Mian had missed the appearance of the massive Drapion. He took an Ice Fang before he even knew it was there.
Mian = 210/260 HP
Mian stumbled forward, holding his arm, where the Drapion had bitten down on him. He thought for a Moment, his blades glowing purple for a split second before he realized Drapion was a Dark type. The color shifted to white as he used Slash.
Drapion = 110/170 HP
Drapion used Bite, clamping down on one of Mian's legs.
SE! Mian = 140/260 HP
Mian used Slash again, slamming the glowing white blade into the Drapion's head and sending it flying away from him. Now he had a sore arm and leg. He needed to finish this battle fast and he knew it.
Drapion = 50/170 HP
Drapion used Fire Fang, biting down onto Mian's other leg.
Mian used his Leaf Blade, Slamming a glowing gree blade down onto the scorpion's head.
NE! Drapion = 30/170 HP
Before Drapion could attack again, a Pokeball came flyiong out of nowhere, striking the Drapion in the middle of it's chest and drawing it inside.

((XD The Gaia Halloween event is strangely like an old werewolf vs. vamp game I found online a couple years ago.))
Brayden was still on the rooftop, but not really paying much attention. His mind was wandering too much for him to get any real investigating done, which was further proven by him suddenly discovering night had fallen and he hadn't noticed until now.

Shaking his head, Brayden retreated back down the elevator, sure that the department store wouldn't enjoy him spending the night there. Just as he exited the sliding doors, the manager casting him a wary glance, Brayden was almost blown over by a sudden ball of feathers that sqeaked with a frantic, "Toooooooooooor!"
For a moment, Brayden was dumbfounded. Then he saw what was causing the commotion. Hot on the Torchic's heels was a Mightyena, who didn't look too pleased. He growled low at Brayden, who gulped. Definiely an eventful evening. Tucking the small bird in one arm, he reached for a Pokeball with his free hand, calling out Khai for assistance.

The Pupitar yawned, not really too used to being called out, mostly because of his current state, however, he was still able to battle, and responded to Brayden's request for help.
"Try a Rock Throw, Khai!" Brayden called to the Pupitar, who nodded, before sending a score of giant boulders at the Mightyena.
