Of course, being that Rebecca was dressed in a beautiful pink satin Easter Dress, with lovely white roses and ribbons adorning it, the second place the child made a beeline for was a flower bed. Sajhiri visibly winced from her perch under the tree. "I hope I have enough stain remover for everything she gets into today..." she murmured under her breath.
Rebecca began pushing the flowers aside to look under them for any eggsign. She continued her mantra of "Eggu!" as she searched.

Shifting Zoe in his arms he walked over to a little patch of flowers. Plucking up a rather bright yellow one he handed it to his daughter. "There we go. Pretty flower for the pretty little girl."
And who knew, maybe there was something else in the flowers.

Graham's hand came back holding a rock and Kael sighed. "No eggs there." He picked up Graham and started back towards where Were was sleeping. He would wake her up and have her search. His foot made contact with a rock and he toppled forward, protecting Graham with his body as he fell into some bushes.

While his father continues to desperately search on his knees for any sign of an Easter egg, Robbie grows tired of the game. Flopping back on his diaper-padded bottom in the tall grass, he lets out a soft yawn. The grass itches his exposed arms, and when he goes to scratch, he spots something in the grass.
Blinking his bright eyes, Robbie instead reaches down for whatever the object is. Is this what Daddy is looking for..?

Elle stared at the paper, wondering what on earth was in an Easter basket supposed to have in it? More Easter eggs?
She stared wistfully at the chocolate outside. Just a tiny nibble couldn't hurt, could it? Elle jumped back down to the ground, re-wrapped the egg and put it in her bag. If she did try and eat some chocolate, Elle wanted to do it in a really good hiding spot. She pocketed the paper as well, there wouldn't be much to get from that right now.
Elle continued through the darker bush, watching where she placed her feet. She heard her tail hit something and knock it down, and Elle spun around, hoping it was an egg she'd missed, and not just a branch or something...

With a faceful of twigs, Kael rises from the bushes and checks to see if the baby is alright. Yup, Graham was fine, drooling and gurgling like always.
"Lets go see Mommy." said Kael passing by a small tree. On impulse he looked up into its branches.

Dameon barked in joy. Solaris found one as well! Yay!
Angelus listened to Kiana. "I guess when the event is done I'll head over there and collect a prize." His eyes went to Solaris. "Congrats! What did you get?"
Dameon went about sniffing for more eggs again. He dug his nose in a bush not too far away.

"Probably not... But isn't mistrust of a foreign creature at least part an adventure?" He laughed as he moved to search along beside her, plucking up a flower between his fingers after a moment to stick it in one of the buttonholes of his vest. "S'not so bad though... And I heard that there were prizes inside the eggs so, maybe, you can think of the eggs as a treasure chest... And the Easter Bunny is a pirate..."
Something could be said about a young man with an overactive imagination.

Kita had almost finished her careful grid search of the tall grass, but had found nothing, and was about to give up on that particular spot when she spotted a bright-colored something, almost completely buried by fallen grass blades and dirt. Was it an egg...?

"DAH!" exclaims Robbie after grabbing the snake by its middle. He beams proudly, certain this was what his daddy is looking for.
Pippin whirls around, hopeful his son had actually found an Easter egg. Instead, he pales and scrambles backwards unlike any grown man would do. "Aghhh!!" he yelps at the sight of the snake [nevermind it's tiny and harmless, but this doesn't matter to him, for snakes = fear!]. "P-put.. put that down, President!!"
The yelp caused Robbie to loosen his grip on the snake, and the creature plops into the grass and slithers away almost immediately. He can't help but pout; why had Daddy acted like that? He was only trying to help..
Pippin wheezes, trying to get his breath back to normal. All of a sudden, he notices that he had brushed against something while scrambling back. His mind is still on Easter eggs, but the recent fright has merged the possibilities into beastly easter prizes! Throwing his hand back, he peers down warily at where he swore he felt something.

The upset lizard raced away from Elle's dangerous tail. She glared at the lizard. She wanted an egg, not a lizard! She glanced from side to side before raising a wand at it and tempuarlly disabling a limb for a few minutes.
She sat down against a fallen log and took out a piece of the crumbled chocolate. Elle put it in her mouth, and let it melt. She wasn't sure if she liked it or not now, after all this time.

Nice climbing, Tie! There's an egg on top of the fence post, just like you guessed!

And maybe "Eggu" is a magic word! o_O Congrats, Rebecca!

Kael - impulse searching is the new craze! There seems to be something in that tree!

Kita frowned at the old wrapper and stuffed it into her bag. Dumb old litterbugs....
Having finished with the tall grass, Kita stood up and brushed her greenish-blonde hair out of her face and back behind her ears where it belonged. Maybe she would fare better with some company? And Akivara had asked her to try and make some friends her own age, too. She could kill two birds with one stone!
Deciding that was what she would do, Kita looked around both for people not already in a group, not wishing to intrude, and for bright flashes of color that might betray an egg.

Oh Ho! Bex spotted a lovely egg with colored designs on it and she let out a loud "SKREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!" of joy. She gathered it up carefully, along with a handful of dirt, and clutched it to her tummy to keep from dropping it.
Sajhiri winced as the handful of dirt artfully smeared across the prettily embroidered front of her daughter's overpriced Easter frock. "Better pick up some extra stain remover on the way home, just in case..." she noted to herself. She held open the bag as Rebecca deposited Egg #2 into it.
The child looked up at her mother wide-eyed. "MO?" she asked.
Jhiri grinned and nodded. "Yep, there's more, keep looking little love!"
Rebecca laughed happily, patted her rubber ducky on the head once, lest he be missing her, and skittered off again.
