I wanted to see Unleashed... it seemed good to me. But then I heard it wasn't VERY good. But I don't care about that. XD I know Jet Li's in it.. right?

RENT

I loved the movie, but from the standpoint of someone who isn't familiar with the material, it may be confusing. I'm guessing whether you like the movie or not is based on aquired taste.

Cinematically, it's a little cheap, since scenes transistions are rather well...eh. How the characters all act as friends is a little strange because some of them weren't introduced formally to each other. Keep your eyes out for tyhe song number Tango: Maureen. That is probably the most brilliant scene in the whole thing.

To be honest, RENT is a movie that will definately please some, but also turn off many.

Rating: 9/10 (Keep in mind that I knew the material before I watched the movie)

Hey, I've seen three movies and I feel compelled to share my thoughts!

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was pretty good, and is probably one of my favorites in the movie series. The pacing was kind of frantic, but it didn't really bother me since I had read the book. They had to cut out a lot of things, but I thought they kept in most of the important stuff. One thing that made me sad was that they made Krum look like an idioto, and I liked him, so that made me sad. And the other schools make a rather weird choreographed entrance thing. I'm a fan of the books, which probably helped me understand and enjoy the movie a lot more than a non-fan, so keep that in mind. 4/5.

Good Night, and Good Luck was pretty damn awesome, and not just because it has McCarthy in it. I thought it was a really interesting story, thought some parts kinda confused me. The film was shot in black and white even though it's pretty new, which was kind of weird but just made the movie cooler. It had a moral too, and god damnit, everybody loves those stories with the morals. 5/5

Anastasia is this fairly old animated film that I watched as a child and had a chance to re-watch this Thanksgiving. I didn't get to see the very beginning or end of this movie, but I can sort of assume what happens. Now, this one is about that tsar daughter who supposedly didn't get shot, but y'all already knew that. I guess it was a pretty okay movie. The songs weren't all that great though, and the whole "Rasputin was a dark wizard with an annoying albino fruit bat sidekick" thing was sort of dumb. I mean, obviously, there were going to be some historical innacuracies, but that's just sort of stupid. The two main characters got on my nerves, and the romance was sort of dumb. Fat guy was pretty cool, but I kept wondering how he got fat. And how did Anastasia spend most of her life in the "People's Orphanage" (best name ever) and come out with these nice, clean, warm clothes and a gold medallion thing? Hell, she'd be lucky to be wearing shoes. And dear people of St. Petersburg: why the hell are you breaking into spontaneous song and dance? Stalin is in power, dumbass! Run! Now!

Um, anyways, kids'll probably enjoy it, but my experience was somewhat tainted by the fact that I spent the entire movie telling everybody to run for their lives. 2/5

It's not animation, it's rotroscope. It only looks like animation.

Final Fantasy 7 AC
4.5/5 Materia
If you're not paying very close attention to the screen, you'll think the people are real. Nope, all computer created, Cloud is back in another adventure. This time, a disease, geostigma is going through the city, affecting both children and adults.

Three silver haired guys, (Loz, Kadaj, Yazoo) are the baddies of the movie, wanting to take over the world, Taking advantage of the geostigma, Kadaj hyptnotises the children to do his every will. (not really.)

Anyway, minus all the unexplained parts (only explained in the game) and plot holes, the movie's not that bad.

Yes I saw this. I loved it. Even though I didn't get everything since I'm now just barely going into the Gi Cave... I liked the scenes from the original game in the movie. The graphics were just wonderful. It's pretty true that if you don't look carefully you'd think they were real.

It's true how there were many things that were missing but some you may find. Like one of the children's story.

Don't forget the battles. In short, they're all amazing.

Although you have to keep in mind this movie focuses more on plot than fighting.

And it sounds like a really shitty plot too.

It's better than I described it. I just don't want to go into detail for people who havn't seen it.

Secret Window

Secret Window is about Mort (Johnny Depp) a writer who six months ago just started going through a divorce. One day he's confronted by a man from mississipi named Shooter, who says Mort stole his story. Even though Mort's story was written in 1995, and and Shooter's was written in 1997, Shooter insists that Mort stole it and will stop at nothing to prove it.

I would try to say more, but I don't want to give anything away. I'd say the best way to describe this movie would be to say, watch it!

Hey, I've seen three movies and I feel compelled to share my thoughts!

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire ..............................

Good Night, and Good Luck ................................

Anastasia ...........................

I agree with all your points there. We're like brain twins! eek

Except...try listening to Once Upon a December from Anastasia again. I thought it was the one good song from the movie. It makes me want to have that music box.

I watched Princess Mononoke today. It was good. But my friend kept asking me what was going on and stuff, and I hadn't seen it before, so how the hell should I have known? Stuff like "I hate that lady" when she wasnt even watching it; and "Why's that happening?" It was annoying.
