sorry for the delay..I've been lacking rp moods and whatnot for a while sweatdrop
Alora stood silently as Cad questioned the mare. She was confident in his skills to find the answers and simply allowed him to take over he current situation. She fluttered her wings again, softly. This was something she usually did when worked up or nervous, even when suspicious. She listened as the mare spoke as well, making her intentions known. And then the words hit. If they were worthy of her help? Alora's teeth clenched and she immediately lashed out her words, "If we're worthy? its the other way around my dear. What makes YOU worthy of joining us? Why should I not just kill you now? "
She rolled her eyes and looked at Cadaver. "She is wasting our time Cadaver. All this talk and standing around. We have better things to do then sit here and be belittled by this pathetic mare. She has not shown any reason why we should accept her and has even intentionally disrespected us both. " Alora's green eyes gave off a dangerous gleam as she moved towards the mare slowly, waiting for Cadaver's words. She was poised and ready to tear this mare apart and stomp the life from her body.

Cadaver's eyes narrowed slightly at what the mare had said. "You're treading on thin ice already. I'd suggest you keep such comments to yourself." He motioned towards Alora faintly, almost as a small warning to the mare. Though the mare seemed capable, he wasn't sure how capable and how Alora would react. Mostly with anger he supposed, the mare had already made a few mistakes in her approach.
"If she's wasting our time then there's no point in pushing forward with her. She's a lost cause it seems." He watched silently for a moment as Alora moved forward. "She's not 'worthy' of your time Alora." The dark stallion smirked lightly as he watched. It would be Alora's choice in what she was to do next. They were partners in their goals, but he wouldn't stand in the way if it's what Alora thought was right. But he would voice his opinion and give her small suggestions of how to go about things. Ultimatly it was her descision on how she used those suggestions.

So her suspicions were correct, she mused- this mare... Alora, the stallion called her? She was a violently angry individual... no doubt that anger would play a crucial part on the decisions she would make, and that did not bode well for her if she chose to fight for this group. One normally expected a leader to be cool and level-headed... that this 'Alora' was so obviously not was something to be concerned about, if she became a part of this.
"One's emotions cannot rule their judgement if they wish to be successful in their endeavors. If you allow your anger to own you, then you are no better a leader than I am a suboordinate. If you kill me here," she chose to leave out the words 'assuming you could', as it appeared that the mare was already angry enough, "where would that leave you? You would be no closer to achieving your goal, and one less able body for your cause." Her words were flat and without anger or malice, simply stating facts as her cool gaze met with the emerald of Alora's.
"If you expect me to grovel and ask your forgiveness, then you have sorely misjudged me- I will not forsake my pride simply to assist you in a war that will probably end badly for you. The fact of the matter is, you need my help- you can't afford to turn away anyone who volunteers as a participant in this battle. I offer you my assistance because we fight for the same cause- it is simply more likely that more damage will be done if we are united than if we are not." There was a long pause, here, as Sukari considered her next words carefully. After a moment of deliberation, azure hues closed briefly in resignation before she reluctantly lowered her head in a polite gesture of submission before the two soquili.
"I need not explain that it is tremendously out of character for me to do this, but I leave my services an option for you to call upon, should you choose to do so." A brief nod towards the both of them, and the silver mare turned to leave, ebon' wings outstretched.

Alora glared at the mare, her anger reaching a near boiling point. It was obvious to all those around, present and watching, that she was near snapping. This plan had not been a good idea. It brought back the past whch she had fought hard to repress and the hatred and anger that stemmed from it. Alora's eye twitched slightly as she listened to Cadaver. Her last bits of reasoning told her he was right. This mare was not worth her time..and certainly not a weak mare and so she would be spared. Somehow this made sense in Alora's messed up mind as she seemingly snapped, the insanity that had been building up that she had fought back, was now overcoming and winning her over.
Alora snapped raking teeth at the mare who turned with outspread wings to leave, her green eyes gleaming with hatred and anger, and obviously a haziness as they glazed over, but instead of attacking, Alora turned and took off. She meant to kill and attack any and all that crossed her path that were weaker. The two leggers...weak mares, weak stallions...it didn't matter. She would taste their blood.
