~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~
Body: The main body is a light shade of blue, maybe something like ice blue or light grayish blue. Her scales are all a slightly darker shade (maybe a light grayish cyan or something along those lines?). Wispy markings adorn parts of her body. CC on placement and color, just as long as the markings look elegant and flow with the design. A dark silver and gold crown sits upon her head while a dark silver necklace with three glowing, luminescent bright cyan gems situated inside accents her neck. Her tail also has a dark silver tail piece that wraps around it. Crystals of ice and frost float about her body as well. CC on color, exact amount, and placement of these. See references.
Face: Eyes are a vibrant, iridescent purple. Eyebrows and inner ears area a bit darker than the main body.
Mane: The mane is long and flows down the shoulders and onto back. It has a messy, wind-blown appearance to it and the bangs drape down around/into the eyes. The mane shimmers like an icicle being hit with light, with a mixture of colors ranging from pale and darker blues, pale purples and reds, and grayish-white shining through.
Tail: Edited scaleless tail that is a tad longer than the stock Ulun’Suti tail. It curls around the body towards the left side, with the tip lifting just a bit higher than the rest (think flicking motion). Fluff covers the tip of the tail and follows the ridge up to a point (maybe about an inch or two? Whatever looks best really). It will have the same colors and shimmering effect as the mane. See reference for a better idea.
Hooves/Fetlocks/Harpy Claws: Stock hawk feet for all four feet with Ulun’Suti raptor claws on the back feet. The feet are the same color as the main body while the claws are a pale, icy blue. For the fetlocks, they should be edited to appear as wisps of frost swirling about the ankles.

Horns: Edited branched horns that seem to float towards the back of the head. A crystalline orb of ice floats in the center of the horns. See reference for a better idea of what the horns should look like.
Wings: The wings are spread style without scales. Layers of thin ice hang from the wing bones and comprise a majority of the wings’ structure. The ice tapers off into frost as it gets closer to the edges and tips.

Body: Sumi style lines that match coloring instead of all black, Medium-light purple on her main body with turquoise/cyan paws with staggered gradient into the purple about halfway up her legs. If there's any way to give her fur a pearly/iridescent type look that'd be awesome.
Face: eye color-Turquoise (scarred eye lighter than the other), eyebrows- CC, inner ear- CC, expression- cheeky grin with a small fang asian/almond shaped eyes with eyeliner and long lashes, regular nose, Scar on her right eye that goes over the eye and causes it to be a milkier color than the other. Fluff around her cheek and the base of the neck area to make her look a bit more foxy as seen in Spinel ref
Mane: A horsey version of character's hairstyle in references. Wavy slightly lighter purple color than her body with silver highlights that blend in medium/long one braid on either side of her head starting at about her cheeks, bangs that sweeps to one side and then mostly covers her scarred eye.
Tail: 7 smooth/voluminous fox tails. I'm not a fan of outlined chunks of fur. They don't have to all be visible/countable just know that there'd be lots of tail fluff on that butt. purple matching her body with turquoise tips
Hooves/Fetlocks: Canine paws with a little with a little fluffy fur. Turquoise that has a staggered fade into her body color.

Other Notes:N/A go ham, I'm sure it'll turn out ace. If I filled this in wrong shoot me because I should know better. Just do it within the heavy to extreme edits range. They do not have to be sumi-e, go for what you feel is right. If you do choose to make them Sumi-e, you could reuse the template for tarou's fetlocks if you like though. It'd save you a bit of time and be less of a hand / shoulder /wrist ache to do. I don't mind if they are sumi-e or not though, I'll love them either way! <3

Maybe have one small item difference for each one, like feather placement or a small accessory. Don't have to though, it's upto you.

You could do accessories in line with the bear family, have stolen items from the kitsunekuma family or have items based on a mix of both families from what you can see of the themes behind Bear and Tarou. A cloak and hood would be cool like Bear so they could hide /disguise themselves amongst "normals" when they have to (maybe they get outnumbered and don't want to cause suspicion) but it's not 100% needed. Just CC and have fun!!

Mane: I'd actually like a longer/flowy mane (bring out the bishie vibes), but still make it stick up a bit up top like his hair normally does (see ref).

Body: Light brown (palomino) colouring with white dappling on her rump/tops of her back legs. She has white going up her front two legs.
Face: Like her body colour (no white though). She has green eyes.
Mane: Dirty blond. Her hair is pulled back and flows behind her, reaching the tops of her legs. There are small pink flower petals in her mane. I linked three ideas in the reference section for what I meant by pulled back. You can make changes.
Tail: Kirin old style. Her tail is the same colour as her body and the tuft of hair at the end is white. I'd like it if the hair tuft was longer, touching the ground please.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Old style Kirin hooves. White please.
