It never occurred to Cami for a second that she should do anything but immediately shoot at the giant thing trying to kill them all. Pacifism was all well and good to think about but in the heat of the moment she was a shoot first, talk later kind of girl. Did giant water lobsters even talk? "Go Henryyyy!" She called out after him, before whipping her head around to beam at Chance. "Yeah! Watch this!" Drawing back another shot she let loose and hit the creature dead-on. HP: 20 DMG: 5 CHG: 2/3 BOSS: 213

Acheri was a grumbling, rough noise inside of Nash's head, a jumble of words that he wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention to, because there were more pressing matters at hand. The whip slithered across the sand, Nash eyeing the lobster with a look of minute interest that bordered, unsurprisingly, on amusement, rather than fear.
"Anyone in the mood for lobster bisque?"

His first attempt had not gone that well; it wasn't like Nash had the easiest weapon to wield, because the whip was unbelievably cumbersome if he didn't hold it properly. Acheri hissed something like focus inside of his head, but he pulled his arm back, Nash snapping the weapon forward again.

The fifht was chaoric and he could see hunters struggling theough the rain, sand, and salt water.
Point the gun at himself, he healed back up to keep trying.

It was pleasing to see Cami doing so well. Chance wrestled another slimy piece of kelp from his neck and dropped it onto the sandy beach, letting out another whistle of approval.

Fear was a powerful deterrent, but it couldn't up to the desire to protect, and there were people here—well, a person—that he wanted to make sure walked away from this fight unhurt. He wanted that more than he wanted it for himself. It had him scrambling to his feet so he could drive for his weapon, and he'd barely get a hold on the thing before throwing it at the lobster again. It missed it's Mark, and the trainee got a claw to the back as he got to his feet again. Crap!HP: 20 DMG: 0 CHG: 1/3 BOSS HP: 193

Another giant leg clipped Sol in the side, but she brought her scythe down hard before the lobster had a chance to draw it back again, treating both blades through the thick of it and it the bottom with a turn.

Cee had given Nash a grin and had been moving to give him a bit of a hip bump when the monster lobster emerged from the sea. She huffed in frustration and summoned her whips, amused that Nash had one of his own. "Let's not git tangled, aight?" She grinned before the young man set about his own attacks. Snap's presence in her mind was solid, wound invisibly around every core of her person. Turns out whips weren't great against water. HP: 40/50 Dmg: 1 Charge: 1/3 BOSS HP: 188

Luka was late which meant that Lena was late too but she didn't know what was best to wear for this water-themed mission and their glasses...They had spent too long making sure their glasses wouldn't get lost on said mission.
And when they arrived, there was only a little bit of time to get geared up and face well, the lobster attacking.
This didn't seem fun but she summoned Aran to her hand, the horseman as quiet as always as she notched an arrow, aimed, and let it fly.
The arrow hit it's mark, sorta, but she got a side full of claw and staggered.
"Be careful Lele."

Cee didn't even get a chance to strike this time. A large claw swept and knocked the petite woman off her feet. Snap absorbed the blow but by the time she hopped back up she was cursing loudly.

Water.
Water stunk when it came to wearing glasses, but the goggles they'd brought with them sort of helped. Sort of.
Fighting a giant lobster, though? That wasn't very helpful, with or without glasses. The others seemed to be fairing pretty well on their own, but Lena Sargent wasn't so sure that she'd make nearly as good of an impact on the monster as they'd been doing.
Still... no one could say she didn't at least try!
"Yeah, yeah - I know," she muttered quietly, eyeballing the creature for weak spots.
Her sister was quick to draw her bow, so she did the same. Aiming as best she could while moving, an arrow shot out - just in time for her to find herself toppled over into the sand with a soft oompth, the arrow flying off to the side and striking nothing but air.
Mei laughed in her quiet, taunting sort of fashion.
So much for coming out of this thing unscathed, sheesh.

Luka remained on her feet while her twin was knocked over and if she were the cursing type, she would have cursed under her breath. Instead, she went shoot and tried to hit again, hoping that maybe she'd get a charge so she could use her healing fear but...
The arrow was let loose, string vibrating as she watched it go, one eye always on her sister.
"You ok---" She felt something hit her and she toppled over face first into the sand.
