Deformography
I'm glad everything went well. That sounds like one of the most unfun procedures in the world, though. I hope you don't have to go through it again.

Your boyfriend sounds so awesome! It's so great that he paid for so much of it. I doubt very many people your age could come up with $500 in the space of a few weeks.

We were lucky in a way, and unlucky. He had money saved back for his band's tour that was used and I had gotten paid the day we put our money together for the abortion.

Lord Setar
*refrains from making a popcorn chicken fetus joke*

I really hope my girlfriend never has to get an abortion, because it sounds a bit painful and I'd want to be with her ><

It was difficult going through the process without Aaron, but in a way, it was better, since seeing and being around him made me an emotion time bomb.

MipsyKitten
Dear god, that would break me if I had to have one right now. I'd have to tell my mother and ask her for the money sweatdrop Bad thing is, it would be a lot more for me because I'd have to travel a few hours to get to the nearest abortion provider.

If you ever needed the money and help, I'd gladly send you some moolah, since it is hard enough emotionally, money problems aside. Unfortunately, I ran out of cigarettes today. No cigarettes = CRANKY OCTOBER!

Wow. You are brave in so many ways that I am not. I faint everytime I get shots. *hugs* It's good to hear that you are at ease.

Well, I tried to just relate it to getting peircings, since the breathing was the same as a peircing.

Breathe in slowly, breathe out, pain.

[Edit]: Also, being brave wasn't the case. I was petrified. I just couldn't see the needles. Thank god.

I am still very impressed with how calm you kept yourself. As soon as I hear "needle" I freak out a little- er alot.

Edit: When do you go back for your check-up?

Three weeks, so August 5th (The day before my 21st!) Also, I hope they don't touch my crotch. I don't even want to touch it.

@Trite: Thank you. I usually just wait till an ordeal is over and I have handled it to get all upset. I cried yesterday, but only because I was moody.

You made it through so well! To be honest, I'm surprised you're doing so well. Very happy, but nonetheless surprised. You're definitely very strong. I'd have probably made myself sick from stress.

I got sick before the procedure. I was just run down with a sore chest, dry eyes, and a bloody nose from crying and such.

But shots up there? >.o I don't like shots even in the best of circumstances. Having needles stuck up your v****a- multiple needles- sounds ...

It was indeed some crap. I hated it, but it was worth it because the procedure didn't hurt as much.

I, too, am glad your treatment went well. Though, I can hardly sit when I think about the places you had to have your shot.

Pretty good. I've had some clot passage today that has given me some mild cramping. Oh, and I'm hot and uncomfortable but that's just because my room is hot. gonk
