((Why edit?))

(( Y'all heard it folks. ))

The grenade rolled up liesurely next to the both of them... and exploded.

Dice rolls are in a post above, noted as such.

14+14 - Shade
15+9 - Manuel
13+11 - Jackknife

The grenade tore bits and pieces out of both of them, resulting in bloody death.

Multikill.

Shade recieves points for Mr. Manuel, Valen Skinner's badass bodyguard who's name has been shouted, even bolded, throughout the entirity of this fight. He, however, recieves penalty points for killing Jackknife.

The NPCs quickly retreat back into camp, and do not pursue the villagers.

As the thirty men began to open fire Zen quickly shrouded himself in a barrier and took to the sky, he tossed a bladed boomerang down towards the men and a blade down at Skinner to try and break him away from Jack before Zen would be forced to flee the scene.

((Wait what? I was not aware for what reason death rolls were taking place. Arent I supposed to be notified as such? I assumed your one punch to my face was the cause of the death roll. Also it should be pointed out that Shade, only has Flash Grenades. So none of us can see or hear. So nobody is dead.))

(( You need to learn to read things.

And think about things.

Until that happens, nothing will ever be resolved, will it? ))

((Well as such I was already informed that it was a flash, and as there was nothing I could do about it anyway I just decided to let it go. When I read grenade I already knew it was a flash, as it is. Go check Shade's profile, he has no normal grenades.))

Aiolos walked like hell back to HQ, a voice in his head said so. (( xp ))

Shade's Profile
Blind Grenades - With five of these grenades in the many pouches at his belt, the Blind grenade is an excellent retreating weapon or stunning weapon when confronted with weapons. For when it is primed and used, their is a brief yet none the less incredibly bright burst of light that induces temporary blindness at worst and instictive reactions to cover eyes at best.

[ Smiling - Jak ]
Pulling another one of his grenades from his waist, Shade got a little closer to the fight that was going on. He then leaned back and threw the grenade at them, sure it would hurt his buddy, but then again it would inevitably hurt everyone else's sense of sight severely.. Even if they had shut their eyes or had regular sunglasses on.

1. Clarify. No where is it stated that this is a flash grenade.

Wahoozerman
((Not sure how you moved my leg with no hands...))
Jacknife's leg slid right back into it's previous position. As soon as Skinner released the knives they immediately took off at an extreme speed straight across the mabee foot between the place that he had held them and Skinner's face. The first knife would lodge itself into Skinner's throat with three hundred pounds of bladed force, the second would burry itself in Skinner's right eye, the next softest target. Jacknife quickly brought his hands up to take the blows to his face on his armgaurds, but the kicks to his ribs hurt like hell. Causing internal bleeding mabee, but the plates in his kevlar would protect him somewhat.

1. The leg is moved because he wrapped his legs around Manuel's neck or something some sort of bizzare leglock.

2. The knives continue in an outwards direction. Because extreme force does not instantly redirect when you get punched in the face.

3. There is no possible way that they could stab even if they were to move in that direction. They simply can't reach without going around something, and the blades are pointed the wrong way.

4. I'm leaving now. Why? I have to pee. I've been sitting here for the last 8 hours without getting up, babysitting you people.

5. Learn to read. When I say a name in a post that only addresses two people, and it isn't your name, it's likely the name of the other person.

6. Because you keep saying the wrong name, you've thrown off every other person in this thread. Hell, look at Olive there?

7. I'm resisting the urge to repeat this scene with one of my own grenades.

IC:

Manuel punches Jackknife in the face. The knives go flying off in the direction Jack had been pusing them as soon as they are released. If Jack wants to turn them around and try something else, that'll take a little more time than 'instantly'.

The flash grenade goes off.

When people can see again, everyone went home.

...yeah, believe it or not it happened.

And then Shade simply walked out of the stumps attempting to get back to his HQ in someway, but probably would get lost.

((I've been waiting for that for a hell of a long time now. Just to Clarify Two of those knives are from Sir Roxsohard, making them effortless to control with TK, therefore they could easily turn around quickly. As for the ones facing away, so they go foreward a foot or so before I send them back down, obviously you are no longer holding them as you are punching me. Frankly, "Everyone Goes Home" sounds hella good to me.))

Goes Home

Jacknife headed back to the Village for some bandages and a little R&R.

Zen completely drained of energy, used what mere ounces he had left to fly back to HQ for a well-needed rest.

Little did Kalis know that the great gods whom created this world and watched over it, cajoling, guiding, helping their mortal creations to their destinies, were having a great bickering amongst them. So did lightning fly and thunder crash, and great letters with the power to upsurp a reality were spent many over.

But one way or another, he would find that by the time he felt he might soon have these people in his sights, the forest had gone silent. No more sound of bullet, or flashbang, or quarreling of dieties were to be heard. Silence. It meant one of two things.

And life had always quite brutally shown Kalis not to take the better meaning, even if his outlook was softened by Rayner's remaining hope in all things turning to good in the ******** fists and jaw clenched tight. Then went slack with all the rest of ******** turned back around, still far from the people he didn't know were still alive. He picked up his limp arms and legs, and jogged, jogged all the way out of this damned forest of nothing and to the villiage again if he could help it. He had to go at least let his eyes see the children and women, and men whom were not in such carnage still lived there. Still breathed.

"Too ******** late..."

"Never again. From here on I make sure I have a truck and a body guard of troops. I don't care they're the worse there is, but damn it. It's better then this s**t."

Not much farther now, then he could make a report, grab a wench and sleep.

There it was, the outer area of the camp. In sight and like a beacon of home. Stiff, sore, and feeling worse then he had ever felt Quin was making progress. Though he suspected he wouldn't be getting much sleep that night.

Stumbling past the stumps he was in a daze.

And they were out of the Dead Woods! Shouyin taking the pace of the woman he was escorting and simply following beside. He wanted to walk a few feet ahead, for an excuse he would call 'tactical reasoning', but he figured that'd be kind of rude, and as such kept his legs in check. For some reason he could've sworn he spotted that Quin fellow who'd been driving them about not thirty minutes before the s**t had hit the fan, and then continued to hit it well into the evening, but he shrugged that off.

"Mind if I ask your name then?" he looked over at the woman beside him.
