I don't think it has anything to do with the crew. Fleep said the guilds need revamping... a HUGE revamping.

I can tell you my best guess at why it keeps getting unstickied.
So, it stays stickied unless Kuma changes something in the first post, right? It becomes unstickied because a non-crew member is changing it when only crew members and up can sticky. So, if you're not a crew member, then you threads aren't usually stickied. And yes...
Did that make sense?

Ah! I understand it now! To sticky it, I gotta edit the first post... and choose sticky. Since you don't have that option it automatically goes unstickied.
