The cleric went inside to retrieve the book Tadashi had written the number within. After licking the tip of his finger, he flipped through several pages until he found the correct page. "Ah. Here is the number you seek." The book was turned around, then supported from underneath the covers by both hands as if in offering. The cleric bowed slightly, allowing for easier reading of the manuscript.
"I believe a voicemail was requested if he was not able to receive a message."

Lyendi sighed deeply, Eileen's answers to her questions didnt do much but bring up more questions in her mind, Well at least I know you are safe, hope the others are too.". When she asks about the marble, Lyendi raises an eyebrow at Eileen, "A Marble?", it finally crosses her mind that she has been holding something in her hand very tightly that the pain started becoming apparent to her and winced, "Oww!". She opened her fingers slowly letting the flow of blood continue as her hand tingled slightly then blinked, "Umm...I guess I did...", Lyendi says showing her a red and white marble in her hand. "What can be--", Eileen interrupted her sentence as she lead her into the stone building, then and there she noticed the man with the sword and pistol on each side. He did not seem to like her for some reason given that his eyes glared at her ,"What's wrong with him?", she thought.

After waiting a couple of seconds, Gareth sighs in frustration and begins tapping on the keypad of his phone. He grunts in satisfaction as the "begin recording your message" beep sounds from the phone.
Gareth: "Hey...Sieg, is it?"
He peers into the book the cleric was patiently holding for him, then continues his message.
Gareth: "Yeah, I'm callin' from this s*%&-hole they call the base of Circle of Justice...heard you need a third guy for some screwy ritual. I need two more guys. Sound like a proposition to you? Anyway, my number should be in your caller ID. Ring me back."
He flips his phone shut with one hand, then stuffs it back into his pocket.

Kuroiten Gareth: "Thanks, man." He swiftly taps the number in his phone, then waits as it rings... "Of course." The book was closed with as much effort as a clapping of hands, with only a minimal plume of dust issuing from the action. The book was carefully replaced. "Please inform Tadashi-sama of your success should it happen. In the meantime, I will prepare tea for everyone." The man in white then proceeded to do exactly that.

opaj "You!" Tadashi thrust a finger Vahn's way. "You have great strength of spirit! You would do well to temper it with some prudence!" Clearing his throat, he addressed Owle. "We are the Circle of Justice, if that is what you're asking. You're interested in destroying the evil that has crept up on our land, yes?" "Blow it out your a**!" He retorted, snapping his left arm up in a fist, while slapping his right hand along the bicep. He never did care much for the religious type. However he refrained from doing anything else mostly because Owle was keeping a tight mental leash on him. He was respectful enough to stay quiet while the guy spoke to Owle, not really caring for what it was he wanted them to do---- it was something to waste time on after all. However, once the guy asked them if they were ready, he simply waved his right hand. "Yea, yea..." opaj "DO IT!" he yelled again, his tone rising to reach a powerful pitch, and again the cleric launched himself into the room, throwing sand all over the place and muttering words in an incomprehensible language. The sand took shape underneath the three adventurers' feet, creating that same triangular figure, then spinning until it took a bright green hue, enveloping them in light. An intense burning on a patch of skin as the mark etched itself onto their bodies, and the marbles shot from their resting place, coming to rest in their skin. New power coursed through their bodies, the pain ebbing and replaced with confidence. "Good," he said, dismissing the cleric, who scurried off, the sand vanished over the course of the spell. AND A PAIN UNLIKE ANY OTHER SUDDENLY FIRED UPON THY REAR. The stream of curses that followed next were in a language long since dead, and didn't stop even as Vahn cliutched his rear with both hands, literally fuming as he looked ready to tear the entire place down-- before Owle simply tugged hard and led him outside. "That sonuvabitch! My a** is on fire!!" Was the last thing heard. Oh for great justice.

Absently his left hand drifted around him, towards the blade on his right. He gripped it loosely in his hands, unwilling to draw it forth, for whatever unspoken reason as he broke his stance.
He cleared his throat as he stepped twice forward towards the quite odd heathen females, hand still on his blade. His mouth opened up, but no words came out. Struck with the oddity of what he was watching, it seemed impossible to say what would normally have come naturally.
His mouth closed after an awkward moment, and his eyes narrowed at Lyendi, finally noticing certain, stranger than strange, things about her. Like her ears.
His mouth opened again, and again words failed him. All he could do was close up in shame.

Eileen simply blinked at the silent exchange, and offered an awkward and quiet, "........ano......"

Gareth sighs, then moves towards the center of the antechamber and plops down into a sitting position.
Gareth: "Might as well make your a--er, selves comfortable so your legs don't go numb while we're waitin' for tea."
He realized before he went further into a vulgar description of human anatomy that there were ladies present. Not all of them accepted cussing, so he decided to hold it to a minimum until he figured out if he was safe doing so.

Durem: Square Stone Building Doorway
Lyendi stopped, her weight tugging at Eileen's arm, this man clearly had something to say and it was really bugging her. She turned to fully face him, "I seem to have upset you for some reason. May I ask what it is?". Lyendi smiled and leaned forward slightly with a tilt of her head; then wiggled her elven ears in a cute manner in hopes that it ease of some tension from this man.

If anything, the man seemed to tense up even more as his eyes were drawn towards the wiggling ears among the unnatural pink hair. His jaw dropped slightly at it, and it left him looking like a fish out of water.
But once again, he managed to regain some control. Nearly took him two minutes to muster it. Two minutes of awkward silence and mental fumbling.
Finally he stepped closer to Lyendi, stopping just one meter from her, and leaning over slightly to peer at her ears. His hand still never left his blade, what with this woman brandishing a katana openly.

"Tea has been prepared," came the call from the cleric. "Please do sit. I am certain there is much to speak of." He efficiently laid out five placings, all in a circle, and placed tea carefully in each cup. "Do take care. The tea can scald the tongue if you are caught unawares."

Gareth had already begun to drink his tea...the liquid barely comes to his lips when the cleric mentions "scald the tongue". With understandable haste, he withdraws the cup from his lips and mutters some curses as he notices that hands are getting awfully warm. He sets the cup down with haste similar to its withdrawal, barely keeping the contents from spilling over the brim.
Gareth: Close call there...

A silly yet possible outcome popped into her head, "Uh...you're not going to try to cut my ears off are you? Is that what is bothering you?", she asks with another wiggle of her ears. Her attention turns to the door when someone mentions tea and pulls Eileen with her into the building, leaving the man behind.

Odd, odd people.
He frowned, turning to keep his stare on the two women as they entered. The seemed to lack manners too. Very much the barbarians they seemed to be.
He was still frowning as he followed them in. As much as he had his misgivings, he was still an honest, honorable man. And tradition and decorum demanded he accept his host's invitation, no matter who he also invited.
He bowed toward the Cleric, and followed in afterwards, taking his hand off the blade.
He finally took a seat, opposite of wherever Lyendi and Eileen chose to sit, and he kept his eyes on them the whole time. He didn't touch his tea, not even once. He had already had his fill earlier.
