I have finally seen the movie... Not as bad as I had thought but nothing too special either.

i loved the books, was disapointed in movie(thats all the negative on the matter so don't worry) can not wait till the third book comes out! mrgreen i bet u guys anything that its gonna b hella long but who cares as long as book is awesome the length does not matter mrgreen

I thought the movie was alright. I didn't really care for the actor playing Eragon, but I thought the rest were good. Saphira was just fantastic! I enjoyed the books and can't wait for the third one.

I personally thought the movie kinda sucked. SO not worth the nine dollars I payed. Ok, the shade was really cool, but that was it. they screwed so many parts up. like how the female Elf DIDN"T HAVE ANY POINTED EARS!!!! and RED hair instead of BROWN hair. and don't even get me started on Solembum....TT.TT
The book was so much better.

I watched the movie the other day and wasn't very impressed by it. It just didn't hold my attention for long periods of time. My friend said it was a good movie. It was an average movie in my mind.
I haven't read the books as yet. I think I'll wait until my mate reads the books that he has ordered and if he likes them then I might read them.

The books were awsome. I couldn't wait to see the movie but when I did. I was very disapointed. They could have done a lot better with the movie. I agree that the person they got to play Murtagh was rather tasty. The movie turned me off of actually going to see the second in theaters if they have a second one.

the movie almost made me not want to read the 3rd book.

Oh gods, the movie was so awful. The acting was horrible. My boyfriend and I simply laughed the whole way through. My other friend fell asleep.
I haven't read the books. Now I kind of want to just so I can point out all the things they got wrong. 3nodding
