Lucca Ashtear Tata's the little kid who people think is the legendary Hero. You save him from some Goblins in the Denadoro Mountains, and he gives you the Hero Medal, which he picked up when Frog dropped it. I thought he gives it to you after you recover the 2nd half of the masamune (on the mountain).

I thought he gives it to you after you recover the 2nd half of the masamune (on the mountain). Well, yes, you do have to do that first.
