She is protective of everyone she is close to, including her twin sister. Like her sister, she has a big heart, always ready to stick up for the little guy or help someone out of a tough jam. Also like her twin, she is very lady like and has a noble air to her, but watch out, she is very well trained with her sword. A True FriendWho is Wishing?: A Soquili named Journey Permission: N/A Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Journey is a zen-like traveller who normally doesn't stay in the same place for long. He rarely speaks and with a light step traverses different terrains with that seems like little to no effort. Some say he is a ghost clad in red, but he knows he is real. Just as real as the world around him. 10 Things I Like:Paws Soft colors Large bodied breeds BEARDS Birds Fantasy Dungeons and Dragons Video Game references 10 Things I Don't Like:Excessive gore Cerynei Neons Holes Decay What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? Journey stepped up to the offering alter with a low sigh. He glanced up at the brightest star squinting against its light. He had followed these stars many times, but he only saw this star shine this bright rarely. The others of this land took it as an omen of good tidings. Reunions were had under this star, babies were brought to lonely couples, and others found... "I would like...to not travel so alone..." he whispered to the night sky. He glanced at the offerings left by the soquili before himself. Behind his mask his brows furrowed in thought. What did he have to offer the spirits? What did he have? He tugged a loose part of his scarf off and with his claws tore a small hole in the red fabric. With a stick that had fallen close to the alter he made a flag. His flag. And with the scarf fragment fluttering in the soft wind, the journeyman seemed to all but disappear into the night.

Basu hopped off Radek's back and scurried up to the alter. The small coon grinned cheekily up at the star. He had come to simply wish for a backup bard, but Basu was easily distracted. Why wish to a star when the rainbringer could possibly....maybe hear you? "Hey Stormlord!" he called out, "This is for you!" With deft hands the raccoon began to beat the skin on Thundercaller; his trusty drum. Radek rolled his eyes. "We don't need another you Basu," the suti teased. "Yeah but would more of this be so bad?" the coon retorted playing into the night since he had no psychical thing he was willing to part with.

My Long Lost Family MemberSoquili in search of a relative:Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Brother Breed (first choice): Hippogryph/Ulun'suti Breed (2nd choice, must be mini, common, or uncommon): Unicorn What does your character leave as an offering for the wishing star? Drakkari leaves an Idol he had built in order to bring his brother closer to him. It was a poor likeness and he wished it was better, but he hoped that the star would understand it's meaning. Short IC Response: Drakkari had been on his own for a long time. He had longed for the closeness that was home and he had hoped that he would run into his family eventually. It would seem that the lands were too vast. He had been roaming longer than he could remember but still hadn't come across his family. His brother was the one he missed the most, but alas. He was certain now that he would never see his brother again. His last effort was to ask the star to connect them once more. He gazed up at the star and wished with all his might that he could be reunited with his brother. "This is my last chance star... please..." Were the whispered words that left his mouth as he stared at the star.

Braith will leave a birds’ egg shell he found, that is mottled blue and white as he is- in a small nest composed of a clipping from his white mane and blue fettock. Starflakes leaves one of her stars. Short IC Response: Braith gently nudged his Star along the path up the hill to the altar. He was quite careful to see that she didn’t place a hoof astray, though he kept up his jovial mood and teased his mate. “Come Star-mine, you’ve said you’d follow me anywhere, surely this is light-hearted compared to what I could have asked!” He laughed softly. “This is me being romantic after-all, which you’ve said you wanted, it's just a little surprise” He laughed again as Starflakes shook her head softly and stopped for a moment with a huff. “ The mask can’t come off till we reach our destination….” he said as his flank nudged her’s upwards and onwards. Once they reached the hilltop Braith carefully turned his love so she’d have a perfect view of the wishing star before gently removing the blindfold. Starflakes went from flustered, to flattered, to awed within a mere breath. “I said you’re the only star in the sky I see, but I may have… omitted something- This star rose and it called out to me, to bring you here. I know how badly you’ve- no, We’ve wanted little ones. Maybe this is our chance.” He stepped close to his one and only and bowed his head, silently sending his wish for a family to the bright star in the sky, as well as to the Star which stood beside him.

A gently-placed twig with a cherry blossom in full-bloom from her mane on top of a pile of petals she'd carefully shaken loose and scooped into the paw-shaped impression she'd made in the dirt. Short IC Response: Trudging up to the altar, Dawnstar gazed upward at the bright beacon gleaming in the sky. She wasn't afraid; why should she be? Her big brother was nearby (she was sure of this) and she'd come up here to help him. He'd said he only found her basket, but that couldn't be right... She had to have siblings out there. She wished to find them one day, soon (or they find her). Big brother needs all the help he can get, after all...

A shiny polished shell Short IC Response: Pythagoras breached the ocean surface and spent time basking in it's beauty. He loved beautiful things almost as much as he loved himself. Pythagoras stared at his reflection from the water. As he stared at himself he had a sudden desire to have someone has beautiful as him around. Someone that was of his own blood and genes. A beautiful creation of his own. He then looked again at the star, plucked one of his finely polished shells and offered the star the piece and poured out his desire to the star. "I wish on your wonderous light to have more beauty and more creation in my life. I need to see what beauty my own genes would bring into the world. I offer this precious shell for you to make my desire come true." He set it on the water and watched it float off as the star made it even more shimmery and lovely to look at.

Their relationship was still too fragile to admit to themselves, let alone each other, what they were really feeling. It had only been a short time since their daughter, a little koi fish, had appeared and everything was still too new. Isidore feared that Ayane would swim away if he said too much. 'I love you' was the magic words to make her disappear, something she had done to too many guys over the years. Quietly he whispered to the star, "wishing star, please grant us another bundle." Been hurt, thrown to the wolves, and ignored. It's only fairly recent that I have begun to mend emotionally. Physically the wounds have long gone. But the mental, that's going to take a bit longer. As a young foal I was stolen from my family by an evil tribe of Mer who enslaved me and other stolen foals. I had a best friend, Hakate, who stuck with me through all of it. He was strong and brave... and I have no idea if he is still alive. I don't know if he ever escaped like I did... How I wish, every day, that I could just know that he was okay.
