fieryleprechaun My flutes name is Cadence! XDD Strange!! xd My friend (who's also a trombonist) thinks the word cadence is the coolest. She seriously considered switching to percussion just because of that.

My oboe has a second name, it's s-e-x-a-y.

I finally decided on a name for my new sax! Took me close to a week, too. XD Anyway, my sax is now Easnadh (pron. ES-na). It's an Irish name meaning "musical sound." Fitting, ne? ^^

I've never really named my instruments... The one I use now is the school's instrument, so the closest thing I have for a name for it is 310. That's the locker number I've kept it in for the last three years...
Then there's the one trombone I used to have, which I retroactively named Flower Basket because it was so crappy that I gave it away with a bunch of flowers to the band director. There's a long story attached - don't ask.

iv finally come up with a (not original) name for my bass drum! he's gunna be Miroku! cuz the carrier is um..on the front..... sweatdrop and because of that,i have to smack him really hard(cuz i dont really play loud enough..)

I just got my flute yesterday, and its name is Gir. My show flags are as follows Opener: Ow!! Second: Andrea Ballad: You piece of crap that always gets a sail Closer: Mwahahaha I can do the work on this one!. My sabres name ish Candence, my M1 is named Mark, and my piccolo is named Zim.

One of my friends in colorguard named her rifle Ron, her sabre Shego and her gloves Tim and Jim. (Sidenote: her car is Rufus) her name is Kim. Funny thing is, she doesnt even watch Kim possible o_O
