jzznjasmine My sister got the Harry Potter book early this morning... And she is already half way through!!! eek eek eek I take weeks to get through books anymore! *Grr* I miss being able to sit around and read during the summer! I HATE SCHOOL!!! I GOT IT TOO!!...but I've only read like 2 chapters though sweatdrop That is what happens when you have to work during the summer. neutral Oh well I have tomorrow off so I can read it all I want! HARRY POTTER HERE I COME!! WOOHOO! blaugh *does dance of joy and impending Harry Potter-ness*

I love anything by Stephen King, as well as the Harry Potter series. I've gotten the 6th book, but refuse to read it all in one day like I've done with the other ones.
I am also writing my own book about a young princess. It's not that good, but it keeps me from being bored. I love to write poetry as well.

Yami Raven I love anything by Stephen King, as well as the Harry Potter series. I've gotten the 6th book, but refuse to read it all in one day like I've done with the other ones. I am also writing my own book about a young princess. It's not that good, but it keeps me from being bored. I love to write poetry as well. Yami maybe you should join the other guild Zaph and I are in!!! The *artist and writers* guild you can post all of your stuff there!!! And we can all enjoy!!!

I just picked up three new books:
"The Dark Moon" by Julia Gray
"Ancestors of Avalon" by Diana L. Paxson
and "The Icewind Dale Trilogy: Collector's Edition" by R.A. Salvatore.

okay all, its been a while since i last posted in here if anyone remembers me i am a huge fan of harry potter books. k so i borrowed the sixth book from a friend who had finished it. i don't have the money to buy it but i wanted to read it. i am so thoroughly depressed now!!! i cried for like an hour while i tried to finish reading the book. it is sooooooooooooooooooooo sad at the end but i have made a vow with myself that i will not be a spoiler so all i will say is that it is very depressing btw it only took me 2 1/2 days to read that book.

i STILL haven't read any Harry Potter books, i must be a bit of a global minority there, i did see the first film at christmas and greatly enjoyed it.
i like knowing that there are 6 nice big books out there waiting for me to read and enjoy them biggrin

i've just Finished the Wolves of Calla, the 5th in Stephen king's Dark Tower series, can't wait to get the 6th installment now! just need to find it at a decent price sweatdrop i have a real problem with paying full price for books rolleyes

Since my love and social lives have crashed through the floor I have began reading stupid Romancy books... I loath romance books.... It's almost alway a book where the girl is all "poor me" and the guy has to save her... Not that I wouldn't mind a night in shining armour but I can't stand the whole.... I'm a girl and therefore I'm powerless s***...Currently I am reading one called "Bartered Bride.'

I mentioned those on the first page! biggrin Gemstone I liked the Golden Compass, the Subtle Knife, and the Amber Spyglass, by Philip Pullman, but they're the only books of his I've read...
