Any form or non-existing form of government can work, I feel that when you ask someone "what government can work?" means to me that you are saying "what government are you bias to?"
Government is on paper and thats what it is, theory. An idea that states how they would treat the people and if you keep the people happy, then their nation will start to grow.
Simple right?
Well not rely, due to a select few the government can become corrupted. Lobbyist, big corporation, and anything that can repress people. Thats how a nation can fall, take a look at all the other large empires throughout history. Cesar held a dictatorship until he was assassinated and Nero took power. Nero was a truly insane man, forcing people to watch his god awful plays, spending all of Rome's money on expensive architecture, and forcing one of his male servants to become his wife due to the fact that he looked like his dead wife*.
And that to me explains Serj's whole entire reason for activism. let the people say what they want and you don't need a cretin type of government to run the utopia that you call your nation.
BTW The last part about Nero is true, they made his other servants cut off the other one's peepee.
*dead wife that he killed

I would say democracy cuz comunism or socialism are good just in papers but when a politician use those laws it could be very messy see what happened with Cuba..

^ Same with democracy too though. It seems like such a great idea, however no government has successfully been able to use it. Soon I see it causing more destruction.
