While another theory suggests that the songs lyrics refer to the sacrifice of Jesus of Nazareth and imply that it was of no relevancy and so is faith in it hence the words "Trust in my self righteous suicide" and suggest that Jesus expected a flock of angels to come down from heaven and take his place hence "I cry when angels deserve to die" and "...why have you forsaken me?"

Aerials is actually seems like they talk about Human Nature. (read this in another thread, forgot who said it but they did a damn good job at it. I also looked for it but couldnt find who said it but....) If you listen to it and think about it for a sec you can see how.

"Sacred silence" could mean death, but, death is another step a soul goes through as it exists, and matter and energy is never created or destroyed, scientifically.

And when you wake up, have you died while you slept? Are you sure that you're living the same dimension and time as before you closed your eyes to rest? What is dreaming, then?

Well as they say, these songs have personal meanings to them, none of us know really anything about them. I have been trying to learn to write like them, in medaphors? They are just amazing writers. This way, when I write something and if my mom ever finds stuff I write [again] she can't yell at me. Even if things aren't about her, she thinks so, or if things are she gets pissed at me. Whatever! So I just think for the most part they all have meanings totally different from what the words say. I don't think any of us could solve them...no matter how hard we try confused
