Day 92 emotion_ghost Stalky Purple emotion_ghost
These were weird stalks for a couple of days but then they surprised me with these lovely flowers. Only 1-2 days later and the flowers are withered and falling. The wind was killer this day.

Day 93 emotion_ghost Bunched Blossoms emotion_ghost
At first I thought these were cherry blossoms because of the tree, but then wondered if it were an apple tree. I'm still not sure.

Day 94 emotion_ghost Wisteria emotion_ghost
I've been waiting for the wisteria to grow and bloom by the fine arts building. Previously, there was a brick wall about 7-8 feet tall for the wisteria to climb on. But last year some terrible wind knocked the wall down before the wisteria could bloom, so it had to be cut back. The wall was never rebuilt so the wisteria had to make due as short bushes instead of ivy. The blooms are pretty none-the-less.
Wish I could get some better lighting. There's only so much I can do at 6:45 pm.

Day 95 emotion_ghost Tiny Iris emotion_ghost
I believe this is a breed of a pygmy iris? It's rather small, about 1/3 the size of a normal one.

Day 96 emotion_ghost Chii Flowers! emotion_ghost
I had forgotten all about these this year. Glad I saw them before all the blossoms fell. They're so fluffy and pink, they remind me of Chii.

Day 98 emotion_ghost The Tiniest of Daffodils emotion_ghost
Look how thin those stalks are. The trumpet base of the flower is really long. The overall flower is the size of a quarter. They be so tiny.

I've had these in the past, but I can't remember the name of them. They're so frilly and fluffy.

Day 100 emotion_ghost Arisaema emotion_ghost
I've been interested in this plant for several years but never succeeded in taking as many progress shots or seeing the full plant. At a later date I'll hopefully update with a completely unfurled pitcher/flower.
Notice how it starts out as a spike? I thought that was cool. It takes about 4 or so days for the leaves to completely come out of the tip. The pitcher/flower is located where the leaf stalks meet. I've been watching this plant for exactly 2 weeks.
I believe a compiled image of my dedication is quite fitting for the 100th day.
