Zen took flight once more after conjuring up his wings a second time, he flew above the blazing plains in search of his comrades who came through here.

Exiting the forest, he noticed that the place had been changed since the last time he had seen it. It was on fire last, and now it was sort of like... mossy. Taking care with each step, unknowing that were any real weapons here, but there were and luckily didn't go off. He headed to where the archers were for directions and was on his merry way.

Heading to the River now, which he had never actually been, to it would be nice to see and hopefully mean some back up.

Fuel Depot --->
Two armored personell carriers rolled across the ashen fields. The fires of the first day had left them barren in places, and the tall grass that had once been there was but a shadow of what it had once been. These carriers rolled through the plains, apparently unopposed... heading towards the river.

One APC remained going, heading towards the far end of the plains.
The other veered towards the river, and Long Ji Fang.

Where did they roll out to?
The Newsewn Fields.
Advance guard, here to put these hillbillies on full defensive.

Jacknife buzzed into the Blazing plains on his Dirtbike. Yep, blazing meant it was hot. No tree cover. Well, at least only his hands, feet, and head got hot. The rest of him would take several hours to get hot in this temprature.

Jacknife continued buzzing, like a bee kinda. He buzzed himself all the way across the newsewn fields and to the Fuel Dept.

And Kalis arrived safely in an allied area at last.
He'd direct a few men to return to the area he'd just left, the Fuel Depot, and hold out in its flaming remains. They could retreat quickly if things got rough, but if they were ahead it meant a wider area they watched for enemy movement.
Unfortunately, this was the end of his part of the campaign.
((Which failed because I had to keep going offline in the middle of things, like now. gonk ))

Sunrise River ->
When he had gotten out of the water, Ji Long brushed off whatever beads of liquid would still be on him, as even though his suit was waterproof, beads of water would still cling to it, like on a teflon pan.
He'd continue to move along, hidden by the suit, he go around any obstacles (opposition), for an encounter would probably only serve to slow him down.

So apparently in the burnt out landscape, the invisible man would be uncontested.
*Edit: There seemed to be two people moving through the burnt out flatland. The invisible man would avoid them and move onward.

Jacknife stepped out of the forest. He was going to get back to the battle eventually. He knew where he was now.
