Maybe going to this booth first thing in the evening was not the best plan. Deimos knew he wasn't going as well as the night before, he ended up dodging way more watermelons than he managed to smash. At least he'd dodged them? That was an important skill for fighting, wasn't it? It wasn't nearly as satisfying, though. He'd have to find some stuff to smash around his hive later. The crunching sound was just so satisfying...

Probably for the same reason he'd done worse with the watermelons, Deimos was just having a terribly hard time concentrating on what Lorata was saying. He barely resisted an eyeroll at her chiding remark that he'd do better next time- maybe he didn't want to do better next time. Well, since he was there he might as well try the last activity - knowing his luck he'd do terribly at it.

Since he'd discovered the secret to getting past the quad steps the night before, Dei ended up utilizing it again when he went through the course. The chimes had messed him up last time, but he was determined to do better. Unfortunately, determination meant little. He made it all the way to the last one before his grip gave out. Ignoring the laughter from Austri, he pushed on to the bouncing balls. He'd never made it past these stupid things...
Surprisingly he made good progress! Until his foot fell through a hole. Suddenly the ground was very much in his face and he could've sworn a tooth was loose. Groaning, he pushed himself up and wobbled off the course. Was his nose bleeding...?

Eostre wanted to smash all the melons, but she found this was more challenging than she'd initially believed it would be when she first entered the booth. She generally made average scores, and the dang melons were just so heavy and quick. She smashed what she could, and tried to avoid getting pelted by the others.
