I don't really know the packlands and Tahja is working on the map, so it might be best... ))

Ieshia gave Vitus a smile before turning around to follow Helaku. She tried to match his pace, but found it rather hard with the ache that still troubled her flank. Being rather stubborn in nature however, she did her best to ignore it. Her steps were therefore forced to be shorter and more jerky, far from her usual sense of careless grace.
As they went along she began to tire however, having to work a little harder then usual. And she was still very hunger, no matter how much she would try to deny it. Finally she began to slow and stopped for a moment to catch her breathe, her tongue lolling out of her mouth.
(( Edit: That be fine. :3 ))

Vitus followed slowly behind Ieshia and Helaku. His emerald eyes however watched Ieshia carfully, she seemed to be trying to match the other male's pace, but wasn't doing to well. He would have said something, but it seemed that she was determined...Quite typical of the female. A slight smile snuck it's way onto his maw, it seemed her spirt would never fade.
He lowered his head however as Ieshia slowed, finally stoping. Something had to be wrong. Quickly he padded up next to her, gently nuzzling her side "You alrugt?" he asked.
((Okies.))

(( *snugs Tahja* Don't overwork yerself or anything. We don't want a dead Tahja 'cause... it'd be sad. XD Oh, and what sort of injury does Ieshia have exactly? *not quite sure on that one* ))
Helaku, not hearing the right amount of pawsteps behind him and hearing Vitus in some way ask if something was alright, stopped and turned around instantly to see Ieshia standing there, looking kind of tired. "Ieshia?" It was more of a calling of her name rather than any sort of question. He had noticed earlier that she looked injured, but before she hadn't shown any signs of it bothering her. Now, he realized, he should have been more concerned.
Walking over to her slowly, not really sure of what to do, he blinked then stepped towards her and Vitus. Something was wrong, he could tell, and he automatically knew that she needed rest. At that moment, the yellow male decided that he would take her somewhere to rest first before doing anything else. If she didn't want to go... well, he would deal with it whenever it happened or if it happened.
"Ieshia.. you need to rest," he said, stating the obvious and feeling like a sort of fool in the process. "I can take you somewhere to rest so you can gain some of your energy. You can lean on me if you want.." He cut off there and looked over at Vitus, partially knowing that and partially wondering if he would help as well.

(( She has a deep bite wound in her flank I believe. <.<>.> *goes to check from last roleplay* ))
Ieshia let her lips slowly curl into a tired smile when Vitus nudged her, giving the smallest of tail wags. She shook her head slightly, her ears flopping, as though this would clear her mind of both her hunger and pain. She straighted her body back up to a normal level, lifting her head confidently with some effort.
"I'll be ok...just a little tired from traveling, you know? I can rest when we get there," such was her stubbornness that she feigned good health. Never did she want to be a burdan to her friends. Besides, she hated being slowed down by such small things as a cute or a little longing for food.

Vitus glanced from Ieshia to Helaku. The yellow male was right, the red female did need rest. He pressed his ears against his skull as Ieshia spoke. She was, as usual being stuborn. "You sure?" he asked with a concerned look towards the female. He wasn't going to insist that she rest if she didn't want to, but perhaps Helaku could persuade her to rest for a bit.

Helaku noticed that the red female was being stubborn, and didn't like it one bit. She was obviously injured and tired, so she should rest and maybe get something to eat. Yet they couldn't just plop right down here so close to the entrance. It was much safer once one got farther into the packlands. But would she be able to make it to a suitable place to rest? Looking at her again, all doubts he had before had disappeared.
Ieshia was a strong female, one who wouldn't let a slight injury bother her or slow her down.
Sighing, the yellow male blinked then said, "It's quite a ways, I think we should go to a river or something first, so you can rest and so I could possibly hunt for you." At that point, he looked over towards Vitus. Thus far the other male had been silent and passive for his visit. Now, Laku didn't know him, so he didn't know if the brown and black male would hunt. Hopefully he would, for his friend..
Taking only a slight step forward, he hesitated for a moment. Another sigh. "Perhaps we should just go to Whisper. It would be pointless to move you one place then have you move to another with your injury..." Decisions, decisions. "Let's just go to Whisper. Perhaps she'll know what to do better than I. But if you need, lean against me for support."
With that said, he waited for an answer, or for them to start walking again..

Ieshia gave a dip of her muzzle in a nod toward's Vitus's question, flashing them both a toothy grin on confidence. Perhaps that confidence was misplaced and misused...but it was still there. She wanted to find Whisper...and stopping would only slow them down. They had come here to get better in the first place, among other things. Somehow she couldn't rest and defeat that purpose just yet.
She listened politely to Helaku's suggestions, finding most of them far too much work for both her friends. That was most likely something she wouldn't stand for...within reason. Perhaps she still seemed unreasonable to them, but if she had felt her health in grave danger she would have said so and made an effort to make things better. She wasn't stupid...she just let her body take more abuse then other might have. She commented, "Yes...lets do go see her...it's easiest, I think...but really, I can walk by myself."

Dispite Ieshia's confidence, Vitus couldn't help but feel worried about her. Her wound was oviously getting worse, or so it seemed. The faster they got to where they were going, the sooner she'd rest...Then again the faster they went the more pain Ieshia would probably be in. So many complications.
He gave a nod in agreement to going off to see Whisper first, even if he would prefer for her to rest somewhere close. He glanced over at Helaku, glad to have him around to guide them. He seemed like quite a nice wolf as well, even if Vitus didn't know much about him.

Helaku's stern expression showed that he was serious and might've tried to mask his concern for the female, but his eyes were a dead giveaway to what he was really thinking and feeling. What he would have liked right about now was some sort of device or way to get Ieshia to Whisper's possible densite fast and without much time wasted. She needed to rest, and eat, there was no doubt about that.
Giving the red female a hopefully comforting nudge, he then turned around to walk forward once more. But as he did, there was a rustle in the bushes ahead. This caused him to stop once again, fur bristling. But.. wait.. why was he acting all defensive? The only wolves that could possibly be heading this way would be the ones in the pack. With that thought, Laku immediately loosened up, but he was still cautious.
"...Hello?" he called, hoping to get some sort of response. When there was none, he looked back at the two visitors. Looking back again, he repeated what he had said earlier. This time he got an answer.
From out of the bushes popped a green head with golden eyes... Whisper. "Laku..?" she questioned, forgetting momentarily that he had been posted as a guard at the entrance to the packlands. When she did remember, though, she was distracted when she saw Ieshia and Vitus.
Immediately her features brightened up and she came trotting easily through the bushes to greet her first friends. "Ieshia! Vitus! You two made it!" But... it seemed the red female was in some sort of injured condition. What had happened...? Then again, how would she explain herself, all skinny and malnourished?
(( Yay for Whisper wanting to head out to find Fute and having incredibly good timing... >>; XD ))

Ieshia took a few steps after Laku before she saw the other female emerge. A smile formed on her maw and her tail wagged with more energy then should have been possible for her condition. She yapped at her friend happily, stumbling over to her, "Whisper!"
Seeing her friends how physical problems, she grinned sadly at her, "Well...aren't we just a sight, eh?" She shook her head at the irony and then nuzzled Whisper warmly.

Vitus smiled as he saw Whisper emerge from the bushes. His tail lifted and began to wag slowly, but his smile didn't seem to last too long. She looked quite skiny, had she not been eating well? He shook his head slowly, now he had his two friends to be worried about.
Slowly he walked over to Whisper, nuzzling her as a greeting before sitting down. "Guud to see you." he smiled, wagging his tail slightly faster then before.
