At the sight of another Spritzee, Lynnette wouldn't be able to stifle her frustration any longer, letting out a rather exasperated groan. She was getting pretty sick of this place at this point.

Lynnette would calm down a little at the sight of the Eevee. It still wasn't exactly what she wanted, but, at the very least it wasn't another Togepi or Spritzee. Maybe she had finally gotten out of this trap she seemed to have been in? She would take a deep breath before continuing on.
Rea would teleport herself and Lynnette away before the girl could notice the Spritzee. Apparently even the Ralts was getting a little sick of them. Or at least, she was tired of her trainer getting so extremely frustrated. Regardless, Lynn assumed there must have been another 'uncute bug' when she was teleported.

A gently singing could be heard nearby, and Lynnette found herself looking around for wherever the little song was coming from. It didn't take long for her and Rea to spot the little Cleffa sitting by itself. Neither trainer nor Pokemon could determine who the Cleffa was singing to exactly, but, they both found themselves entranced by the powerful voice coming from such a little Pokemon. 'I told you that you'd find what you were looking for eventually,' Rea would seem to whisper into Lynnette's mind, making a point to not invade the Cleffa's mind with her words at the same time. Lynn would sit down a short distance away from the baby Pokemon, starting to hum a gentle tune. Rea would catch on quickly, humming along with her trainer.
The Cleffa would stop singing for a moment, glancing over at the girl and her Ralts. Smiling, the Cleffa would start to copy the tune, singing along. All three harmonizing with their differing vocal ranges. Lynnette was tempted to try and sing this particular song properly, but quickly realized she would never be able to remember the lyrics, remembering that it was in a language she was not familiar with. Maybe later she would try to memorize the lyrics, but, that was nothing to worry about right now.
The singing would continue for a while longer, until Lynnette decided to stop, simply choosing to listen to her Ralts singing along with the Cleffa. It was so sweet that it nearly brought tears to the girl's eyes. Grabbing a Safari ball, Lynnette would quietly attempt to capture the Cleffa, hopefully without it noticing.
The Cleffa would notice that Lynnette had stopped singing and did so as well, getting a little startled when it noticed the ball in her hand. It would dodge out of the way of its ensnaring light, pouting at Lynnette a little. "You like singing with me, right little one? You could sing with all the time if you joined us. And then others could hear your songs, too," Lynnette would coax, holding one of the Safari balls out to the small Pokemon.
Lynn found herself glad that she hadn't brought Pitch with her this time. If the Noibat had heard that then she certainly would have started 'singing' as well, and no one wanted to listen to that right now. Regardless, Lynn was determined to convince this Cleffa to join her. She just hoped that the Cleffa would accept the offer.

It seemed that Lynnette's words had gotten through to the baby Pokemon, who had decided to press the center button on the ball itself. The ball hardly shook in Lynnette's hand before the click sounded, signalling the successful capture. Lynnette would let out a sigh of relief, thankful that the Cleffa had chosen to come with her. "I think... I think I'm gonna call her Lucy. How does that sound, Rea?"'That sounds lovely my lady. But, maybe we should get out of here and discuss this more later?' And with that, the Ralts would teleport them to the entrance to wait to be judged.
Walking on through the empty halls, Odd thought he heard a low hiss. Pausing for a moment to listen, he didn't hear it again, so he continued on, curious what kind of Pokemon he'd find back here and when. The Ekans that had hissed at him slithered away after he left, deciding it wasn't worth the fight.

Odd finally found a Pokemon as he walked the halls, though it wasn't one he'd ever had much interest in. The Torkoal in question watched him demurely, too afraid of the human to even let him get close. This place was a protected reserve, after all and it had never actually seen a human before. Especially not one up close. Even if Odd had tried to get closer, Torkoal looked as if it might die of fright if he did.
"Nope," Night said and immediately steered away from the Mime Jr. Even though Eris would have a type advantage, she did not want to be in the vicinity of that thing for any longer than she had to.

Night simply shook her head and left the Nincada be. Where was that blasted Vulpix?
