I think it would be funny is as soon as he married Sakura he was like:
Sasuke: Okay now that were married, I expect you wear Uchiha Clan clothes.
Sakura: *holds up exact copy of Sasuke's outfit* ...Honey
Sasuke: Yes?
Sakura: These are men's clothes...
Sasuke: I dont know how to sew womens clothing, so get over it.
Sakura: eek YOU SEW!!!!!

My theory is that he has it custom-made. He has all the damn inheritance money, so he can definatly afford it.
And EVERYTHING has the crest on it. Even his underwear, and later Sakura's underwear. And her bra. One on each cup.
And they don't wear socks in the Narutoverse, though I'm sure he would have Uchiha socks.

i think sasuke sews his clothes but doesn't tell anyone because they might think he's a sissy and think less of him.(sasuke is not a sissy)

Like.. Hockey. For example.
Their clan symbols can be the logos, the type of gekkai genkei can be the name. [I.e. Uchihas = Sharighan. Hyuugas = Byakugan.]
