Kirana glanced at the young hatchling, noticing its attention singularly on the boy. She took a few steps backwards and smiled to herself, waiting as her eyes scanned the sands.

((relek Kinther and I are all here on my account sorry but it would take too long to switch on one comp. we're so excited))
Viant spun around from waiving at his sister to watch the next few dragonets emerge from their shells he stood frozen his red eyes burning with hope that he would be chosen. he looked to his right at Kinther who's shock of white hair glistened in the sun as he watched the dragonets calmly he didn't seam nervouse at all where as relek on his left seamed to want to pounce on the nearest one.
Kinther stood still and calm his back straight as he watched the dragonets true his heart longed for one to impress and choose him he knew that if he wasn't meant to impress he wasn't meant to.
Relek stood shifting on his feet back and foreth wanting so much to see the swirling eyes of one of the small creatures to capture his, it was all he could do to stand on the sand in the white robes and forget of anyone else around him, his eyes darted at the dragonets, his heart sunk slightly as one of the few impressed and was taken.

Sighing, R'ign sank down to sit beside her friend. "Don't scare me like that." She glanced up at Glith for a moment, then looked back at her friend. "Nice timing, isn't it?"

Riordan noticed the hatchling's attention upon him and he slowly moved forward, passing Naeryn to stand in front of the hatchling. Carefully, he knelt to look at the hatchling. Did it want him? Or was it merely curious? Perhaps it hadn't even been looking at him and he just assumed that it was.

((geez i almost missed it, the htching had to be on my birthday didn't it? oi! anywho!))
T'thia gasped as a few more hatchlings broke she watched as her brother firey head turned back, he seamed so rigid and nervouse, Kinther as always was calm cool and collected and of course another of their childhood friends Relek couldn't stand still, never could. she watched as one of the hatchlings impressed and another became highly fascinated with one of the male candidates. her body went tense, her heart sank. she whispered to herself
"he has to impress....he just has to"

Tolara nodded softly. "A good morale boost...I'm sorry, I-I- got lost in thought..." She kept her brown eyes trained on the hatching sands.
The green looked straight back at Riordan. Mine! Finally.. Impression Occured.
The blue cat hatchling stumbled again, careening into Kinther. There you are mine. Impression Occured.
A single crack appeared on a fairly large egg, but nothing more happened. The egg next to it however seemed to disintigrate into tiny shards. The large powerful hatchling strode out, ruining it's dramatic entrance as it tripped over it's own feet.

((o.k. we figured out how to work it, we got a system for posting now))
Kinther watched with calm slight interest as another candidate impressed. he seamed as if it didn't bother him but inside his heart was sinking and his stomach was tieing in knots. he couldn't stand this. he stood relaxed on the hot sands getting a little annoyed at Relek who kept dancing around.
his attention was drawn by a small voice his calm dimeaner was broken as his eyes widened he looked down to see a beautiful silvery blue dragonet, it creened at him and spoke
"there you are mine"
Kinther's heart jumped to his throat as he knelt and layed a hand on the wdge shaped head
"my name is Tylenth"
Kinther stood and spoke to himself but also anouncing to the crowds "Tylenth!" he knelt again "and i am Kinther...." he thought "K'ther" as he would now be known as a rider
Kinther then caught sight of the scratches on the dragonets muzzzle. he looked around frantically
"i need numbeweed"
his eyes sudenly gained emotion, he was worried that his friend would be in pain and searched for a healer scanning the stands

Naeryn smiled, seeing the green happily impressed. She turns back to the other eggs. Another cracks; yet another shatters. Supressing another smile as the big hatchling stumbles, she stands where she is near the eggs, simply waiting.

Relek kept dancing as he watched his friend impress the blue and call out the dragonet's name. he beamed at his friend who was too obsorbed in his dragonet's wounds to notice. Relek's eyes then went back to the dragonets. he wouldn't stop shifting in place he couldn't, he was too excited

T'thia jumped as Kinther called out to the stnads the blue dragonets name. her face stretched into a smile, then dropped back into worry as she noticed her brother stills tood rigid and nervouse on the sands watching the emerging dragonets. and Relek...seamed like he had ants in his pnats
"why won'y he stand still? he'll scare the dragonets away from him if he doesn't stop dancing around like that"
she whispered to herself. her eyes never leaving the three boys she ahd grown up with, they were all like siblings in a way, except Kinther had always had a one sided crush on T'thia he just never showed it, Kinther never showed much of any emotion, but now...he looked realy worried, it was then that T'thia noticed his dragonets "whiskers"

Kirana watches the hatchlings in interest, finding it amusing that they each seemed to have distinct personalities, even just upon hatching. Each was as individual as the young candidate they would chose.

Viant's nervouse eyes darted around the sands and a couple times he glanced to the stands and caught his sisters eyes. his heart jumped slightly as Kinther called out a name, changed his, then yelled for numbweed seamingly all at one time. he looked over and noticed his friend stood with the blue with "whiskers" Viant sighed in reliefe
"at least one of us impressed"
he thought to himself. his eyes then went back to nervousley watching the dragonets crack the hardened shells

Staring at the hatchlings, heart pounding in excitement, Feather watched as another egg began to crack... She jumped as the one next to it crumbled unexpectedly. When she saw the hatchling stumble, she just couldn't stand it, and rushed over to help it back to it's feet.

Quickly running into the large cavern, Lily stares in wonder at the hatchlings that are wandering around. Looking around quickly to see if there were any hatchlings that were having trouble getting out of their egg's, she slowly walks around the hatching area, steering around the new riders with their hatchlings.

Shifting from foot to foot, Gabriel watched as the first dragonets Impressed. Suddenly, he became aware of a crack forming on another shell.
Without warning, the one beside it hatched. When the dragonet tripped, he almost went to assist it. In the split second that he considered helping, he saw a girl run over to it. With a sigh, he concentrated on the egg with the large crack in it.
