Notice why I don't go to tournaments.. I like stomps when I fight underclass TKDers. But I never heard a cup do that before.. ow.... That must be painful. I heard it hurt for women too.. because this girl I know said this one time she was at a tournament she got kicked in the crotch, she went into the bathroom and was bleeding down there and it wasn't even her time. Could break pelvic bones..

MIA-BO I LIKE TO SURPRIES THE OPPONANT BY THROWING A TURN BACK SIDE KICK OR A JUMP ROUND HOUSE RIGHT WHEN THE BELL RINGS FOR THE FIRST ROUND. I'm a fan of the suprise attack from the bell aswell, but more with my hands. I find its important to get yourself in a good stance with plenty of bend in the rear leg, then as soon as the bell goes run forward and slightly to the side (to avoid side kicks) and smack em in the face. It really disconcerts people xd I remember fighting this lady, I did that, smacked her in the face a few times then kicked her as I backed off, she didn't like it at all and spent the remaining two minutes running into my side kick whee

I do that with backkicks alot, kick out but follow them as i do it.

So the first time I fight someone I do that, most people are totaly not expecting it, they think you're going to move about trying get a feel for each others range and movement and stuff. And as you're moving forward you have an arm ready to throw their kick away, so if they do throw one you can spin them and leave them even more open.. its something I practise quite a lot, a low/mid section block followed by a punch (obverse or reverse) as you're moving forward. The second time I pendulum forward with a kick (know what I mean? lean forward then swing the kick forward then back keeping the body in roughly the same place?), and then the third time stay still and watch the consternation on their face xd

Ha, then I guess I'm usually prepared against fighters like you(or atleast in the tkd standard) when the ref drops his arm and my oppenent comes in I always go into a barage of counters..lol thats how I won a gold in a small tourny to...lol, 3 kicks and the guy(who was bigger in weight and height) was holding his stomach and bending over...love watching that home video.

I love the hardcore cardio training that my Aikido senseis put us through. We take turns attacking randomly. It's effective because in the heat of combat I tend to shortcut my way and rely on instinct rather than a particular technique.

My fav sparring technique, is a pretty simple one. From free stance, fake them with your forward punch, then punch with your power hand. Chances are they'll back up, and you won't even hit with the punches, which is good. When they back up, slide your front foot forward and catch their leg, and pull it towards you, which if done right should cause them to fall. While they're on the way down, then you can punch them in the torso, for an instant win. I can hardly ever do it right, I haven't had enough practice with it, but it's fun to try.

I've been told I like to clash shins because usually they leave with several brouses and limping. I also like to kick hard. But I've been tring to learn Kung-Fu Karate and Capoeira all at once so I tend to mix it up a bit which is always fun.

I'm struggling to learn capoeira, but what i know is fun to use agaisnt some of the Karate people because they're so use to fighting more of a planted style (but most of 'em aren't that good anyways).

I prefer frogs(middle knuckle strike) applied to nerve bundles. The back of the hand is a good spot. Fleshy parts of the legs and arms are good spots for bruising.
I get in close, using my arms and shoulders to glance off their blows, then I try a precision ki strike to a nerve bundle. Doesn't do any permanent damage, buts hurts like heck! I got into a shoving match for the front seat one time. I used a low center of gravity and a little of ki to make sure she couldn't push me. My opponent was a lot younger but was stronger and bigger than me. She couldn't budge me. I also grab their hands and use joint controls on them.
