As Lily slept beside the door, her dreams were disturbing. The dreams were blurred, she saw faces, but in fact, she could not see. Her words came out as echoes, yet the people around her could hear her. The faces grew nearer and they became even more blurred. Just when Lily reached her hands out, she realized her hands were small. Too small. Too small for a girl of age 11, more like of a baby. When she reached up to touch the faces of the two people, they suddenly darkened. The faces changed, becoming clear. Teeth bared themselves at her while a man without eyes stared at her soul, a small scar forming upon her chest. Just as the scar was made, the dark ones disappeared into the air only after plunging their sword in her. She screamed, yet suddenly nobody could hear. Lily woke up screaming, drenched in cold sweat and still feeling the pain she had felt from the sword. No blood came out of the cut, yet it was there and she suffered. Her eyes, once of a solid color, became a silvery light blue. Drifting her hands up to her chest, the scar was still searing. Was it really a dream? Both the book and her staff fell on the ground as her breath became shallower. Lily lapsed into unconsciousness.

Wolf quietly watches Mercury and hawk talking from training grounds. Sensing her anger through the bond and also smelling it in the air he walks up to them. He stay's quiet listening to them talk about what happend, quickly figgering out what happend he looks around before turning back to face them. "Well odds are that they have either left the city or they may actualy still be in the city or as the saying goes the safest place to hide from your enemy is right under his nose."

D.Monica Kali paused as she was stopped by the warm hand taking her own and she shook her head removing any of the thought of Lily and books along with what had happened from her mind and allowed her features to smooth over so that that crease wasn't apparent in her features. "Why thank you dear heart." She reached up for a moment and in a familar jesture she touched his cheek with two fingers and then said "Thinking of little Lily and what took place back there. That and i'm slightly annoyed that I dont think i'll have time soon to read that book. What has yourself in such a way as to stop like this? Although I don't mind the contact and display of affection is is an out of character trait for you. Is there something on your mind as well?" She asked, allowing a smile to grace her features as she knew he was being honest. He did enjoy her smiles, so why not show him one? His own thoughts weren't that troubled and she couldn't quite tell what the feeling was she was getting from the bond. She allowed her fingers to drop her other small hand still held in Wes's larger one. Wes couldn't help but smile when she did. He truly did enjoy them. "I just hate to see you in worry. You take on so much, and now you have more. I know I may seem to be forward, but I truly do love you, and you in pain is me in pain." Even without the bond, Kali could have told how earnest he was in this. Normally his face revealed nothing, but right now he had bared himself to her completely. "If you wish, and she doesn't mind as well, I could watch Lily if you wanted to read... I just want you to be happy, and I find it hard to be worried and happy at the same time." Sorry that I didn't post yesterday, mom was on the comp literally all day, and I had a 104.2 temperature sweatdrop Still not feeling my best, but I have things to catch up on, such as this...

Alena DoRahn The warder rushed off to join the others and Alena shrugged her shoulders. "At least it's not serious. Come on, let's go before word gets around that we're back. I'll have different sisters after me and you will surely have warders following you." When they finally entered Alena's apartment, Lathanam slouched on a large green sofa. "So it is back to Fal Dara? It has been a long time since we have visited home, and then to visit home for this? I have to wonder how things will play out." He mused for a moment, then stood, balanced himself, and smiled lightly. "I shall pack my things. We need only a small amount as we are going to be gone for only a few days...but wait, what of the time after?" He walked to Alena and held her hands in his, putting on a mock smile that was much too large for his face and he began in a lofty tone, "Shall we honor the o' so wonderful tradition of staying in a horribly romantic town, or perhaps a lovely cottage in the mountains near the Two Rivers?" He fluttered his eyelids and breathed heavily. "Oh, I can see it!" He threw out a hand and leaned back as to tell the ceiling of their plans. "We shall make love in that cozy little cottage until we can no more!" He leaned back at her and re-took her free hand. "Come dearest, let us be off so that we can marry and love!" Lathanam stood, face red from suppressed laughter. "What do you say?" He could no longer hold it in as he held his gut in pain. He laughed long and as he stood straight, wiped the tears from his face, and quirked a smile at her, he said, "I'll go and get my things." A pause. "But what of our clothing? I hardly think that a Warder's cloak, black armor, and leather boots are befitting for a wedding! We shall have to shop! Oh the joy of it!" True, he did enjoy shopping with Alena, but these words were dripping with sarcasm.

(Oh bother that's no good! Don't worry about it)
"Oh heavens no dear one. I told Lily i'd help and by the Creator I mean to do that" She lifted the hand that held hers to her lips and kissed the back of it gently before dropping it and moving on the moment ruined by her wanting to get back to the room and make sure that Lily was fine. She was smiling though, her tension some what relieved by the expression at which her Warder and love had presented such concerns. He was such a sweetie. Upon coming to the room she frowned and squatted next to Lily. Unfortunately she could pick her up, but rather then doing that she embraced the source for a moment and picked the child up with a weave of air seeming oblivious to anything that mail ail the child. Then she opened the door, carrying her along inside.

Kali set the child down and was startled to see the crimson seeping into the color of her dress and then she moved and ripped what she could to see the sign that was where the blood came from. It was a jaggad rip though it might have some darker meaning to her it looked not even close to good. Franticlly she removed the book from her hands and attempted to wake the girl, to little avail. She could heal, but it wouldn't be as good...as long as she could get this blood to stop. Slipping her slightly chilled fingers agianst the childs temples she concenrated on feeling the damage.

The little girl seemed to shiver while Kali tried to find the damage. No matter how hard Kali were to try, she would not find it. Lily was lost in the dream world, where darkness hunts her every time she enters. Though by the touch of Kali, the scar starts to dim and seems to fade away. But it was deceptive. The dark color came back stronger and even darker than before, it pulsed with Lily's heartbeat. The blood slowly ceased to flow into her and started flowing out. It seemed to lessen as the scar grew darker.

Chewing nervously on her lower lip she withdrew her fingers and frowned, the child was sleeping...perhaps going into her dreams would be the best course. She knew Wes would come in and see them...and he'd be worried but she needed to act fast. Sighing she moved to a comfortable chair and settled down into a sleep that came easy one that some Dreamers used often. And she found Lily's dream easily, the speck that she needed and she carefully watched before then inserting herself carefully into this dream that was not honestly of Lily's making. It was dangerous but she had to try!

Wes regretted the moment ending as Kali hurried off, but he couldn't blame her. He just kept up his steady pace until worry flowed along the bond. Wes began to walk a little faster, wondering what was worrying her now, pulling on his gauntlet again. Then he felt her suddenly calm, as though she had gone to sleep. That was when he began to run, and found the scene of both Kali and Lily sleeping. He knew Kali was doing some Dreamwalking, or she would not have put herself to sleep like that. He closed the door and wove multiple weaves to prevent anyone from entering. If for some reason they could penetrate the first 2 wards, the third would give them a nasty surprise before resetting. He then sat down, leaning against the wall and put himself to sleep, getting ready to go find Kali.

She sighed heavily. "I don't know. All of them are possible; Tar Valon is just too big to be searched like this. Even if we did find them, then what? They'd use Azalea as a hostage. I suppose that until we have more information, we'll just have to wait it out."
The last words came out slowly, as if she was unwilling to accept them. She spoke again.
"I have to return to the Tower. I have some people waiting for me." And hopefully, once I find out what happened, we can figure out a way to solve this problem. "And I have a report to make to the Mother."
Waving, she borrowed the horse of a nearby guardsman and began riding at a fast gallop, back towards the Tower.

[] ...Good for you? []
The forest pressed in around him, a hunched figure stalking erratically through the foliage. The cloak wrapped him in a sheet of deep sapphire, his head hunched so far between his shoulders that his brown hair covered his neck. His feet found the path unerringly, though his green eyes were constantly flitting about, as if searching for danger. Beneath the cloak, a slim hand rested nervously on the hilt of a sword.
Occasionally, his head would give a mighty wrench to the side, and a low stream of muttered and disjointed conversation would spring from his lips. Warren's shoulder struck a tree, spinning him slightly, but he paid it little heed, taking it all in stride and continuing along the direction the tree had shown him, not paying any attention to his surroundings.
He was just outside Tar Valon, and had been wandering through the forest for days. Occasionally, a wolf would flicker through his periphiral vision, but when he actually noticed it, he played it off as a hallucination brought on by the madness.
"Not natural...not...can't be real...not..."
Warren suddenly slumped, dropping to his knees in the thick loam, his eyes disfocusing, arms going limp as near his entire body drifted away from him, carried away by the word that was just now escaping his lips.
"Clean..."
He had never experienced the True Source without the slick, oily Taint of the Dark One. He had also never feared the madness, but now...it was a brutal shock, and an unwelcome one at that. He had grown accustomed to the oily, slick feeling of filth whenever he touched the Source, and without it, he was almost frantic.
In instant, he was whole again, his mind still struggling with the truth. His fingers dug into the soft earth, teeth gnashing, his entire body tensing as if he could force the clarity away, tear the truth from him, remove the Source altogether. A ragged, near-inhuman cry escaped his lips, and it seemed to break him, his body giving a violent jerk as he pitched forwards.
"How...how can..." He whispered into the leaves and dirt, his eyes blank, face empty. "How can I hate it...HOW CAN I HATE IT IF IT'S CLEAN!?" He screamed the last, his back arching, thrusting the desperate screech as if it were a physical force, one last defiant shout in the face of the unavoidable defeat that filled him even now.
"No...no...NO!!" He sobbed, unconciously reaching for the power. Unbridled, he took and took, the ground rippling around him, the trees shaking, the air hissing, whorling, twisting and eddying as if it were a living creature. The ground was rent in great furrows around him, the earth bucking, burning, blackening as fire flared, extingushed, and burned again. The effect only extended to about three feet to either side of Warren, but it was enough.
And then it was gone. Simply...nothing. He was empty, a husk, a burnt-out shell of a man. He was, once more, himself. Without a word, without looking back, without any sort of recompence, repentance, or even acknowledgement of what he had done, he simply rose, and walked off.
His cloak swirled around him as he threw it back into place, his eyes sharp and clear for the first time in what seemed like years. Five minutes later, all that was dashed as he walked directly into a rather filled clearing. His startled green eyes took in a smaller, rangy looking fellow, a shorter yellow-eyed girl, a massive fellow with what looked like a rock for an arm, some stupid-looking knight, and...
His lip curled, and his hand snapped suddenly to his sword hilt, cloak flying back and revealing a dark suit of what appeared to be beaten leather. "Aes Sedai..." He hissed, his eyes narrowed, teeth bared. He looked nothing so much as a cornered wolf, green eyes dancing with a violent fire. It was, of course, immediately obvious to him what she was, not only because of the copious and garish ter'angreals, but the ageless cast to her face. His hand was white-knuckled on his sword, eyes flaming and fixed on the witch.
[] ...DAMN, that ending sucks! []

Warren jerked, his green, blazing eyes turned for once at the man with the rock-hand. The blade screamed from it's sheath, an unholy wail of metal on sheath. It whistled through the air, jaw tensing as if he was indeed cutting down some unseen foe. Abruptly, and inexplicably, his eyes quieted, the storm of rage cooling to a mild irritation.
The blade came to rest at his side, smooth steel, without the heron-mark of the blademaster. Hilt, crossguard and blade were all a dull steel-black, the hit dyed, the blade and crossguard not. It was slim, and slightly curved, almost hooking backwards at the tip with it's curve. A small square of metal was set at the base of the hilt, to keep the sword steadied in the widened sheath.
His eyes darted from the witch to the man- Ironhand, he reminded himself-, and he spoke quietly, surprised at his east manner.
"Warren." He said simply.
