Leo was not far behind Lillian. He too was ready and finishing breakfast. "I'll be right out, honey." he answered to his wife, Lillian, and then looked toward the girls.. "I hope you both will have a good time with us at the mall." He added before getting up to put his plate in the sink and then head towards the door.

After the trip to the mall, Lillian began making lunch. The table was set, and almost everything was ready.
Oh girls, I'm so sorry the trip to the mall took so long. I made sandwiches, and to make up for it I have a special dessert planned. Lillian said with a lighthearted smile as she wiped mayonnaise off her cheek with a napkin. She was also wearing an apron to protect her dress. Good thing, too, since the apron was stained. She placed the platter of sandwiches in the center of the table.
I made different kinds. Peanut butter and jelly, Turkey and cheese, and some BLTs. She added. After helping Cosgrove clean the kitchen, she sat down with her family to enjoy the meal.

Stephan returned home with his family and began texting on his phone while his mom made food.
He felt guilty that he didn't say 'hi' to Lena while he was at the mall
and even more so that he wasn't helping his mom with food.

Hi Lena, I wanted to apologize for not getting to see you at the mall.
It was pretty crowded so we went home to have lunch instead.
I'm sure mom wont mind if you come over sometime if that's easier.
With that, Stephan sent his address to Lena and put his phone in his pocket. When he heard the call for lunch,
he sat next to his sisters and helped himself to a BLT.

"I'm so sorry that I didn't help much, sisters.
If you need my help in the future, I'll try to do better next time.
Either way, I hope the mall was a good time.
It's usually not that chaotic."

Once his family sat down and began to eat, Leo sat at the head of the table and helped himself to a sandwich.. "Oh honey, these sandwiches are amazing." he said to his wife with a caring smile and then looked toward the girls.. "I hope you both had an okay time. Stephan is right. It was pretty full."

Sara got home from the mall. Her mother made sandwiches for lunch and mother will be making special deserts. "oh mother, the food is so good. The jelly sandwich is the best one that I really like. Mother, do you know how to make a scarf? Father and brother, when is mothers birthday? Seira, slow down. The food isn't going anywhere. Ahhh!! Siera is choking on her food. What do we do? Ummm ah ah!!" Sara freaks out because this was all new to her.

Lillian smiled, pretty happy that everyone seemed to be enjoying the food. Sara seemed to have a lot of questions, but she was happy to answer them.
Well, it all depends on what you want to make the scarf from, sweeheart. Lillian answered. She chuckled a bit when her daughter asked when her birthday was. Lillian wasn't really expecting anything much. My birthday is in a few months. It's on St. Patrick's day. She added, under the notion that Sara might be making her a present. Although, she was thankful for the company. But then, Lillian dropped her glass as Sara started screaming.
Stephan, do something, quick! She shouted, realizing Stephan was closest to the sisters. She rushed to the kitchen to get a glass of water for Seira.

Stephan was happy to enjoy a good lunch with his family.
"Yeah, mom these are great!" He said about the sandwiches. It was pretty clear Lillian's cooking has improved over the summer. He continued to eat as his older sister started asking more and more questions. But then, screaming and choking ensued. "What!?" Adrenaline rushed through him. Feelings of helplessness from the time he nearly drowned were a heavy weight. He wasn't sure what to do and felt like a terrible brother. But then he remembered a poster he saw in the school cafeteria. Carefully, Stephan took both arms and wrapped them around Seira. He then thrusted his fists between the navel and the rib cage to try and help her.

"Thank goodness. You really scared us." He answered, helping himself to a drink as well. "I'm glad you like the food mom made, though."

What was it that you did to help out like that?" Seira drinks up her milk and starts to slow down. Seira listens to the talk. Even though she got her family worried.

"Oh, it's called the heimlich manuver. There's posters in the cafeteria at lunch in the school that show people how to help someone if they're choking. I Guess it came in handy." He answered, glad to have been some help.
