If Zen, whole-heartedly focusing on moving the giant rock, can notice Tormenta's attack, shouldn't Tormenta be able to notice Xallen's?

EDIT:These are Gaians, not a standard humans. Tormenta could notice the shot and simply fall backward,disrupting his own attack, yet dodging an instakill))

((No, you didn't. You got to choose one person to shoot. That was me. Also, this is the last time I'll try to argue, but Tormenta has medium-sized wings. I don't see why he wouldn't be able to use those to shield himself from the shots - even if it did put major holes in a wing - since he didn't really do a whole lot of focusing. All he did was close his eyes for a split second - it even says that specifically. But if that's not cool, I'll just roll and be done with it.))

((Hell, I'm willing to compromise and give them their clean escape if he just says he shot at both of us, no crit involved and we had to dodge. I'm just really freaking tired


EDIT: And if Zen's thing is blocking my explosion, there won't be enough debris to really hinder my vision. Especially on Zen.))

Zen dodged to the side to evade Brennsas oncoming attack by ducking behind a large metal tank, leaving his kart in the middle of the factory. Zen was going to activate a barrier but didn't have enough time as an explosion occured within his kart, destroying it but it was good enough to hold off the bulk of the explosion. Xallen's voice box dealie rolled into Zen's foot from the force behind the explosion, it was partiallly damaged, but still mostly intact. Zen was about ready to bolt, this battle getting too tedious.

Edit---Zen picked up the voice box. (forgot to mention this.)

((A judge has made a ruling. As far as I'm concerned, all that's left is to abide by the judgment. I was trying to kill -both- of you, so the fact that one of you is guaranteed life already is a compromise. Arc did what he thought was fair, and I'd really like to move on and go to sleep for awhile.

Seriously, if Zen can avoid two attacks in one post, Tormenta should be able to dodge a bullet that apparently did not come right at the beginning of when all this happened [added->] since he had to establish his position first.))

((If one side won't agree, it's not a comprimise, as I was referring to. Bryces wants blood. He's going for all or nothing. Since he's not going to budge, just go with it. Not like it's guaranteed to be a kill anyway.))
