Undisturbed, the youma would have feasted on her. A tweak of her shoulder sent her to the ground, and precious little distance lay between the youma's jaws and her throat. The hyena youma yearned for further blood of their enemies, proof of his victory smeared around its jaws when it returned to the reaper. And it would have sought that quick snap at the throat had her allies not stepped into the altercation.
Imperiatrix's bat struck its flank with veritable force, and the youma's jaws snapped the air near Sabine's hair. A seething growl erupted from the creature and splayed out from the gaping holes in its fac.e Warm, dank breath exuded from the naked skull alongside blood-tinted, heavy saliva as it dripped on the shoulder of its prey. It would not budge from such a strike, and instead turned its attention back onto the senshi in its clutches. It sought another bite, and yet again, found interruption in the form of a shoulder to its sturdy body. This time the youma was dislocated wholesale from its victim and bony paws skittered across the ground to find purchase.
The creature wasted little time in righting itself. It turned fully on its adversaries and launched toward them once again, this time bearing down on the feathered super senshi that distrubed it from its first meal. With the second youma as backup, they would not lose.
The reaper would ensure it.

Midgard, Squire of Chronos + Zone 7
Realizing he was not alone was bad, but to see the creature that was in the room with him was...worse. Midgard nearly vomited then and there at the sight and smell. The regurgitated blood was enough to make his head spin and he felt disoriented, so much so that he stumbled against the wall, leaving himself too open and vulnerable.
A half hearted attempt went into blocking the body that flung itself at him, but he couldn't manage. Not when it was flying at him at an alarming rate, leaving blood in it's wake.
Midgard hit the ground, rolling until someone else arrived on scene and literally stabbed the fish thing. Okay, okay. He was hurt but he was fine, nothing he couldn't recover from...
Though, he was effectively useless when he swung half of his shield at the fish and missed. "Merci - " he breathed to the senshi who helped him.

"I. Don't. THINK. So!" Imperiatrix gave a snarl of her own as she wound up for another blow. She still felt as though she could hit harder, but the important part was to keep hitting. It was at least partially naked bone, and that at least gave her a certain goal into trying to see if she could break pieces of it off. It gave new meaning to the idea of wanting a piece of your enemy. Especially when it kept sinking it's teeth into her friends.

Greater Youma + Zone 1&2
They had been away from the surface world for so long that despite the general lack of a proper stomach they were hungry and there were so many tasty potentials that they were having a difficult time deciding where to start. The Reaper was busy entertaining some of the others and that meant they could focus on the rest of the responders. First, their glowing eyes saw the Arctic senshi with her cold blast of wind that stung the exposed muscles on their legs.
Already a talon was lifting, head shaking as they spotted a more dangerous threat. An eternal dressed in dark blues (Scylla) stood more closely with tentacles rising from the depths around her and attempt to lash out. No, no, they couldn't have that. So the talon lifted and lashed out at her.
The lash out proved to be effective, but also detrimental as some red-clad Squire (Themiscyra) threw a chain at them, metal cracking against hardened bone. It wasn't more than an annoyance with the youma clacking it's beak, "You mean to insult me knight?" The bird creature seemed to laugh at the idea. Their talon came down the chain with the intent to push it into the ground if she didn't pull it back.
Though, even if she didn't the youma was distracted by the balls of light that slammed into it's skull and left a burning sensation. Hissing they said, "foolish child - "
Ara was lucky that the creature was further distracted because there were just so many options before it. Still, the bone burned. An object was batting at some part of it and the youma tried to brush the thing aside like some might a fly. The action caused a muscle in it's arm to tear slightly, a howl escaping the creature's mouth when another object or two seemed to bite into fresh wound.
Poor Siwa would gain their attention, a clawed foot scratching out at him in retaliation.
There were so many others that the youma wanted to focus on but they were insignificant. Little pests that the weaker youma could deal with.
But there was a wee baby knight charging at them. With their head lowered, they went to n** at him with their beak. "Pathetic," their voice rumbled even though the page managed to do something.
It did more than the others, like the senshi who kicked at them with them shifting backwards out of the way, or the one beside her.
Her shoulder was bleeding. Her fuku was once more starting to stain back to what it had been when she had been a basic senshi. Not that she minded overly much, mainly because she had liked the color. But still - it was the principle of the thing. Her friends, her court mates, had come to her aid. She turned her head and saw the beast snapping at Phact.
Then she saw red.
Rolling to her feet with an angry snarl, she quickly lashed out a hard, angry kick to the beast's neck and shoulder - following up with another, and another, raining down a flurry of angry kicks against the creature as she gave into her anger at seeing her friend be attacked.

Super Sailor Phact - Zone 16
Her balance was lost from the hit to the youma so when it turned onto her, Phact did not have the time to respond or get out of the way. The youma was on her and she felt the pain of jaws and claws.
"Seriously...this is nasty..." Phact grumbled, trying to find something like eyes to jab into but failing with her limited movement from the youma's form.
Around her, she could hear the others. Trix and Sabine were taking aim and of course, true to her form, Trix was laying down some corny lines.
It was struck squarely, causing it to hiss and shake it's body. It heaved, and huffed angrily, making a horrible hacking noise that caused all of the bubbles in its ribs to burst, spilling blood all over.
Then, it began to wheeze.
And wheeze.
It was a horrible noise, but somehow the more it wheezed, the less oxygen it felt like there was in the room, making chests feel tight as it begged to be joined in the horrible cacophony of sound.
Give all your pain....to me.... it hacked. Loyalty, perhaps? After all, if it was being attacked, that was one less person fighting downstairs.
HP: 58/75 Target: Midgard, Urydike - Using Special (Under Spoiler) Damage: Effects up to S3 - 8 + 3 = 11
Within the 6ft radius of the Fish, all targets are temporarily paralyzed, effected with a oxygen-loss feeling that immobilizes them for one turn. (May effect up to 4 targets once every six turns. Does +3 damage and effected targets lose one turn.)
Mantick was so, so hungry that he was practically salivating when his teeth latched upon the knight's hip. Starseeds were important but -
He was a connoisseur of flesh and blood. He could savor this first, then collect the gem when he was done. But there was a hand pushing him back and Mantick retaliated by swinging it's mantids.
CRACK the sound of the whip was harsh on the youma's ears but what was more harsh was the feel of it slapping against his back. Mantick let out a yowl, rearing backwards only to have another weapon crack against his side. The youma fell off of Scholomance and retreated backward, head twisting upside down as his mouth chattered.
Humans were annoying. Knights more so.
Suddenly, Mantick sprung forward, shrinking in the same moment intent on latching onto the redhead's neck -
Only to overshoot and land on the ground behind her, regrowing to the proper size. Well that was a waste.
HP: 52/75 Target: Hy-Brasil Damage: 0 - Miss Special Ability:Blood Sucker Mantick can shrink down to tick size and latch onto the skin of one target and suck energy from them. (Lasts 1 turn, does +5 damage, Mantick receives +10 HP. Can be used once every 4 turns.)

Chibi Sailor Iduna of Apples (Zone 1)
The great youma caught her attention with one little word. Pathetic. Iduna jerked to a stop, eyes wide and stared straight ahead. She really was pathetic wasn't she? Waiting for people to flock to her when she didn't even have a reason for it. She's done nothing spectacular, she'd never once stood up for something. All she'd done was cry and run and pout and act like she was eight.
It wasn't going to bring her brother home.
Iduna blinked away angry tears and turned to face the monster. A giant moving pile of bird bones currently engaged with several other senshi and knights. Well one more couldn't hurt!
"One Bad Apple" she positively screamed, biting down on an apple that materialized in her hand. One popped into existence above the youma's head, and fell with a disgusting squishing sound onto it's head.

One Bad Apple: Iduna conjures a floating rotten apple above her opponent's head, and one good one in her hand. When she bites into the one in her hand, the floating one drops onto the enemy's head with a very gross squish.

Her hands clapped together, focusing her attention and her pain and trying to drag the wild magic under control. Always, like reigning horses ready to run free and feed. Reluctantly, the hungry magic in her responded, the happily, stupidly waving tentacle taking another firm, aimed strike at the Greater Youma. "Eat this, DuckBeak!" Eat. This.
Ara was safe near her, and Themi was fighting, and there were other allies who were being targeted and harmed as well; that wasn't acceptable. So she did the only thing she could do, honestly, and prayed that she would get a good hit in.

Sailor Ara - Zone 2
Ara knew she needed to conserve her magic in this fight, she couldn't throw her light around like crazy. So She gripped her bat tighter and ran at the bird youma swinging it into its leg.
Imperiatrix struck it again and jarred it terribly, though the youma tried with vehemence to keep its hold on Phact. Soon came another hit that jerked the youma from its prey entirely - coming from the very senshi it tasted first (Sabine). The youma was flung a great distance where even its legs failed to save it from eating the floor. For a time, it skidded in lulling circles until its inertia gave out.
When it moved to stand again, the damage wrought by the group of senshi remained apparent. Where once it stood with pride, the hyena now favored one of its legs and stooped to accomodate it. Ash drifted in thin sheens from its skull where more meat dissolved away from numerous foramina. The black holes stared back at the group with unmitigated hate; the creature knew that, despite its pain, the reaper would win out tonight. The greater youma backing the lot of them would see an end to each and every last senshi here - they need only hold out that long. In seconds, minutes at most, their ilk would be brought down as a feast for every bone-hewn youma in the area.
Including itself.
To this, the hyena cackled terribly. Its maw opened wide with the noise, coursing through the atmosphere in the same tangible static afforded by the power plant. The cackling built upon itself until the youma's sides heaved impossibly, until the ribs bowed out with every breath through its cracking skull.
HP: 28/75 Target: Phact (miss), Sabine (miss - keep forgetting she's super sorry), Imperiatrix (hit) Damage: 7 + 5 = 13 ea. Special Effect:: Manic Laughter -- The hyena has a disarming laughter that when used, temporarily paralyzes the target for one turn rendering them unable to attack. (May effect up to 3 targets once every four turns. Does +5 damage)

Sailor Themisto & Sailor Kallichore (Entered Zone 1!)
He was desperate to find Denebola, but the mass of youma roiling about the area, combined with incoming senshi and knights, made travel too difficult. The Greater Youma, a huge skeletal bird with an incredible aura, made Themisto skid to a halt and take to his knees in awe. Jesus H Christ, how are we supposed to take this thing on!?
"THEMISTO!" came a cry from behind him as his sister and the Super Senshi with her appeared behind him. Kallichore kept her eyes locked on the Greater Youma, one of the few she'd ever seen. The last time she'd laid eyes upon a creature such as this, it was when Tanzanite had evolved into a creature none could explain. The same oppressive, choking aura was incredible...
"Themisto, Nephthys, if things become too must, you must escape. Nephthys, this may be our greatest battle yet. If you decide to stay, please be careful. We only have one life."
Themisto spat on the ground and stood. "Like hell I'm going to run away! Denebola needs us! I ain't leavin' her with this... giant-a** Chicken McNugget!"
Joining the ranks of those assaulting the youma, Kallichore called forth her Super magics, taking aim at the giant creature.
Gelria seemed almost pleased with the fact that he might have actually managed to maybe hurt the large snake, at least a little…when the thing again went right for his new companion. Again.
The Angel senshi was gone before he really even got a good look at her and he swallowed, unsure of what to even do. This was all too much, and again, the senshi was seized with the desire to just run away screaming…but…
Others were screaming.
Screaming and he had to do something…he couldn’t just let people get hurt.
The stone snake kept trying to hurt his new friend…hurt Encke…he couldn’t allow that.
“Enough! He’s done nothing to you, creepy snake! It’s our job to stop you, so get out of our way, or die.”
Big words. Very big words for a very frightened senshi. But, sometimes big words were all you had.
And fists. He had a fist. And he tried to use it to punch that bone snake right in its ugly fangs.
